Roy told Riza off for almost thinking of ending her life and losing her determination. Other place, Wrath reassured Envy that he’s letting Roy off was due to ‘Father’s instruction. In their room, Al was worried for condition of his real body and Ed wondered if their bodies shared the same link for nutrients. Later, they visited Roy and Jean in the hospital. Roy suspected the higher ups had already infiltrated into the incident and told Ed to be careful. When the Elric brothers left, Jean asked for withdrawal due to his legs condition. Later, another officer came and exchanged information with Roy. Roy was reading a book about bone spines for Jean who could no longer walk because of his spine damage. In his room, another officer was unhappy with Jean’s resignation. In the hall, Roy received information from Ed about Dr Maroh. Armstrong was given a new instruction. In the night street, Ed told Al of his noticing of alchemy mark in other place and told Al about ‘sacrifice’ mentioned by Envy to open the Gate. Just then, Ed was also given an instruction to protect something.

In the city, news of Scar killing three people had spread. Ed suspected Scar was Winry’s parents’ murderer. In their room, Ed told Al about it and did not wish to see Winry cry anymore. Just then, Ling and Ran Fan banged into their room again wanting to interfere in the capturing of Homunculus. Ed agreed. Ling wanted Ed to pay for his meals and he kicked them out of their room. Winry was lured by their noise and Ed asked her to remain in the city fearing for her safety using excuse to look after his automail. Other place, Roy’s man went to Dr Maroh’s house to find him already taken away. Roy was informed. Jean told Roy of his resignation because of his condition. Riza told Jean to cool down. Roy finally agreed to let Jean give up but he would be waiting for him. Jean cried. Outside his room, Roy asked Riza to bring him his uniform and she obeyed. On the street, Ed went all over the city, repairing things to lure Scar out. Later, Ed boosted his achievement to Al. Roy came along and called them to enter his car. In quiet place, he told others of Maroh’s kidnapping. Roy and Ed argued when Scar suddenly turned up. Ed and Scar fought while Al explained to Roy that Homunculus would eventually turn up as they would not let Ed die. Above, Ling and Ran were watching. In a dark room, Roy and Riza spread the location of Scar and Ed’s battle. Wrath aka King Bradley knew of the news and he called Gluttony. Ran Fan sensed presence of Homunculus. On building top, Ling and Ran Fan faced off Gluttony. Bradley confronted Ling and Ran Fan with his sword. He attacked Ran Fan and slashed her mask. She screamed. Ling yelled in shock.

Dragon Ball Kai #21:

Goku went to Bulma’s parents’ home for the spaceship. Bulma’s father was still working on it while her mother fussed over Goku’s growth. They reached the spaceship and Goku was impressed. Bulma’s father invited Goku to view the interior. Goku hurried him to finish the spaceship, as he wanted to rush to where Gohan and others were located. The spaceship took off when Bulma’s mother and Goku’s friend approached it from outside. Bulma’s father watched from outside and told them that Goku had hurried off. In space, Goku decided to train himself within the spaceship. On the other planet, Gohan and Kiririn were running across the land, exploring the cliff. They sensed strong ki. They saw Freeza and his men handling dragon balls. Kiririn and Gohan were shocked. Five local were captured and interrogated by Freeza’s men for whereout of their people and the rest of the dragon balls. Meanwhile, Vegeta was also eavesdropping the conversation. Same time, the local people and Freeza’s man got into fight and the former were soon defeated. Kiririn warned Gohan to control his ki so that they would not be detected. Kiririn and Gohan guessed Freeza was not in league with Vegeta. Meanwhile, Freeza threatened to kill the local kids. Gohan and Kiririn got aggravated and accidentally revealed their ki. More local fighters appeared, preparing to defend their own people. Freeza’s men checked and found the fighters’ ki below 1000. Kiririn suspected they had hid their ki. Meanwhile, the locals revealed their surprising ki against Freeza’s men. Freeza’s man checked and found their ki above 3000. The elderly local called his children to hide. One Freeza’s man attacked the elderly and his escort. Kiririn and Gohan were anxious for them.

Fullmetal Alchemist – Brotherhood #20:

Ed faced his father before Trisha’s grave and Ed retorted at him. His father stated the brothers were running away from their sins. He commented that Ed was just like him. Early in the morning, Ed’s father watched him in sleep, thinking of the old times and went to talk to Winry’s grandmother, asking her about the figure transmuted by the brothers last time. Ed overheard their conversation in shock, realizing they did not create their mother. In the Central, Ling and Winry discussed of Al’s condition, Ling was envious of Al’s immortality. Winry yelled Ling off for not understanding Al’s pain. Al went to talk to her. Winry had seen Al depressed over his artificial body that could not sleep or eat like normal human.

Same time, Ed was having nightmare of the Gate, demanding for the return of Al’s body back when his father began to make his departure, taking along a family photo. He advised Winry’s grandmother – Pinako to leave if the country was in chaos. Ed saw him off from the window. Later, Ed and Pinako went to dig Trisha’s grave. Ed refused to call off the act even though his chest hurt. As they dug for the corpse Ed and Al had transmuted years ago, Ed vomited but persisted continuing the digging to confirm his suspicion. He did not want to run away from truth as what his father claimed. He checked the corpse and knew the corpse was not his mother as the hair colour and bones were not right. He collapsed and laughed insanely, knowing no one could revive the dead. Pinako told Ed to get a grip of himself. Ed wanted to get Al’s body back. When the rain stopped, Ed contacted Izumi to ask her of her baby she wanted to revive last time to know if the body revived was hers. She hang up on him. Later at his mother’s grave, Ed walked with Pinako wondering his father’s whereout. She told him of Trisha’s will. Trisha had wanted Pinako to help her apologise to Ed’s father for not able to keep her promise.

Ed took a train back and was aghast to see Al’s condition as well as Ling and others eating at his place. Later, Al told Ed of the events earlier while he repaired Al’s armor. Ed told Winry that he would return Al back to his own body. He also told Al of the body they had transmuted last time, was not their mother. It was something different and hence, he was confident that he could get Al’s body back. He checked with Al’s memory and was sure Al was the real Al. Al remembered Barry’s case. They knew that they could drive Al’s soul to the Gate to pull his body back. Al’s soul had been inside the transmuted body during that time and hence, they did not damage anyone else’s soul. Just then, Izumi called them on the phone, confirming the child she transmuted was not her baby. She thanked Ed before she hung up. Later, Al told Ed that he had hated himself before, suspecting himself of killing their mother that time. Ed felt the same. Both of them felt themselves bearing the same sins. Al also thought of the various people he had come across, chimeras or humans and could not stand that fact of spending nights alone. Therefore, he wanted to get his own body back. Ed promised him. Winry followed them and noticed Ed had a large back.

D.Gray Man Issue #187: Party and Party

There was someone whining under the bridge as passing police officers stated homeless people would do anything to get food. When the person collapsed, the two police officers ran to his aid and were shocked to see several eyes on his forehead. Their heads bursted with blood and the person got on his feet. The man had five eyes. The person was a Noah and he commented that 35 years and the place was still surprisingly empty. He recalled that 35 years had passed since the 14th was killed with others having memory damage and that it was a big time lag since the 14th last reincarnation. The Earl welcomed him back to the family of Noah. Tykki was shocked that the new Noah could read minds. There were 13 Noahs who appeared and all of them had memories of the 2nd Apostle to the 13th Apostle. 7000 years ago, a particular guy had fought using the ‘heart’ and being defeated by the first apostle. The remaining 13 apostles became the ancestors of modern humanity. Therefore, all humans possessed ‘Noah’ genes. In one era, 12 people were awakened by their genes and Noah memories and became Noahs to protect the Earl and to fight those who used Innocence. Tykki wondered of identity consumed by memory and felt that since his receiving of chest scar from Allen. Road was the only one who had not reincarnated and was the only one to remember Joido’s face. Earl wanted to find the next Wrath’s body since Bollic’s death. They prepared to search, planning to put an end to the war. Road could sense the 14th’s voice when the Earl began to evolve planning to spread darkness.

46 hours later, Jordan, 2:53am. Akuma was attacking a person’s granddaughter and he cried for help. Someone appeared and saved her as she fell. It was Allen Walker. He was being commanded to return to HQ as they were in the process of fighting akuma. Allen eliminated the akuma around him before rejoining others. Meanwhile, akuma roamed the earth. Exorcists were forced to retreat. Allen, the old man and his grand daughter were seriously surrounded by the countless akuma. Just when Allen was at a loss of what to do, three newcomers appeared and eliminated the akuma instantly. Allen was impressed. Same time, he sensed sadness as the souls of the akuma were swallowed by the Third. His eye bled. The newcomers called for retreat upon completion of mission. One of them felt envious of Allen to be able to see the insights. Pissed, Allen attacked him with a ‘smile’ for his comment. As he continued to make his sarcastic comment, someone appeared from nowhere and sliced his arms easily. Allen was shocked to see Tykki again. Tykki greeted him. Two more Noahs appeared, they were hunting for exorcists. In China, Lavi and Bookman were also confronted by the Noahs. Other exorcists were confronted in Russia and Greece. Meanwhile, Link was aghast as he searched for Allen who could not response to him. He feared the worst.

Allen, the old man and the old man’s grand daughter woke in a cave where they were safe. Allen’s friend had put up talismans. Allen told other people not to touch the talisman. Allen’s allies were badly injured after Tykki’s attack and he complained of his inability to deal with the Noahs. Allen was impressed that he could close his wounds like Kanda. The Second could regenerate his limbs and was soon up and about before Allen’s eyes. Allen was shocked to see the Second planning to absorb the Third and tried to stop him. They explained that their kind could fuse with one another when anyone of them became useless known as womb transformation. Their alma cells multiplied by absorbing akuma. Allen realised this was the third exorcist project. They told Allen not to interfere.

Suddenly, Tykki and others appeared and slashed off the Third, First and Second. The little girl had removed the talisman out of fun, resulting to their downfall. At Jordan, Order’s camp, Kanda was being confronted by another Noah. He was shocked by the name ‘alma’ and the Noah planned to use Kanda’s brain for their party. In North America, Black Order’s branch, Johnny was vomiting. Other researchers were watching in concern. Suddenly, they were informed of intruder alert. It was a man who spoke like the Earl. There was a Road-like doll on his shoulder.

COMMENT: After months of waiting, I finally see a drastic and long chapter again. The manga will be changed to another manga magazine and the next chapter will be coming out in December. This is really taking so long. No wonder its anime ends half-way.

Fullmetal Alchemist Issue #98: Unlimited Greed

Wrath stated Greed!Ling should have run but the latter commented that he wanted his life now. Meanwhile, Wrath!Bradley’s followers were commenting on Bradley’s return while Ran Fan eavedropped them secretly. She was surprised that Bradley was at the main gate already. Greed!Ling questioned how Bradley escaped and the latter stated he could leap off with excellent eye accuracy. Ling asked of Falman whom he had visited before his turning into Greed. Falman was surprised. Ling stated he was preparing to pay back for the food and lodging he owed to Falman by defeating Bradley. With that, Ling and Bradley fought. Bradley removed his eye patch and fought at a superior level. The army prepared to help Ling. Ling yelled them not to get involved. Bradley dismembered the soldiers without a sweat. Olivia’s subordinate – Briggs was angry and shocked. He attacked Bradley but was stabbed in his gut. Falman and Ling yelled him to get off. Ling attacked Bradley. Meanwhile, Bradley’s soldiers were arming themselves to retake back the Central main gate. Ling told Falman to concentrate dealing with Bradley’s men while he dealt Bradley. Suddenly, there was smoke attack on Bradley’s men. Ran Fan’s grandfather appeared and assisted Ling. Ling told him about Bradley. He knew Bradley was the one who severed Ran Fan’s arm.

Other place, Mrs Bradley was told of status of Bradley and Selim, the former still alive and latter unknown whereout. Roy’s other subordinates were told that Bradley was fighting Briggs. Ross who was with them was also informed as well. She guessed Bradley was going to abandon his wife too. Jean who just arrived was surprised to see Ross still alive. He wept in joy. Meanwhile, Armstrong and the others were questioning Bradley’s men of Bradley’s plan. After hearing the plan to integrate all human souls into one, Elric brothers’ teacher smacked him with her slipper. Olivia joined in. When the soldiers doubted their belief, she told them to believe in themselves. Thinking of their own families, the soldiers made their decision not to follow Bradley’s order. Olivia checked with her men and knew that the Central soldiers had surrounded the city. She told them to withdraw without her if need be. He noted. Down in the tunnel, Edward, Roy, Riza and Scar were moving. Roy and Edward started bickering. Riza thanked Scar for persuading Roy to stop his uncontrollable rage. Scar stated he needed no gratitude. They reached a spotlight where an old man sat and told them he was not expecting audience. He stated it was time to get the show on the road.

Roy was aghast when Riza failed to response to his call over the mic. In the hotel, Ling told them the matter was regarding Lab 5 and Al left off, promising to return. Other place, Gluttony strangled Riza but her dog arrived and saved her in time. Together with another of her team member, they shot Gluttony but with no effect. Roy arrived in time and burnt him away. Riza was furious because Roy had put himself into danger of being suspect. Riza later thanked Roy as they walked through the staircase. Al arrived and asked Roy if the incident was related to Hughes’ death and he agreed. They went together. Barry arrived and Roy told him not to miss sight of his original body. Riza told Al and Roy of Gluttony’s ability not to die and Al told them he was Homunculus. Roy and Riza were shocked. Al told them Homunculus could regenerate themselves. Meanwhile, Gluttony got back to his feet. Roy, Riza, Al and Barry as well as others reached a lab. Barry stormed in and Roy and others took this as excuse to infiltrate the building. They were forced to spill up in the darker part of building and came across Lust. Havoc Jean was shocked to see his new girlfriend a Homunculus. Havoc told Roy that he did not tell her of anything related to work. She admitted she knew Hughes. Roy shot her but with no effect. She showed them her Philosopher’s Stone within her chest. Havoc and Roy were shocked. Roy tried to fight her but she was too fast. Roy broke down water into hydrogen and oxygen and attacked Lust. Meanwhile, Riza was on her move.

Later, the place was badly burnt with explosion of hydrogen. Suddenly, Lust appeared and stabbed Havoc. She stood up and regenerated herself. Roy shot her and pulled the Philosopher’s Stone from her chest, trying to heal Havoc with it. Lust disfigured attacked Roy. Outside the building, Bradley arrived and entered the building, knowing Roy and others were inside. In the dark, Lust prepared to kill Roy. Havoc lost consciousness. Riza and Al found Barry looking down at his decayed body. He told them that with absence of original soul, the body would also die. Suddenly, Lust appeared before them. She prepared to kill another candidate sacrifice. Barry attacked her but his soul was shattered instead. Lust told Riza that she had killed Roy. She was stunned. Riza shot her in anguish but with no effect. Riza wept and fell on her knees. Al shielded Riza and transmuted weapon without the circle. He used his body to take Lust’s blow and urged Riza to run. He vowed to protect her, as he did not want anyone to die before his eyes. Roy appeared and attacked Lust with his flames. He praised Al’s words. Roy had sealed his wounds with his fire earlier. He burnt Lust who screamed in agony. When flames died down, she disintegrated. Her Philosopher’s Stone vanished. Roy collapsed and thanked Al for protecting Riza. He told them that Havoc was still alive. From the dark, Bradley left. It was night when Al returned to the waiting Winry. Winry welcomed him back and yelled at Al’s damage. At the battlefield, the original Barry’s body messed up the seal mark on Barry’s armor, killing him forever. Other place, Armstrong and others saluted as Ed found his father standing before his mother’s tombstone. He was shocked.

Shangri-La #18:

Karin was shocked that Kuniko planned to burn Tokyo. She told them that due to their limited budget, she could rent the materials to them. Kuniko and Momoko were surprised. Karin wanted them to let her know the date and location for action as well a having Kuniko’s knife. She agreed. Karin noticed Momoko’s earring. She started asking Karin what she knew of the earring and Karin was forced to take them to meet Mikuni and Sayoko. Momoko and Sayoko were shocked. Karin introduced Kuniko to Mikuni. Momoko asked Mikuni of her earring. She had similar earring. Kuniko was surprised. Mikuni told her that the earring belonged to her mother. Momoko told Kuniko that the earring was actually Kuniko’s mother. This meant Kuniko and Mikuni were related. Mikuni told them of Miko whom Hiruko currently possessed. Kuniko and Momoko were shocked. Hiruko was still screaming but became quiet when she saw Momoko. She started to talk in Miko’s conscious. Later, Kuniko and Momoko returned to see explosion in Doumo. The poisonous fungi had spread and the young major with others were still searching for more.

In Atlas, Ryoko was told report about the weed. Meanwhile, Mikuni asked Sayoko of her possible elder sister – Kuniko. Sayoko refused to acknowledge Kuniko. In her room, Karin knew there was one more of the knives. In Doumo, the people were having meeting when Kuniko’s grandmother turned up. Kuniko asked her of the earring. She was aware of Kuniko’s intention to burn Tokyo. She wanted to get into Altas to meet someone in return of knowing Kuniko’s plan. She told Kuniko that the latter knew of her. Later, Kuniko talked to the young major. Next day, Momoko, Kuniko and Kuniko went to Altas to see Ryoko. The young major was also there but in hiding. In the office, Kuniko told Ryoko that they were going to burn Tokyo to the ground. Ryoko was not supportive to accept refuges. Young major activated plan B to force Ryoko to agree by activating a bomb inside building. Kuniko challenged Ryoko what she would do if she had internal threats like this if she refused. Ryoko finally agreed to their terms.

Fullmetal Alchemist – Brotherhood #18:

Armstrong and Ed went to the train station as they met up with Breda. In the Central, Al and Winry were chatting when Ling sneaked to join them. He told them not to worry about Ed. Same time; Ed, Breada and Armstrong were moving through the Great Dessert with Ran Fan’s grandfather. They rested at a ruined city where legends of Alchemy lay there. It was believed that the Philosopher’s Stone originated there. They explored the place and met Ross whom they thought was killed by Roy. Armstrong and Ed were overjoyed. Ed knew that Roy had believed Ross was innocent from the very beginning. Flashback, Roy had talked to Falman over the phone where Barry and Falman told him of Ross’s bullets were not from Hughes’ murder but from 5th Laboratory. With that, Roy assigned Breda to prepare ingredients for fake human corpse to fake Ross’s death so as to rescue her. Another flashback, Roy threw out the fake corpse from a bin and burnt it in front of Ross before pulling off her bracelet and threw her to hide in the bin where another Roy’s subordinate guided her to escape. Ran Fan’s grandfather was asked by Ling to take Ross to the East.

Back to present, Breda told them that they were planning to find the person who pulled the strings. Other place, Al and Winry were relieved to know the truth from Ling. Ling wanted to ask Al for something in return. In the desert, Breda and others were skirting pictures of all homunculi. Ed knew there was no turning back and he vowed to protect anyone who might turn into victim. Ross was planning to go to Xing and did not plan to let her parents know about it. She wanted Armstrong and others to help her thank Roy as well as call her in times of emergency. Ed and Ross shook hands farewells. On the horse, Ross asked Fuu how Xing was like. She was crying.

In the Central, Roy was chatting on the phone. His subordinates were preparing in darkness. In the house, Barry’s real body attacked armored Barry. The masked Havoc came to help Falman. Armored Barry, Falman and Havoc went after Barry’s real body. Riza shot Barry’s real body. She was chatting causally with Roy under disguised name. Barry told Falman and Havoc that the body of his was probably possessed by a soul of an animal. In the desert, Ed was examining the alchemy marks on the ruins when the Ishbal people surrounded him. They told him that they knew not all Amestians were bad as Winry’s parents had saved their lives before. He asked them how they died. They told them that a Ishbal patient killed them. Ed demanded to know who he was and her description fitted that of Scar’s. Before he left them, an elderly woman asked him to help them apologise at Winry’s parents’ grave. In the Central, Barry was not interested to return to his own real body as it was rotting. On a building top, Riza was confronted by Gluttony.

One Piece #411:

Hebi-hime returned to her territory where she and others were welcomed warmly. Her followers took note of all their victory items. Nyon asked for articles and was shocked at the news on the paper. Hebi-Hime entered her palace and saw a statue of her made by some kids. She destroyed it and told her people off for bringing in dirty things into her place. One of her followers told her of a dangerous monkey in forest. In the forest, Luffy was running away from the pursuing women. In the forest, Hebi-Hime’s follower told her that the people out hunting for the monkey would be back soon. Nyon entered the palace demanding to talk to Hebi-Hime to ask her of the Marine ship. She demanded to know why Hebi-Hime did not comply to Marine’s request as it would bring honor to the island as well as security from possible invasion from the Marine. Nyon showed Hebi-Hime her crystal ball and wrote ‘Get going’. Hebi-Hime was annoyed and threw her out of the window for Nyon was a traitor to the Kuja. Nyon collapsed on top of some chutes and managed to gain her balance on the ground.

Hebi-Hime went for her bath at the sound of the gongs. Everyone was to leave the palace for Hebi-Hime to bath in peace. Outside, a follower told a girl that Hebi-Hime had the curse of Medusa whom they eliminated. They had eyes on their backs that would turn people into stone. That was why people were to evacuate when she bathed. Other place, Luffy was still moving through the woods, running away from the pursuing women and snakes. They suspected Luffy returned to the village for a boat. Meanwhile, Luffy entered the palace, hoping to find a pirate ship. He tried to leap looking for the highest building. Meanwhile, Luffy fell into the castle via the roof into Hebi-Hime’s bath. The women were worried. In the bathroom, Luffy saw a naked Hebi-Hime who was shocked to see her back. Luffy commented that he had seen a back like this before.

Dragon Ball Kai #17:

Kaio was wondering how the progress of the battle was. On Earth, Karinin was about to stab Vegeta when he sensed Goku asking him to leave Vegeta alive. Karinin was reluctant as Vegeta might return to attack them again. Goku confessed Vegeta had beaten him good, as he did not wish to see a better fighter died in this way. Karinin decided to give in to Goku’s request. Goku promised to defeat him next time. Vegeta entered his spaceship and departed. Karinin watched reluctantly. He walked to Gohan and carried him to Goku. Goku apologised for the dead friends and wanted to bring them back to life again.

Just then, Roshi, Bulma and others arrived. Chi-Chi rushed to find Gohan, snatching him from Karinin. Karinin asked Chi-Chi to look at Goku who was hurt more seriously. Bulma and Roshi were checking Goku. Bulma was still upset over Piccolo’s death as it made the effects of dragon balls useless. Karme suggested taking the wounded back for treatment. They took off on the spaceship. On the plane, Chi-Chi was still hugging Gohan while Bulma was still crying. Karinin was thinking of reviving everyone and suggested taking all the corpses back. They went to the earlier battle spot and retrieved all corpses except one that had blew up. On the plane, Gohan woke and Chi-Chi hugged him crying. Karinin told Gohan that Vegeta had escaped. Gohan was happy to see Goku all right. Chi-Chi was not happy that Goku had brought Gohan into danger. Karinin told Goku about Namesajin when they saw Piccolo. They seemed to have ideas to find more powerful dragon balls on Piccolo’s planet. In that was true, they could find the other dragon balls to bring others to life. Roshi and others were delighted. Bulma was still despondent, as they did not know where Namek planet was. Goku was not worried as he sought Kaio’s guidance. Kaio checked his book on Nemak. Bulma prepared to make her calculation. Kaio told them that Namek was almost destroyed years ago but was in its pace to recover itself. Roshi told others that dragon balls could not grant wishes to revive powers stronger than its creators. That was why it could not do anything to Saiyajins. Bulma wondered how they could travel there considering the far distance. Karinin suggested the space ship of Saiyajin’s. They remembered the space ship left behind by Goku’s elder brother. Karinin also had a remote control to Saiyajin’s ship. Bulma and others were delighted and laughed.

Fullmetal Alchemist – Brotherhood #17:

Ross was being interrogated for Hughes’ murder by the officers whose proof was the bullets Ross had used before in laboratory 5 where she had escorted the Elric brothers. On the night of Hughes’ death, her family members who were witness were not allowed to be proved alibi. Danny talked to Armstrong who suspected the military was probably planning to silence Ross on the Lab 5 issue. In the hotel, Ed was still thinking of Hughes’ death while Winry cleaned Al’s armor. She told Ed how scared she was when the brothers were out fighting for she did not want them to disappear from her life just like her parents. Al praised Winry for being kind. In the room, Falman was playing chess with Barry the Chopper when he received some information on accusing of Ross. In the hotel, Al told Ed of the news. Ed was shocked to find Ross being accused of killing Hughes.

In the detention prison, Yao Ling was trying to talk through a warder when many warders tried to fight off Barry the Chopper. Yao Ling asked Barry to let him out. When he learnt that Ling was from Xing, he released him. Barry proceeded to release Ross from her cell. He showed her the newspaper that accused her of murdering Hughes. Ross was devastated and agreed to leave with Barry. Meanwhile, the military was activated to kill her. On the street, Roy was walking. Al and Ed met Ross, Ling and Barry on the street. Barry called Ross to run to the alley while he held back the Elric brothers. In the alley, Roy confronted Ross. There was huge fire in that alley and Ed arrived to find a burnt corpse before Roy. Ed was shocked and angry. He grabbed Roy’s collar and was being hit back. Al tried to hold back Ed from attacking Roy and demanded to know answers from Roy. Roy told them that it was order from the top. Ross’ hand bracelet lay on the ground next to the corpse. Roy denied his people’s involvement to aid Ross’s escape. Ed was still glaring at Roy. Later, Armstrong apologised for not telling the brothers of Hughes’ death. The doctor could not identify Ross in the extremely burnt corpse. Armstrong was anguished over Ross’s death. Roy told Armstrong to go to the East for a break. Other place, Envy told Lust of the latest development. In the office, Riza asked to apply leave and Roy approved. He smirked even though she slammed the door hard.

In the room, Falman and Barry found Ling summoning for Ran Fan and her grandfather with smoke. In the office, Roy was flirting with a woman over the phone for a date. In the hotel, Ed was confronted by the scary looking Armstrong who prepared to send him home while Al would stay in Central. Armstrong told him that it was an order. Roy was informed in office and he smirked, as there would be no more hindrances to his plan. In the dark room, Envy told Lust of Barry the Chopper. The original body of Barry the Chopper was locked in the cage.

Shangri-La #13:

Flashback, Momoko had wanted Kuniko to live like a normal girl and another flashback, she had told others that she was not a leader of Metal Age. Another flashback, Kuniko told her grandmother that she was unable to do anything with Momoko’s kidnapping as such; she decided to become leader of Metal Age to go against the government that had betrayed them. She told others that they would fight to get back their future.

It was night. Kuniko, Takehiko, Momoko and others were loading things to prepare the battle. Kuniko’s grandmother told Kuniko not to be afraid. Kuniko vowed to fight for everyone’s future. The plane flew through the air. The chairman had reached Atlas. In the forest, Kuniko and others were travelling on cars. A man stood waiting for them. It was K.D. and he was assigned to take them to view a giant boomerang (it was in fact a fighter plane). Kuniko thanked K.D. In Atlas, the workers were protesting against their guards. There were internal riots within Atlas. Meanwhile, Kuniko and others were travelling to Atlas through the air. Kuniko decided to take out the government. Ryoko and others were observing Kuniko and others’ progress on their security system. There was a battle in the air against the air force. Ryoko communicated with the chairman. Karin was also observing the air war in Atlas. Kuniko left the plane to attack the approaching missiles with her boomerang. Mikuni was watching the battle with Miko in Moon Palace with interest. Miko asked Mikuni how she would feel if she were to disappear from Mikuni who cried. Miko consoled her. Meanwhile, the battle went on. Kuniko wanted to fight the missiles again. K.D. told her his real name Koeno. Kuniko and Momoko stepped out to check the outside systems and landed on the enemy’s structure. Momoko activated the bomb on the enemy’s structure and leaped off with Kuniko. Meanwhile, K.D.’s plane was hit. All fighters from Doumo leaped to the building from the plane. K.D.’s plane exploded. Kuniko screamed and destroyed the enemy’s plane. Momoko grabbed Kuniko with her rope before she almost fell. In the sky, Kuniko was relieved to see K.D. escaped to safety via parachute.

Naruto Shippuuden #105: The Battle over the Barrier

Kabuto, Guren and Yukimaru were travelling through the woods. Guren was still not happy that Kabuto threatened to tell Yukimaru her deed in the murder of Yukimaru’s mother. Meanwhile, at the lake, Hinata, Sakura, Shizune and Ino were controlling the barrier while Lee and Tenten stood guard. Tobi was watching afar. Kakashi and Sai were still tracking Guren. Same time, Naruto and Shino were also searching. Naruto wanted to save Yukimaru from Guren.

Other place, Guren’s henchmen were struggling to a rocky place, injured. From afar, Kabuto and Guren were watching the barrier seal. Kabuto forced Yuukimaru to take the pills to control Sanbi. Guren stopped him and volunteered to stop the Konoha ninjas herself. Kabuto gave in and told Guren to follow Rinji’s plan as he took Yukimaru to a secure place. Later, Rinji appeared before Guren. Rinji told Guren the strengths of the Konoha protectors. Guren would attack the protectors while Rinji would break the seal. Shortly, Guren confronted Tenten and Lee in fight. In the water, Sanbi was still struggling against the seal. In the woods, Naruto and Shino received insect information. On the lake, Guren was fighting Lee and Tenten with her crystal dragons. Meanwhile, the seal broke and Ino and others had to reseal the lock again. Just then, Rinji appeared but Naruto appeared to fight off Rinji. Shino sent insects at Guren who ignored. Suddenly, the seal broke and Sanbi escaped. In the woods, Kakashi and Sai reached Yamato and Kiba who exchanged information with them. From the cliff, Yukimaru saw waves spread, as Sanbi broke loose from the barrier. Tobi was excited. Yukimaru sensed pain as he walked towards the lake. Naruto was angry as Rinji and Guren pulled back.

Suddenly, splashes of water swept Naruto and others into water with Guren and Rinji. From the shore, Yukimaru witnessed it. Later, Shizune, Ino, Sakura, Hinata were led to safety by Lee and Tenten. From above, Yukimaru saw Sanbi approached Guren. On the lake, Shino reached Naruto who saw Sanbi from afar. Sanbi picked Guren but Yukimaru tried to yell it away with his power. In his lair, Orochimaru was taunting Kabuto’s hard time. In the woods, Tobi was observing Sanbi. So were Naruto and Shino. Guren woke to see Sanbi staring at her. Rinji got to his feet to see Yukimaru emitting energy on his own.

Omake: Naruto was trying to figure out the blank script when Tenten, Lee, Sai and Ino stomped in, trying to catch screen time. Sakura came in and found everyone turning black and white. It was Sai’s work.

Fullmetal Alchemist – Brotherhood #16:

The Elric brothers and Winry reached the train station where Fuu and Ran Fan were still hunting for Yao Ling. On a rooftop, Ling sensed something strange about the city. Other place, Roy’s subordinates were hiding and watching Barry the Chopper. One of them was boosting his new girlfriend. Meanwhile, Ling had collapsed on the road calling for food when he was dragged off as illegal immigrant. Ran Fan and Fuu were still looking for Ling. Elric brothers and Winry parted. Sheska was asked of a key to a room that she refused to give as Roy was hiding inside, sleeping. Sheska woke him up. Focker asked Sheska what Roy was doing as Roy left. He asked her if she knew what he was checking and she told him that Roy was checking Fifth Laboratory and Hughes’ case. Focker walked away. The real Focker passed him and the fake one turned into another person. The person who had spoken to Sheska was Envy. In the gents’ room, Armstrong chatted with Roy. Armstrong told him of his meeting with Elric brothers who did not know Hughes’ death. Armstrong knew Roy learnt of the dangerous information and told him to be careful. Shortly, Ed was not pleased to meet Roy. He told Roy and Riza of his plan to visit Hughes. Roy lied to Ed and Al that Hughes had left the city with his family. He told Ed not to do anything stupid before he left with Riza. Riza felt uneasy for hiding the truth. Al suggested checking with Winry who went to Hughes’ place. They met another Ross who accidentally told them of Hughes’ death. Other place, Winry went to buy apples. Meanwhile, Ed questioned in shock and ran to look for Winry still thinking of Hughes’ case knowing he had dragged Hughes to death with his findings. Al caught up with him. Same time, Winry reached Hughes’ place and was told of Hughes’ death. Later, the Elric brothers reached Hughes’ place and found Winry in low spirit. Ed wanted to talk to Winry and Gracie about possible cause of Hughes’ death. Ed apologised for dragging and causing Hughes to death. Gracie did not blame him, as it was Hughes’ nature to die for helping people. She told Ed not to make Hughes’ death pointless. She told him to move forward. They left later and overheard Gracia sobbing in the house. Together, Ed, Al and Winry walked without a word. They went to their hotel rooms. Ed went to look for Winry and asked her to eat. She pulled his hand and told him about her learning of apple pie from Gracia and told him that she had wanted to let Hughes try her apple pie. With that, she wept.

In a dark place, Envy told Lust of Roy’s investigation. Lust was at the same time, dating Roy’s subordinate to dig information. Envy asked Lust to do something about Roy. In the Military, Ross was being accused of causing Hughes’ death and was being demanded to hand over her gun. She was sent to be locked up. Riza told Roy about it and he told her to keep the document confidential. Meanwhile, Roy’s other subordinate – Jean met Lust.

One Piece #410:

Luffy was pulling the bandages and told Margaret that he was looking for his comrades. She returned him his original clothes. Luffy vowed to surpass the opponents he fought on other island. Margaret told Luffy that no one except Hebihime could cross the sea because of sea monsters. She was shocked to see Luffy not knowing how to swim even though he was a pirate. She prepared to shoot him, as she would be in trouble if she were too friendly with him. Just then, the other women arrived and attacked Luffy. On the sea was another ship that was occupied by Marine army where the admiral killed a sea king, which had earlier attacked the ship. Momonga was the vice admiral that had sliced the sea king. He told the Kuja pirates of Ace’s execution broadcasted on the newspapers. Hebihime stepped out of her room and kicked away a kitten that obstructed her path. The military was captivated by her beauty.

Other place, Luffy was still running away from the attacking women. He swung through the trees. He was shot down from the mountain into the woods. On the ship, the army watched the eldest princess – Hebihime as she warned them. Momonga told her of Ace’s execution few days later and requested to lend them her strength to build up the defence. She rejected and warned them that she could turn them into stones. Everyone believed her because of her beauty. She turned the Marine soldiers into stone with her charm. She confronted Momonga. The Marine’s possession was seized. Momonga vowed for revenge before he left.

07-Ghost #15:

Teito and his roommate were carrying books when the three nuns approached them. Teito was still thinking of Frau’s words. They wished them good luck. Ayanami’s subordinates were watching them and they began to act. Meanwhile, the mermaid noticed a priest walking along the corridor. In the library, Teito’s roommate tried to help him retrieve a book placed on a high place when a priest tried to confront Teito. When Frau’s comrade - priest – Castor tapped him on the shoulder, he passed a pass to Teito and reminded him some dreadful words about the church not being his ally. Frau’s comrade shielded Teito and destroyed the fake priest. Frau ran along and was glad Castor had saved Teito. He told Teito to judge the facts by himself. Meanwhile, Teito’s roommate tried to cheer him up. Meanwhile, the Bishop learnt the facts from Frau, Castor and Labator.

Other place, Ayanami’s subordinates were planning the next move. Nearby, Frau sensed something bad while he was playing with kids. Along the corridor, the three nuns saw the dejected looking Teito. They went to chat with him and tried to cheer him up. Teito walked away and ran into Frau who told him to think over. Suddenly, Frau sensed something bad and ran off. He found Ayanami’s subordinates in a dark room, trying to taint the criminals’ corpses. The subordinates turned the corpses into Wars that attacked Frau. Frau fought them. Frau vowed not to let them lay a finger on Teito. As he slashed them, they vanished into nothingness. The patrolling soldiers who ran into the scene mistook Frau for causing the crime. Frau was arrested. Other place, Labrator sensed Frau’s arrest and he told Castor. Teito ran to them asking for clarification. Castor asked him to follow them into a building where people confronted their own feelings. On higher buildings, Ayanami’s subordinates were watching. In the military base, Ayanami and others were discussing. As planned, Frau was imprisoned so that they could catch Teito without Frau’s protection. Ayanami told the meeting that he would carry out the mission personally. In the building, Teito saw his father - Fia’s illusion in the glass. He showered light showing his past when they first talked. Teito returned to reality. Teito understood the church was the place where he should be staying. Castor told Teito that Fia used to be a character in the church who had been excommunicated.

Fullmetal Alchemist – Brotherhood #15:

In the middle of the night, Scar was fighting a state alchemist and killed him that night. Later next day, Scar was bemused to see Yoki taking care of a little girl from Xing – Chang Mei. She healed him with her alchemy. Yoki told Scar that she had travelled across the great desert with her little panda – Xiao Mei. She saw the alchemy tattoo on Scar’s arm. She wanted to go with them to Central. She was looking for the legendary Edward Elric and dreamt of a tall handsome man.

In the dark street, Barry attacked Riza who intimidated him with her gun shoots instead. She was surprised that he knew Alphonse Elric. She took him to see Roy and others. Barry told them of 5th laboratory and Philosopher’s Stone. Roy asked him of Hughes’s murder but Barry did not know.

Other place, Ed and Al visited Winry who beated Ed for ruining her automail before fixing it for him. While waiting for the automail parts, Ed and Al visited the street. Al found the hungry Yao Ling who made them pay for the food he ate. They were surprised to learn he was from Xing. He told them that he was researching alchemy. Al was interested in alchemy that heals. They told them they were alchemy. Ed was bemused that Ling was not alchemist. Ling told them he wanted to know about Philosopher’s Stone. When they refused to tell, his two masked bodyguards pointed knives at them. They fought them. Meanwhile, Ling ordered more food. Paninya went to ask Al what was going on. Ed broke his opponent’s mask to see that she was a girl. Her grand father was shocked to see Al able to trap him, remove his mask using alchemy without creating transmutation circle. Same time, Ed bound Ran Fan – his opponent. Al arrived with Ran Fan’s grandfather. Ling came to greet them. The villagers chased Ed and Al for the food cost and damage to the town after the fight. Yao Ling, Ran Fan and her grandfather – Fu escaped. Ed learned Al’s ability to transmute without the circle and was demoralized. When they reached other place, they met Ling again. They laughed when they learnt Ling was a prince from Xing. Ling explained that there were fifty princes and princess from Xing. All of them were fighting to gain status by finding immortality in Philosopher’s Stone. Winry returned and punched Ed for ruining the automail. She wanted to follow Elric brothers back to Central to visit Hughes. In the night elsewhere, Scar, Yoki and Chang Mei travelled in horse carriage to Central.

COMMENT: New OP & ED. Ling, Chang Mei, Ran Fan and her grand father made their appearances. Pride also appeared in the new opening.

Bleach #228:

The Shinigami women were shopping for clothes in human world. Yoruichi was looking at some clothes and Sai Fon watched at her in admiration. Yoruichi recommended her some clothes and ignored her when she chose something else. Isane was shocked when her captain recommended a flashy suit for her.

Later, Matsumoto reported the enjoyment of all Shinigami ladies at the beach. Ichigo was bemused. They had come because Rukia’s elder brother – Byakuya destroyed the pool in Soul Society. The ladies had a meeting and proposed going to the beach. Byakuya was also at the beach with the men of Soul Society. Ukitake collapsed from heat stroke. Ichigo and Renji went to get ice and were shocked to see Chad, Orihime and Ishida working part time. Hitsugaya Toshiro was also in the shop. He activated his ice for them using his bankai. Ukitake was still not feeling well but he announced a competition of two teams. The prize was money from Chief Commander. Orihime was looking out for others and Matsumoto discussed breasts with her. Nearby, Ichigo watched Renji and others building sand temple. Ichigo was provoked to build better structure. Yachiru put crab on one of them. Rukia and Byakuya were building sand structure. Both were childish dolls. Ukitake was still feeling unwell and went to rest. Kotsubaki built sand coffin around him. The others watched, bemused. Just then, Orihime and others brought food that looked like offerings for Ukitake. Ichigo and others saw water monster appearing to snatch two lady shinigamis with its tentacles. Ishida and Chad attacked it but their attacks were neutralized. Ichigo was not bemused when most Shinigami did not bring their weapons. Renji’s sword was not cooperating. The monster Hollow also grabbed Orihime. Ichigo was confronted by another monster, which grabbed him.

Sai Fon and Yochiru attacked the monsters, saving Ichigo, Orihime and others. Ukitake woke and stated it was Suikawari game. The monsters were made up of watermelon juice. The others were not amused. More watermelon monsters appeared. Ichigo and others were not happy. Hitsugaya enjoyed his own ice cream alone in the shop, ignoring Matsumoto’s chatting.

One Piece #409:

Landed on the island – Amazon Lily occupied by only women, Luffy was imprisoned because of his gender. Everywhere on the street, most women had snake around them and were trained like warriors as they battled in tournaments. As Luffy woke, he found women staring at him outside his cell. Luffy recalled his battle with Kuma who had sent his comrades vanishing. Luffy stretched his arm out and got his hat back. The women were shocked. They asked him about his crotch and finally handed him his clothes. But it was too flowery. Luffy was bemused and protested. The women aimed arrows at him using their snakes as bows. After learning the truth and misunderstanding, Luffy thanked them for saving his life earlier but they wanted to kill him because he was a guy, as he was not supposed to be on their land. Luffy told them his wish to find his comrades. They released the arrows. Smoke cleared and Luffy smashed his way out through the roof. The women chased and shot arrows after him. Along the way, he snatched food on the street to fill his stomach. They finally surrounded him. Luffy snatched Margaret to ask for his virate card that could help him find his comrades. They reached the forest. She returned him the card. He showed her how the card moved as he told her his tales. He told her that he was a pirate and she told him that their leader – Hebihime was also a pirate. She told him that the island was protected by Hebihime and her younger sisters. Meanwhile, Hebihime and others were on their way back to the island. The other women prepared to rescue Margaret from Luffy before Hebihime returned.

Code Geass R2 #15:

In the emperor’s world, Lelouch commanded to know why he did not protect his mother. Meanwhile, Rolo instructed the team to search the place in name of Zero. In the mental world, Lelouch faced off his father with their Geass. Lelouch managed to lure his father to shoot himself. With his success, Lelouch screamed. Other place, Suzaku forced Kallen to tell him everything, but stopped, as he did not want to be like Lelouch. Meanwhile, C.C. and V.V. talked of their past promise not to lie to each other.

In the mental world, the emperor got back to his feet and challenged Lelouch who tried to shoot him but failed. He told Lelouch that he had obtained new power and surrounded Lelouch with masks. Other place, the military teacher faced off the Black Knight whom she had lived with him during her time of lost memory. He told her of his love for her. Lelouch’s maid turned up. In the mental world, the emperor challenged Lelouch’s ideology. C.C.’s form turned up and she told him that her wish was to die. Lelouch was shocked. Right now, V.V. or Charle would grant her wish. She told Lelouch to kill her so as to gain the same power as his father. When he refused, she sent him away.

Other place, Nunnally asked to involved Elevens in the project. In the field, Suzaku tried to look for Lelouch but in vain. Suzaku thought of the emperor’s word to use Nunnally if Lelouch were to regain his memory. He met Nunnally who told him of her project. Meanwhile, Lelouch landed in an illusion of C.C.’s memory. C.C. had a pact with a nun when she was a girl so that she would not die. In the real world, Lelouch’s maid attacked the Black Knight member and the military teacher saved him. Back in C.C.’s memory, C.C. had Geass power to make people loved her. One day, the nun passed her eternity life force to C.C. As time passed, C.C. suffered pain as people around her died over time. Other mental world, Lelouch intruded into C.C. and the emperor’s area. He was shocked to see the emperor forcing C.C. to press her life force to him. Lelouch attacked him and grabbed C.C. In the real world, Nina succeeded testing a weapon with the prince.

In the meantime, Lelouch brought C.C. back to the real world. C.C. had lost many memories and her time had stopped where her past working for her masters were. Lelouch was shocked.

Fullmetal Alchemist – Brotherhood #14:

Roy walked through the military building where people around him gossiped behind his back. Roy was informed that King Bradley had gone to the Southern region where the Elric brothers were. Meanwhile, Izumi and Ed faced off Greed who ran away. Izumi vomited blood. The military people entered and surrounded them. Greed met Al and his female follower in the subway. They were confronted by King Bradley who sliced Greed’s hand easily. Meanwhile, Armstrong faced off other Greed’s follower. Ed and Izumi were protected by the military that at the same time eliminated the other Chimeras who worked for Greed. In the subway, Greed saw the symbol in Bradley’s eye and knew his strength lie within his eye. Bradley injured Greed badly. The female comrade was shocked to see Bradley defeated her comrades easily. The surviving Chimeras freed Al from his chains and told him to escape with the female comrade. The female comrade tried to get out but Al wanted to protect her. As the other chimeras were killed, Greed confronted Bradley again. They fought again. Bradley confronted Al who tried to leave but Martel lost control and strangled Bradley through Al. Bradley stabbed her through Al’s armor. Al’s memory within the Gate regained as Martel’s blood splashed onto his blood taboo. He remembered seeing his body vanishing before his eyes. When he regained his conscious, Ed and Armstrong sat before him. His armor was filled with Martel’s blood. Bradley approached them, asking them of their relation with Greed. They denied. Bradley told Ed to cherish Al before leaving them. He went to visit Izumi and asked her to become State Alchemist and she rejected the offer. That night, Ed cleaned Al’s stained armor. Ed asked Armstrong of Hughes. Armstrong told him not to take unnecessary risk and left. Al then told Ed of his revived memory that did not provide additional information on human transmutation. They thought of the strange acts of Bradley and Greed.

In a subway, Bradley told Lust of the Elric brothers’ worthiness as ‘Father’s sacrifice. Greed was being bound. He taunted Envy, Gluttony and Lust. Lust told him that Sloth was in the middle of the work. Bradley told Greed that he was Wrath. ‘Father’ told them not to fight among themselves and asked Greed of his betrayal. Greed told him that his satisfaction would never be fulfilled if he worked under him. Greed was sent into burning lava. Greed was sent back to ‘Father’s soul.

In the night, King Bradley was walking when his son – Selim ran towards him, followed by his wife. He chatted with them and told them of Fullmetal Alchemist. Selim told them of his fascination of Ed as he walked off hand in hand with his parents.

Dragon Ball Kai #14:

Goku increased his power level to 3 x Kaioken. Rocks flew and Goku punched Vegeta harshly at lightning speed. Vegeta was in shock. Goku’s body was also reaching his limit as he could not keep up with his overwhelming ki. Vegeta wanted to destroy Goku and planet Earth. He emitted purple ki. Goku activated his 3x kaioken. Their blows hit. Goku increased his level to 4x. Vegeta was blown away. Goku went on his knees. His comrade – Yajirobe ran to him and congratulated him. Goku told him that Vegeta was still alive. Yajirobe ran off. In the sky, Vegeta managed to get out of the attack ki’s path. He wanted to use his Oozaru form, which could succeed on full moon night. Kaio knew it was impossible as Paccolo had destroyed the moon when Gohan transformed last time. Goku meanwhile tried to look for Vegeta. Vegeta flew back to confront Goku and talked about their full moon transformation. He told Goku that he could still gain without the full moon. He emitted moon light ball into the sky. Kaio was shocked to see Vegeta creating a moon. Vegeta turned into a giant gorilla. Kiririn and Gohan saw the moon from afar. Meanwhile, Goku watched in shock. Gohan was worried and wanted to go to Goku as he sensed his father in danger. Despite knowing his weakness, he flew towards the battlefield. Kiririn flew after him. Meanwhile, Goku tried to dodge from the giant gorilla Vegeta. Goku remembered his old grandfather’s words and his destruction of tail by Kami. Goku decided to create Genki-Dama. Same time, Gohan and Kiririn were going towards Goku’s direction. Meanwhile, Goku was hit to the ground and his Kaioken had no effect to Vegeta. Vegeta dashed towards the weakened Goku.

COMMENT: Oh. Wow, more outrageous. Piccolo destroyed the moon with a blow and Vegeta created one with his ‘average Rasengan’-size ki. Completely irrealistic. Mother nature is going to cry. So much for zillions of years of moon formation.

Phantom – Requiem for the Phantom #13: Disguise

Isaac was angered by the loss of profit from business and was determined to make the murderer pay. In a fast food restaurant, Reiji tried to ask Cal of who the murderer was and she wanted to see the moment when Judy’s death was avenged. She wanted to see Reiji’s friend who would do the job. Cal asked to stay at Reiji’s place as she was being kicked out of the house, as Judy owed a lot of rent money. Cal started packing the leftover burgers in his fridge while guessing the empty room to belong to someone else previously. Over the phone, Lizzie teased Reiji for being toyed by Cal. Reiji hanged up and Isaac was confronting Lizzie. Isaac was not happy that she was investigating his area. In the house, Cal told Reiji that Judy took her in when she ran away from her father. He stated Judy was blessed because she had someone crying for her after she died. Late at night, someone knocked on Reiji’s door. It was Isaac and Lizzie. Isaac wanted to find the eyewitness – Cal. Reiji refused to take him to Cal. In her room, Cal accidentally dropped her bag and Isaac knew where she was. Reiji took out his gun and Isaac gave in. He left, telling Reiji to meet at HQ the next day. After everyone left, Reiji told Cal to tell him everything in details.

Flashback, Cal and Judy were running in the alley as they heard gunshots. Judy was shot but Cal could not see the shooter. Cal asked Reiji why he was covering for her even though he was an assassin - Phantom. She took out her bag and showed him all the money held by the dead Japanese who were shot during the time. She begged Reiji to kill the people who murdered Judy. Reiji stated he was not taking any money from her. While Cal slept, Reiji was in confusion as the bounty money was now in his house.

Next day, Claudia asked Reiji what was going on but he could not tell her alone. In the office, Reiji tried to convince Isaac and other boss that Cal did not know anything. Reiji stated Cal had a potential talent within her. And that she had the potential to assassin. Reiji promised to train Cal as his assistant. Lizzie was willing to switch place for Cal. Lizzie also clarified that Judy had no suspicious background. Reiji’s suggestion was adopted. Claudia was impressed. After the meeting, Reiji apologised to Lizzie. In the car, Reiji was still in confusion.

Fullmetal Alchemist – Brotherhood #13:

Izumi told the Elric brothers to go home after renouncing their teacher/ students relationships. Al protested but Ed accepted it. At the train station, Izumi’s husband told them that Izumi’s decision was to ensure they were now equals. Ed ran looking for Izumi again and was told off by her. They discussed and realised that Al should have seen most of the ‘Truth’. But Al had lost memory of the ‘Truth’. They decided to work on it. Unknown to them, a chimera was spying on Al.

In the military building, an old officer was playing chess with Roy. Roy summoned a few of his men to go Central with him. Havoc who had just gotten a girlfriend was not amused. In other place, Scar was being told off by an elderly for seeking revenge. Scar saw a man who wanted to bring down Ed and he defeated that man’s subordinates easily. The man was terrified. Scar was planning to leave as there was no turning back for him.

Other place, Al was being lured to ‘Devil’s Nest’ where Greed’s followers waited. Al refused to go with them. Martel snaked into Al’s armor to control him. The others put Al down. Greed confronted Al and examined him in his hideout. Al was shocked to see successful chimeras standing before him. He was also shocked to learn Greed was a Homunculus. Greed demonstrated his generation ability before Al. Greed asked Al how it was like to exist only with soul as Greed wanted eternal life. Al confessed that he had lost his memory how he got that body. On the street, Ed ran into Greed’s men and stomped into Greed’s lair for Al. Ed told Greed to seek answers from other Homunculi from Fifth Laboratory. Ed was pissed to hear that Greed praised the advantage of existing only with soul. Ed fought the chimeras while Greed commanded two of his followers to take Al away for dismantling. Ed was angry and fought Greed. Greed showed his steel like appearance. Meanwhile, Izumi was pissed off that Al was kidnapped. Same time, Ed was exhausted with fighting Greed. With a clearer mind, Ed remembered a way to defeat Greed. He used Greed’s body component weakness and weakened Greed with alchemy. Just then, Izumi stomped in and hit Ed for being reckless. Izumi easily hit Greed to the wall. As Greed asked who Izumi was, she told him that she was just a housewife.

Fullmetal Alchemist – Brotherhood #12: All is One; One is All

Ed dreamt of his father and woke from his sleep on the train. He and Al had reached Dublithe. They went to Izumi’s shop and met her and her husband. Izumi confronted the Elric brothers and beat Ed for joining the military. She ranted at them for what they had done last time. Later, the brothers asked Izumi for Philosopher’s Stone and mentioned their father’s name. Ed still hated him for abandoning their mother even before her death. Since then, he was never seen. Back to present, Izumi told the brothers to eat with them. Al related how they had helped the delivery of a baby at the Rush Valley.

That night, Ed recalled their first time meeting Izumi and had pleaded her to teach them alchemy after they witnessed her excellent skill to stop a flood disaster. After knowing they had no parents, she finally agreed. The first test was to survive on an isolated island without alchemy. The brothers were aghast. That night, the brothers were hungry. Izumi told her husband that her past training was even tougher. On the island, the brothers had difficulty hunting for food. One day, Ed still pondering of living and with renewed confidence, he and Al made their own fire and hunted their own food. They pondered of Izumi’s words of ‘All is One; One is All’ and thought of food chain and derived that everyone was tiny like ants but when everyone gathered, it would be all of the world. On the final day, they managed to answer Izumi’s question. Delighted, she started training them. Al asked Izumi about her accomplishment of completing alchemy without the transmutation circle. Back to present, Ed knew Izumi had seen the ‘Truth’.

Next day, Ed sparred with Izumi who knew the brothers had seen the ‘Truth’. Ed knew he was right. Flashback, Izumi had lost some of her organs in her bid to revive her baby who was born dead due to her illness during her pregnancy period. The brothers acted optimistic and she hugged them, trying them not to force themselves. They begged her for her forgiveness. Flashback, Ed and Al had realised the concept of alchemy which was life itself when they were training on the island.

Bleach #225:

Hinamori and Matsumoto faced off three Arrancars who activated a monster with their power. Meanwhile, the little girl Arrancar and Stark faced off two Shinigami captains. The Shinigami Captain could repel the girl Arrancar’s Ceros easily and told her to go home. Nearby, the three Arrancars activated a monster – Allon with combined force. Matsumoto sensed uncontrollable fear. Meanwhile, Hitsugaya was also fighting. Same time, Allon attacked Matsumoto with lightning speed and ripped her stomach. Matsumoto fell before Hinamori’s eyes. Hinamori screamed. Hitsugaya was worried. Hinamori reached for Matsumoto Rangiku using her binding skill before she fell to the ground. Hinamori tried to heal her but Allon had attacked Hinamori, causing her bones to crack. The shocked Hinamori fell. Kira and Hisagi went to her aid and attacked Allon. The three Arrancars watched and commanded Allon to kill them all. Allon ignored them and they started quarrelling among themselves. Hisagi wanted to handle him alone while Kira was told to take care of Rangiku and Hinamori. Kira agreed. Kira took Rangiku and Hinamori away. The three Arrancars were not pleased. Kira used his binding skill – Crystal Mountain to shield Hinamori and Rangiku from attacks. He proceeded to heal Rangiku who was in worse shape first. Meanwhile, Hisagi used bound lightning to attack Allon, crushing him to the ground. But Allon was indifferent to his attack and was soon back to his feet. Allon grabbed and tried to crush Hisagi within his fist. Allon prepared to eat Hisagi but a Shinigami – Iba had approached Allon. Allon sent a powerful beam at Iba, blasting him away after detecting him with his third eye at his back. Allon continued crushing Hisagi who spilt blood. Allon tossed Hisagi away and confronted Kira, Rangiku and Hinamori. Kira panicked as he was still healing Matsumoto. The Shinigami Chief Commander was already there, shooting a hole in Allon’s chest before Allon could attack Kira and others.

Fullmetal Alchemist – Brotherhood #11:

Not knowing of Hughes’ death, the Elric brothers and Winry went to Dublitch where Winry thrilled over automail in Rush Valley. In the process, someone stole Ed’s State Alchemist pennant. The locals guessed Paininya did it. Ed, Al and Winry ran after her as they noticed her holding it. Ed fought her with alchemy and Al trapped her. She freed herself with her automail arm. Winry caught her, wanting to check her automail. She visited her guardians. Ed asked for his State Alchemy pocket watch back. Winry asked the maker of Peninya’s automail to teach her. She was rejected. Al noticed the maker’s wife pregnant with baby and was allowed to touch her tummy with Ed. The brothers were touched. Same time, Winry asked Peninya her reason to wear automail. She told her of her being an orphan in war until her knowing of the maker – Dominique who made automail for her to replace her lost limbs, renewing her life. Winry told her not to pickpocket again. Peninya agreed and returned Ed’s pocket watch. Winry forced it open and found the date when they performed human transmutation in it. Winry returned the pocket watch to Ed. Ed called Winry for help to deliver a baby. It was raining cats and dogs and impossible to get a doctor. Everyone panicked and Winry called others to calm down and helped in delivering the baby without the doctor. She passed instructions to others. Ed told others to place their faith in Winry. Peninya assisted Winry. The brothers waited outside while Dominic searched for doctor in rain. After a long time, Winry and Peninya succeeded. The others were delighted. Ed was amazed of the thing alchemy couldn’t do, it was human creating human. Winry called Ed to piggy back her and asked him of the date in the watch. He dropped her and she apologised for opening it. He pulled her up and helped her to a chair. He told her that it was a reminder of his mistake. Winry began to weep as she thought of that day when the brothers burnt their own house so that they would not return. Back to present, Ed asked Winry to go home but she refused, as she wanted to learn to make better automail. She planned to ask Dominic again. Ed punched Peninya. The doctor praised Winry while Dominic thanked Winry for delivering his grandchild. He agreed to let her observe him at work. Later next day, the Elric brothers parted with Winry and Peninya to continue their trip to Dublith at train station.

One Piece #405: The Disappearing Comrades; The Last day of Strawhat crews

The real Kuma sent Zoro vanished from the scene before the horrified Luffy and others’ presence. Chopper roared in anguish and punched the soil out of self-control. Nami was stunned and told Frank that she had seen such vanishing move before. Luffy was told that Zoro could have been sent somewhere far away. Sanji was angry. PX-1 sent his beam at Usopp but was stopped by the real Kuma who sent PX-1 vanished out of the way. Luffy ordered Usopp and others to run away. Reluctant, they did. Kuma sent Brooke vanished from the land. Sanji confronted Kuma and was hit away. Kuma confronted the scared Usopp who tried to attack him. Usopp was vanished away. Sanji was aghast and attacked Kuma. He was vanished away. Luffy was stunned. Kizuna was still fighting King Rayleign. Kuma appeared before Rayleign and whispered something to him. Luffy attacked Kuma. Frank pulled Nami into run. Kuma confronted them. Luffy attacked Kuma but in vain. Kuma vanished Nami and Franky. Luffy screamed and attacked Kuma. His fist hit nothingness. Chopper went mad with anger and attacked Kuma. Kuma vanished Chopper. Kuma went after Robin. Luffy screamed and ran after Kuma. Kuma vanished Robin before his eyes. Luffy collapsed to the ground and punched the soil in grief. He wailed.

Flashback of the time when Luffy and others had good times together at sea. Luffy recalled his time when he told them that they were comrades as well as his first meeting with each and every one of them. Back to present, Luffy continued to weep as he could not save every one of them. Meanwhile, Kizuna demanded an explaination from Kuma. Kuma told Luffy that they would not meet again and vanished Luffy after saying goodbye.

Bleach #224:

Saifon killed her opponent with her bee assassin attack after seeing his final move. Meanwhile, Masumoto faced off three Arrancars and was hit badly. Meanwhile, Hitsugaya was also fighting and he noticed Masumoto’s tough position. He was shocked of his opponent’s speed. Nearby, other Shinigami captain was also fighting with an Arrancar who did not feel up to draw his sword. Same time, the three Arrancars called Matsumoto to get help from Hitsugaya. Hinamori blasted the three Arrancars with her attack and aided Matsumoto. Aizen told Gin that he felt nothing. Hitsugaya thought of Hinamori as he fought, wondering why she was there. Matsumoto asked if Hinamori was all right to fight as she used to work under Aizen when he was a Shinigami captain. Hinamori reassured that she was no longer Aizen’s subordinate. Matsumoto noticed Hinamori still addressed Aizen as Captain. Together, they fought the three Arrancars. Hinamori’s earlier attack had trapped the three Arrancars’ weapons. She attacked them.

Nearby, the other Arrancar – Stark refused to fight serious with other Shinigami captain as the latter hid his real ability. They resumed their fight. The other Shinigami captain was still unwilling to fight a little girl Arrancar as she was a child. He called her to go back home. Angered, she drew her sword. Meanwhile other Shinigami captain was still fighting Stark. To make him fight seriously, the Shinigami captain used both swords.

Other place, Hinamori fought off the three Arrancars with her combined techniques. Matsumoto was impressed. But the three Arrancars reappeared again. Hinamori was shocked. Matsumoto knew they might have healed themselves using recurrence mode. The three Arrancars attacked more aggressively and started to combine their force to a point, causing the appearance of a horned monster with snake as its tail. Matsumoto and Hinamori was shocked.

One Piece Issue #546: Captain of the Fishman Pirates, the Shichibukai Jimbei

Luffy and his gang faced off Mallegan. Other place, Bon and others were also fighting. Some of the prisoners managed to reach the seaside but found no ships. One of them had a plan. They managed to find a structure that could take them across the sea, sponsored by Fisherman pirate group. But they were soon spotted. They fought at sea. It was Mr Crocrodile and his man who also wanted the ship.

Fullmetal Alchemist Issue #96: Our Two Heroines

The Briggs Platoon took control over Central and the Central army called for ceasefire. Clemin was taken hostage so as to ensure discipline of the Central army to ensure no harm to Mustang and his men as well as Olivia and Briggs’. The taking over was announced over the radio. Olivia reported to her men of the artificial humans with one eye and ordered them to keep all four gates closed so that they would not be release into the city. One of the Central general attempted to take advantage of King Bradley’s absence but he and his men were killed by the artificial humans. Meanwhile, Armstrong was still fighting the artificial humans elsewhere and was aghast that the artificial humans were endless. Olivia knew that it was because the artificial army was immortal. Her men were also shocked as Sloth refused to die despite the times they killed him. Sloth unleashed his attacks at Olivia, Armstrong and their men and they collapsed injured. Armstrong warned the soldiers that they were his targets and told them to stay away. One soldier spotted a chain and told others of his plan. They sent the chains at Sloth, holding him back and called Armstrong and Olivia to leave for their safety. Armstrong refused to run away. Suddenly, the Elric brothers’ teacher came along and tossed Sloth into the air. Armstrong and others watched in shock. Her husband appeared and punched Sloth. Armstrong recognised him and regained confidence. Together, they punched Sloth and Armstrong slashed him. Sloth found himself vanishing and knew he was dying. Olivia thanked Izumi – Elric brothers’ teacher. She told Izumi that the Elric brothers were fighting somewhere. Izumi advised them to rest but Olivia and Armstrong wanted to destroy the artificial soldiers. Izumi told Olivia that she was one of the ‘sacrifices’ and vowed to fight before the really dangerous ones would come after her. In the underground tunnel, ‘Father’ faced off Elric brothers’ father. Elric brothers’ father stated ‘Father’ getting rid of his desires made him unable to understand what it meant to be human. ‘Father’ told him that he did not want to be human. Instead, he wanted to become a perfect being. With that, he attacked Elric brothers’ dad who dodged and tried to talk to him. He told ‘Father’ that he actually wanted a family of his own when he kept homunculi by his side and making them call him ‘Father’. ‘Father’ turned the ground below him liquid and shifted to Elric brothers’ father’s back and stabbed him, preparing to take the Philosopher’s stone within his body. But he failed and he withdrew his hand. Elric brothers’ father told ‘Father’ that a being with no feeling would not beat him so easily.

Naruto Issue #451: Dealing with Sasuke

In Konoha, Yamato, Izumo, Kotatsu and others were busy rebuilding the village and Yamato was exhausted from his wood technique while his fellow ninjas cheered for him. In the nearby woods, Naruto told Sakura that there was so much he wanted to tell Tsunade and Sakura reassured him that she would wake up soon. Within herself, Sakura felt herself needed cheering up more than Naruto. Just then, someone called them, it was teenage Inari and Tazuna whom they met in the Zabuza battle mission three years ago with Kakashi and Sasuke. They told them that they were carpenters and they were there to help rebuild Konoha. Tazuna told Naruto that his effort last time had made Land of Waves prosperous now. He said it was time for them to help Naruto and others out instead. Naruto thanked them. Kakashi came along and greeted them. Tazuna asked Kakashi of Sasuke. Kakashi, Naruto and Sakura were speechless. Naruto told them with a smile that he and Sasuke had a fight and Sasuke had left the village but he would bring him back soon to say hi to them. Sakura felt thankful to Naruto. As Inari and Tazuna waved them to resume their work, Naruto’s smile staggered. He wondered where Sasuke was right now. In the woods, Sasuke and Team Hawk were moving through the trees. Naruto, meanwhile, thought of his fight with Sasuke three years ago and stated that he finally understood how Sasuke felt, as he knew what revenge was. Naruto stated that in the past, he truly did not really understand Sasuke’s pain and it was not a wonder nothing he said could get through him. Naruto stated he wanted to fight Sasuke for real this time so that Team 7 including Sasuke would laugh together again. Kakashi and Sakura smiled. In the woods, Sasuke thought of Itachi and his hatred for the cause of his loss.

In Konoha, the Cloud ninjas were asking around on situation. One of Hyuugu clan ninjas told them that it was caused by Akatsuki. Karui was relieved. Samui asked for audience with Hokage as she had a letter for her from Raikage. Meanwhile, the ninjas of Konoha in charged of incoming letters grumbled of the bad news from scroll as one was about a letter demanding an emergency meeting of the five kages. One came and stated he had a situation to the others. At Tsunade’s bedside, Samui was surprised to see her unconscious and Shizune volunteered to take the letter, as she was Tsunade’s assistant. Samui told Shizune that it was urgent and she needed an answer immediately. Danzou appeared and stated that Tsunade was no longer a Hokage and that he would take the letter. Shizune was aghast. Danzou read the letter and knew it was about Sasuke. Samui asked for his answer. Shortly, Kiba rode Akamaru to Naruto, Kakashi and Sakura’s side reporting news to them. He told them that Tsunade had been dismissed as Hokage and that Danzou took over. Kakashi told them he had a bad feeling about this while Naruto and Sakura were shocked. Kiba stated he knew nothing about Danzou and he commented Danzou looked shady. He continued to tell them that the new Hokage had given permission to dispose Sasuke as a missing-nin. Naruto was shocked.

Bleach Issue #361: I hate Loneliness, but it loves me

Saifon shot her missile at the Arrancar leader. Omeada supported Saifon who told him to let her off as he was making her sick. Meanwhile, another Shinigami captain faced off an Arrancar. The Arrancar called Lilynette to him as they both were as one. Unlike other Hollows who spilt their power between bodies and swords when they turned into Hollow, the Arrancar had spilt his bodies into two. When their bodies became one, their full power was released. They transformed.

Fullmetal Alchemist – Brotherhood #10:

Flashback in the war of Ishbel where Roy, Hughes and Riza as well as Armstrong were involved. Roy had told Hughes of his dream to become the head of the state – Fuher. Back to present, Riza woke Roy up in the office. In hospital, Ed told Hughes his drawing of Envy and stated he did not know this person at all. Danny and Marie were watching outside when King Bradley came along. Armstrong and others were shocked to see King Bradley. Bradley asked Ed how much he knew of Philosopher’s Stone and stated he had been aware of the 5th Laboratory matter. He told others not to continue with the research or tell anyone of their findings. He also told them that he was preparing tasks for them in future. With that, he climbed out of the window as Winry entered through the door. Ed and Al stated their intention to visit their teacher. Al was fearful of meeting their teacher again. Winry wanted to go along as it was near an automail paradise – Rush Valley. Ed agreed and she ran along happily. Hughes told his daughter and wife that he was working late recently and bided Winry farewell before he walked off. Shortly, Marie and others saw Elric brothers and Winry off at the train station. On the train, the Elric brothers told Winry that they wanted to become stronger. Hughes was being told of riots in Lior in office at night. Hughes walked off to the library alone and researched on Ishbel war. Lust confronted Hughes and stabbed him. Hughes struggled out of library to make a phone call of the building. His family photo fell out at the public phone stand. The fake Marie Ross pointed a pistol at him. Seeing the family photo on the ground, she changed into his wife face and shot Hughes. That night, Roy received a call from Hughes who had hang up. Envy had already killed him as the former left the phone stand.

On the train, Winry told the Elric brothers of apple pie she had learnt from Hughes’ wife. In the Central graveyard, Hughes’ funeral was held. Elicia – Hughes’ daughter wailed for her father. Armstrong wept. Later that evening, Roy watched Hughes’ gravestone in silence while Riza stood besides him. Roy finally understood how Elric brothers felt when they tried to revive their dead mother. Later, Roy and others proceeded to investigate Hughes’ death. Roy recalled the operator telling him that Hughes had tried to tell him that the military was in danger and he had called from outside instead of within the building. He asked Armstrong for information but Armstrong refused to tell, but he hinted Elric brothers had been doing some legendary research. Roy thanked him. When Armstrong left, Roy told Riza of the hidden hints that the higher ups were involved in the murder that might involve a powerful organization. He decided to investigate as an individual. On the train, the Elric brothers and Winry who were not aware of the incident were joking happily at their seats.

Code Geass R2 #07:

The Britannia emperor made his speech in public. Meanwhile, Suzaku took Nunnally while Lelouch screamed for her. Lelouch woke to find himself in bed while Rolo watched; Rolo knew Lelouch had been screaming for Nunnally in his coma. Later in school, Lelouch was thinking of Nunnally’s status and did not need his protection anymore. Around him, other students were thinking of their field trip. They were being informed of the Governor – Nunnally who announced the same wish that Euphy used to promise before her death to give Japanese equal rights. The Black Knights and Japanese did not trust her words. Suzaku told Nunnally of his surprise at her words and stated Nunnally was not Euphy. Kallen tried to call Lelouch who tossed his handphone away. Kaguya met the Black Knights and C.C. Kaguya shook hands with Kallen and C.C. Suzaku left off early to pursue the Black Knights when others looked for him. On the train, Lelouch was in such confusion that he subconsciously manipulated passengers around him with his Geass. He tried to run away from Nunnally’s posters. Rolo was watching him. In the quiet alley, Lelouch witnessed some Japanese bullying fellow Japanese. He bullied them back with humiliations. Lelouch laughed. In HQ, C.C. was more concerned of Lelouch’s living than collapse of Black Knights. Meanwhile, Lelouch was at a construction site when Kallen confronted him.

Kallen confronted Lelouch to see him injecting himself with drugs. She pushed the drugs away and yelled at him. Lelouch attempted to seek comfort in Kallen and was being slapped by her. She reminded him of his role as Zero and ran off crying. Rolo came along to see him and told him that he did not mind disappearance of Zero that would bring peace to the world. Moreover, Lelouch could lead a normal life and Rolo promised to stay with him. In the room, Kallen was looking at Zero’s mask when C.C. went to look for her. Just then, Suzaku called from outside, asking for Black Knight’s surrender. Lelouch went to school to see others waiting or him without going to the trip. Looking at the paper cranes, Lelouch recalled his happier times when Suzaku and Nunnally were with them. Lelouch suggested proceeding with playing fireworks while he knew that his fight was not going to be for Nunnally alone anymore. Meanwhile, Suzaku and Britannia troops attacked Black Knights’ base with missiles. Zero’s voice appeared to guide others and Kaguya believed in Zero’s judgement. The Britannia ended with disaster from the underwater bubbles. Zero meanwhile approached the battlefield, telling Black Knights to join Nunnally’s plan. The Black Knights were shocked. Suzaku was surprised.

FMA Brotherhood #09:

Marie and Dannie lectured Ed and Al for running off to Laboratory Five. Al was still pondering No. 48’ words and did not want to talk to Ed asked Winry to Central to fix his automail and told her of Al’s weird attitude. Hughes visited Ed and greeted Winry. She was surprised to know that Ed was in danger recently and sulked as she prepared to look for a lodging. Hughes introduced her to his place where his daughter - Elisa’s birthday was held. There, she told Hughes of her time spent with the Elric brothers in the past. He told her that they did not tell her certain things because they felt it unnecessary as they felt she would understand without they telling her. Next day, Winry bided Hughes and his family farewell. In the Central, Ed was not happy to see milk and Al told him to drink milk as he had normal body. Ed said the wrong thing and offended Al in front of Winry. Al ranted openly at him at presence of Winry, Hughes and others. Al voiced his doubt if his memory was just a fake. Feeling hurt, Ed walked away. Winry hit Al angrily and scolded him for not understanding Ed. Ed had been guilty for causing Al to have artificial body. She scolded him an idiot for thinking that Ed was stupid enough to create a fake brother. She commanded him to apologise to Ed. Al ran to rooftop where Ed challenged to duel Al. For the first time, Ed won. Lying on the ground with Al, they talked about their childhood and dreams. Ed asked if Al still thought that his memory was a lie and vowed to move forward with Al to become stronger. Winry and Hughes were watching them from afar with a smile.

In the desert, Scar was walking, looking for his brother when he ran into Kimbley. Scar woke with a start to find himself being taken in by an Ishbal old man. Scar recalled his recent battle with Lust and Gluttony. He told his saviours that his tabooed arm was a memorial from his family.

Code Geass R2 #05:

The Black Knights celebrated for their release. Kallen was not happy that Lelouch AND C.C hid Rolo’s identity from her but did not pursue. The Black Knights were asking Zero of his reason of his betrayal the other time but continued to believe in him.

In school the next day¸ Lelouch was shocked to see Suzuka going to the same class as him. Lelouch faked happiness at his reunion with his old friend. Everyone asked Suzuka of Zero’s face. Suzuka later discussed with military teacher - Villiate and Rolo of Lelouch’s memory. In the dark¸ Lelouch had gotton Rolo to his side. Later, there was a battle ongoing at a location. It was a knight of rounds against his subordinates. Suzaku went to meet his fellow knight. Another knight – Anya joined them. Later, the student president had a welcome party where everyone enjoyed the event. Lelouch continued to fake being nice to Rolo who told him his Geass weakness. Lelouch was shocked to see C.C. in school and told her of the school situation. While talking with student president, Suzaku accidentally dropped his file. C.C. told Lelouch of V.V. when Shirley interfered. Kallen joined in the confusion to drag C.C. back when Suzaku and others joined in the confusion. Lelouch managed to manipulate a student to cover for C.C. who was about to be expose in the public in time.

Later, Lelouch brought a confrontation between Villiate and Rolo as Kallen told Lelouch that Villiate used to stay with Ohji in the past. That night, Suzaku told Lelouch of his early intention of knighthood and his feel that Zero was not required. Suzaku used Nunnally over the phone to disclose Lelouch’s trick. Lelouch was shocked.

Phantom – Requiem for the Phantom #08:

Zwei told McCuuen that he had to leave for more important matters until she showed him his passport containing his past identity. Other place, Ein was thinking back Zwei’s words before she left for mission. In the mansion, Zwei feared knowing his true identity but McCCuuen wanted him to regain his real memory. Meanwhile, Ein pointed her rifle at a location. McCuuen told Zwei that she wanted him as her subordinate who followed her orders willingly. Other place, Ein shot the shipment belonging to Lizzie and others. Lizzie fought back. In the mission, Zwei knew his real name was Asuma Reiji as he read his passport. He remembered how he lost his memory when he witnessed Ein’s acts. McCuuen told Zwei/Reiji to accept his past, his guilt and his life so that he would go with her. She allowed Zwei who now hated Syncth to make his own choice. In return for his service to her, she would let him return to Japan with clean record. In the warehouse, Lizzie commanded Ein stop being Syncthe’s puppet. At a public phone, Zwei tried to call his real home, which he could no longer return to and hang up after listening to the voice on the other side. Sycthe made his way to a house where he saw Ein who collapsed. Zwei went to assist her. His phone rang and McCuuen told Zwei that Sycthe and Ein had betrayed Inferno. She told him to go against them as they were considered enemy of Inferno. Zwei tried to take bullet from Ein’s body himself, praying against hope that Ein could make it through. Other place, McCuuen suspected Zwei going on Ein’s side and told Lizzie to kill him if it happened. In the house, Zwei told Ein his real name. He was not happy, as he was no longer the person whom he used to. Zwei thought of the time he had been spending with Ein as well as their hellish fate. Just then, Ein woke and Zwei told her to run away from Inferno with him. Ein called his real name – Reiji. At daybreak, Zwei carried her to a car, preparing their escape life.

Fullmetal Alchemist – Brotherhood #08:

Ed and Al sneaked into Laboratory 5. Al faced off armor no 68 outside the building. Ed reached the building hall where he faced off another armor, no 48. No. 48 told Ed that the number was his death row no. Like Al, he had blood seal in his armor too. When he was alive, he was Slicer. Other place, Hughes was ranting to Roy about his family and finally got into topic about Scar. Same time, Marie and Denny were aghast to find the Elric brothers missing from their room when they let their guards down. In the lab building, Ed and Slicer were fighting. Ed was relieved to know that Al’s opponent was weaker than Slicer as Al was stronger in battle than Ed. Outside the building, 68 told Al that his name was Barry the Chopper who had killed 23 people before his ‘execution’. Barry was shocked that Al was also an empty armor. Barry taunted Al that he was Ed’s artificial doll. Al took in his lies. In the building, Ed tricked Slicer and separated his armor head from body. Ed demanded to know about Philosopher’s Stone. Ed was shocked that the body and head comprised of two different people’s souls. In nick of time, Ed defeated them. Ed refused to kill them as he acknowledged them as humans just as he did for Al. The Slicer was about to tell Ed about Philosopher’s Stone when Lust and Envy destroyed them. Ed was angry, especially words about him being precious sacrifice and some unknown plan. In nick of critical moment, Ed’s automail arm broke due to lack of important nut. Envy told Ed that he would let him leave alive. Outside, Al was getting more aggravated over Barry’s words when Marie and Denny went to his aid. Just then, there was an explosion in the building. Barry escaped. Al wanted to find Ed. The building blew up and Envy returned Ed to Al. Al demanded to know who Envy was but he was gone. As Denny, Marie, Al took Ed away, the building collapsed. In the prison, Kimbley knew what was going on and he grinned thinking of his happy time in Isabel’s war. Outside, Al thought of Barry’s words as he ran with Ed on his back. In the office, Hughes warned Roy to be careful when he went to Central.

One Piece #402:

Three different Kuma faced off Luffy and his group, Kid and his group as well as other pirate group. Meanwhile, Luffy fought one of the Kuma who attacked him and his group with his beam. Luffy, Sanji and Zoro attacked Kuma at the same time but he was not unaffected despite his hitting against a building. Other place, another Kuma fought Basil’s subordinate. Kizuru told the pirates that they were going to die. One pirate evolved into monster and bit Kuma’s head but the latter shot him first. Kizuru defeated the winged pirate with his kick. Basil turned monster like and attacked Kizuru. But Kizuru blinded him with his laser beam and attacked him. One pirate went to Basil’s aid with his music. He was the ‘Sea Rubble’ pirate. He blew Kizuru’s body up with his music. But Kizuru regenerated back to normal with his beam and shot ‘Sea Rubble’ with his mirror beam. Same time, he kicked another pirate down and shot Basil in his chest. Before he prepared to finish Basil, he heard a phone watch signal and stopped his fatal attack. Sentoumaru had tried to call him and they began to talk. Sentoumaru ranted at him to go after Law, Kid and Luffy. Other place, other Kuma was still attacking Luffy, Zoro and Sanji who were no match for him. Zoro was severely injured. Sanji was worried of their situation.

Shangri-La #06:

Karin, in disguise of her teddy bear, had a conference with the executives on getting carbon credit. The executives were not happy with her plan to destroy other country’s economy known as ‘Serpent’. While Kuniko and her granny were monitoring the economy, an officer - Kunihito requested for his resignation due to his loss of the device sample but was rejected because someone higher up at Altas Corporation requested him not to be punished for the loss. His boss asked him to go to the Moon Palace. He went home for meal before setting off. He wanted to ask his mother about Altas Corporation but decided against it. Later, a lady led him to Mikuni of Moon Palace. Kunihito met Mikuni. The people in the control room who monitored Kunihito was shocked to see his blade same as that of Mikuni’s plus his data protected by the top. In the woods, Momoko went to visit Kuniko who was practicing. She told Momoko about the strange market condition. She felt it like a snake that bit into other countries taking their carbon credits. Kuniko and her granny went online to monitor the market again. Meanwhile, the executives and Karin were executing the ‘Serpent’ plan. Same time, Kuniko was shocked by the destruction to market condition by the serpent like monster. Kuniko concentrated and located the monster in a country at Maldive. Later, Kuniko’s friends met her at a coffee place. Just then, there was a news report about attacks in United States of America, which proved power of Karin’s strategy. Ryoko was also monitoring the market with her men. Meanwhile, Karin was aghast because someone had copied her system to Maldive. At night, a troop were making its way for a retrieval mission.

Phantom – Requiem for the Phantom #07: The Past

There was a plan to carry out a mission secretly. Meanwhile, at the house, Ein picked up a call that called her to go to a place. Zwei offered to drive her there when Zwei overheard news about mafia. McCunnen drove by and offered Zwei to drive with her. Ein rather walked to the place by herself. In the car, McCunnen chatted with Zwei who was thinking of dying. McCunnen told him not to die so soon as she would give him a better way to die. In the restaurant, Ein’s master reminded her not to let McCunnen steal Zwei away and she was not bothered about it. Other place, McCunnen parted with Zwei as she went to meet a couple of men to discuss terms. On the road, Zwei was driving. Same time, Ein was thinking of her master’s words on the train.

Flashback before Zwei became an assassin; Ein reached other place where she carried out a lonesome mission to follow a man. In the alleyway, the man passed something to Zwei who witnessed Ein killing the man who was a reporter. Ein saw Zwei and chased him, prepared to silence him. He managed to kick her gun away and ran off. Zwei hid in an isolated building where he wished to return to Japan. Time tickled past and he wondered if he could leave but hesitated, as he knew a girl was after his life. He woke to see Ein pointing her gun before him with her master. Her master was impressed with Zwei’s tolerance and his giving Ein a hard time. Zwei passed out.

Back to present, Ein woke Zwei who was sleeping on a sofa for a mission to snatch a package of drugs. Thinking of her master’s words not to let McCunnen steal Zwei, Ein decided not to tell Zwei of anything. Along the railway, Zwei asked Ein of dreams and memories. She told him she knew nothing. She told him about her dreams of colours and wind. She asked him what he would do if he knew about his homeland, as there was no place for killers there. She told him that dreams were illusions. With that, she continued to walk. He followed her. That raining night, at their home, the phone rang. Lizzie called Zwei to go to McCunnen’s place as bodyguard. Zwei told her that Sycthe had already issued an order mission for him. Ein told Zwei to go ahead and passed him their car key. Other place, McCunnen told her superior over the phone that she had a plan to bury Scythe and his puppet. Meanwhile, as Ein went for her mission, Zwei told her to be careful.

Fullmetal Alchemist – Brotherhood #07:

Ed was shocked to see the library already destroyed. On top of the building, Lust confessed to Gluttony that she had burnt the building. In the underground tunnel, Scar walked and noticed something adnormal. Gluttony and Lust appeared and attacked him. Meanwhile, Roy and his team were still searching for Scar when an officer reported an explosion at underground tunnel where Scar’s blood stained coat was found. Havoc was assigned to clear up the area and to find Scar’s corpse. Gluttony and Lust were watching from the crowd and were disappointed as Scar had escaped.at the destroyed library; Marie and her colleague – Danny were assigned to protect Ed. Marie told Ed of the ex-librarian and set off to find Sheska. Sheska screamed for help from the bottom of her books in her house. Ed and Al dug her out. She told her of her sadness when she was fired for reading during her working hours. Ed asked her of books read by Marco. She remembered all the contents and offered to duplicate the contents for them. Ed and Al were impressed and took the duplicated notes back to read. Ed gave something for Sheska’s effort. In their apartment, Ed and Al set on to decode Marco’s alchemy notes. Danny brought Sheska to see them as Ed’s money to her helped her got through her difficulties. Al told her of her impressive memory. Hughes came along to visit them. Hughes told them of the library’s destruction along with the books. Ed and Al recommended Sheska to Hughes who gave her a job to reproduce the contents of the books. After Hughes dragged Sheska away, Ed and Al resumed their researches and decoding. 10 days passed and Danny and Marie saw Ed and Al’s frustrations after they decoded the data, as the raw material for Philosopher’s Stone was sacrifice of living human beings. Ed told them not to let other people know. Danny and Marie told Armstrong of Ed and Al’s current state. In the room, Al tried to coo Ed to eat. Ed was still depressive and told Al that he had something to tell him when Armstrong broke into the room trying to confort them of their terrible findings of Philosopher’s Stone. Ed thought of the truth behind the truth and suspected they had missed something important. Armstrong told them of a lab no 5, which was not in use. Ed found the lab suspicious as it located next to a prison. Ed suspected prisoners had been used as raw material. Armstrong knew they were poking into something political and offered to take the lead to investigate. He warned Ed and Al not to investigate. The Elric brothers broke their promise shortly as they sneaked into the sealed lab. Because of his big size, Al had to stay outside the building. Ed sneaked his way into the building and found its light on. Outside the building, an armor attacked Al.

One Piece #400:

While the workers at the auction house grieved over the destruction, Luffy and others followed Silver who used to be Gold Roger’s vice captain to Hacchi’s friend’s house. The others were shocked to learn Silver’s past as Captain Roger’s right hand man. Hacchi had saved Silver in the past when their ship capsized. Captain Roger was executed 21 years ago. Silver stated that they were never caught and Roger had given himself up due to his observation that he had suffered from a terrible illness. A doctor had advised Roger to give up his pirate life due to his health. The authority had made it looked like it caught Roger. Roger had been nicknamed ‘Pirate King’ during that time. Roger liked anything flashy even in death. A year before Roger’s death, the gang was disbanded. A year after, Roger turned himself in at his hometown. Many people watched his execution but Silver did not go. Roger’s last word to Silver was ‘I won’t die, Partner.’ Before his execution, Roger’s last word brought a new era to pirate age as he stated his treasure ‘One Piece’. Even till now, Silver was full of admiration for Captain Roger. Back to present, Luffy and others were impressed with the other side of the story. Silver told them that Buggy and Shranks were from Roger’s crews years ago. Luffy was surprised. Silver had been looking forward to meeting Luffy because of Ace Shranks’ words about Luffy’s words resembling that of Captain Roger’s. Luffy was delighted. Silver begun to commence coating while Robin suddenly asked Silver will of D which born Roger’s name. It involved the blank age hundreds of years ago. Silver confessed that they had learnt of the entire history. He told her not to get heated up as she could not be able to do a thing even if he told her the entire history. She had to find out and decide for herself. Robin agreed. Usoop wanted to ask about One Piece but was yelled to stop by Luffy as he wanted to find the treasure with their own effort. Silver smiled. Luffy said something resembled Rogers that the one who had the most freedom was the pirate king. Silver told them that he would take Luffy’s ship somewhere to coat it for three days. They would follow the cards to look for him after the coating. For three days, Luffy and others would be left in the open, preparing for any possible enemies without protection of their ship. Meanwhile, a powerful man arrived and he was the Admiral Kizaru from Marine.

Fullmetal Alchemist Issue #95: Beyond the Flame

Burnt by fury to exact revenge for Hughes by killing Envy, Roy demanded Ed and Riza to hand Envy over. Scar agreed with Ed that Roy was turning more like an animal by his fury for revenge and wondered how the world would end up if it was led by a person like him. Riza pleaded Roy not to kill just to satisfy his own hatred. Riza was willing to die with Roy if she had to shoot him. Angered and disgusted by his own attitude and situation, Roy blasted the nearest wall. He finally calmed down and apologised to everyone of them. Envy taunted the scenario for being like a radio drama and tried to fuel hatred among them but none of them were influenced by his attempt. Ed stated that Envy was envious of humans as they always stood back up and even if they couldn’t, their friends would give them a lift. Envy never experienced that and therefore it always made him jealous of them. Envy screamed and struggled out of Ed’s hand. As Scar stopped Riza from shooting Envy, he told the others that Envy had little time to live now. Envy cursed himself for being reduced to his current pathetic form and the most insulting thing was, Ed understood how Envy felt. Envy spilt out his own Philosopher’s Stone within his body, bided Ed farewell and dissolved into dust.

In a building, the soldiers were aghast to see Sloth regenerating and were confused with their own mission to terminate Olivia Armstrong. All present soldiers were forced to follow Olivia’s instruction as she was determined and strong enough to decide and plan the situation. Her brother – Alexandar Armstrong was also fighting against the artificial humans. Following Oliva’s instruction, the other soldiers followed suit to fight the artificial humans. Armstrong tried to force Sloth down but the latter was too strong. Olivia was confident with her younger brother’s ability against Sloth. After some punches from Sloth, Armstrong gained to superior ground and fought back.

Meanwhile, the other soldiers were invading the Armstrong mansion, which was found to be deserted except for a Briggs tank that started firing on them. A general refused to wait for civilians to be evacuated before executing the attacks. Suddenly, there was an explosion in his office. It was Oliva’s soldier team members from Briggs. They knew the general was planning to shoot the residential areas and had stopped him before he could do so. The general was aghast. A former Roy’s member had guided Olivia’s team in the Central area and the Elric brothers’ teacher had also came along to help them. She appeared before them.

Mobile Suit Gundam 00 S2 #19:

The warning to Klaus and Marina came late as the house was surrounded by enemies. The men started shooting the enemies, giving time for Marina and Shirin to take the children to escape via old tunnels. Shirin passed a gun to Marina, which she refused because she knew she could not look the children in their eyes if she did that.

In space, Setuna urged Saji to find Louise via their 00 riser and he agreed. The battle went on in the space. In the riser, Saji tried to locate Louise’s suit while Tieria fought the enemies. Marie, burnt by anger of hatred, insisted on being addressed Soma tried to hunt down Andrei despite warnings from Allelujah. In his mansion, Ribbon was still thinking of Setuna’s strengths despite his earlier injuries. Meanwhile, Saji noticed dangers. However, they somehow overcame the dangers. The particles around 00 riser and Gundam 00 intensified many times and everyone in space could hear Saji and Setuna’s voices. Sumeragi knew Setuna’s desire not to become a weapon and Louise heard Saji’s voice. Within the inner world, Louise threatened to shoot Saji who stated Louise was no longer the kind girl he used to know. He tried to convince her and hugged her. She thought of her parents’ deaths and screamed. Andrei attacked 00 riser which Saji was riding. Setuna fought him. Tieria was fighting the Innovator pilot - Senaphim. Meanwhile, Soma – Marie attacked Andrei. Allelujah went to Marie – Soma’s aid and begged her not to fight for revenge, as it would not bring a person back to life. On Earth, Shirin told Marina to take care of the children. Back in Celestial Being base, Setuna approached Saji who told him that he would fight to get Louise back. In A-Law base, Andrei was angered that Soma was working for Celestial Being as he watched the weeping Louise. The Innovator pilots told the A-Law head that she would plan the next attack. One of the Innovator pilot – Revive was captured by Celestial Being. At the control room, Returner suddenly pointed her gun at the other Celestial Being administrators, telling them that she was part of Innovator. On Earth, Wong Liu Mei was informed that the systems at Celestial Being were locked and knew Veda system was hacked. Suddenly, Nena Trinity laughed, as she was the one who did it. She taunted Wong Liu Mei and others that they always could not satisfy themselves. She shot Wong Liu Mei and her ship.

Fullmetal Alchemist – Brotherhood #06: The Road of Hope

Hughes saw the Elric brothers off at the train station. Armstrong went along as Ed’s bodyguard. Al was sadly left in the luggage section of the train. Next day, the train reached a stop where Armstrong saw Dr Maroh outside the train and the latter ran off in fear. After learning of Maroh’s ability, Ed and Armstrong ran after him. Along the way, the people were having good opinion of Maroh. At Maroh’s house, the doctor was frustrated, thinking them after his life until Al calmed him down with a punch. Later he told them about his sinful feeling when he was being asked to do research on Philosopher’s Stone during the Ishbel war. He showed them the incomplete stone, which solidified in the air. Ed was interested in his research and asked to know his result data. Maroh was aghast to learn that a young boy such as Ed being a State Alchemist – dog for the military. As such, he refused to show Ed result of his research, as it was a Devil’s findings. Ed was angry as he was sent to the door. Outside the house, Ed decided to find other way to get his and Al’s bodies back. Marcoh suddenly ran after them and passed Ed his data and wished him all the best. On the train, it told him to find the books from the National military library. Back in the house, Lust was already waiting for Marcoh.

At a house, Winry was being told of the Elric brothers and Armstrong’s arrival. Winry sent her tool at Ed’s head and welcomed him back. Later in the house, Winry was aghast to learn that Ed and Al were in bad shape and punched both of them. Winry and her grandmother – Pinako started to fix Ed’s automail limbs. While Al and Armstrong were relaxing elsewhere, Ed went to visit his mother’s grave. Ed met a number of old town friends and chatted with them. Pinako told Armstrong of Winry and the Elric brothers’ past. That night, Armstrong hugged Ed for his touching past. Ed was bemused. Next morning, Ed got up to see Winry still fixing his automail all day with little rest. Ed went to irritate her each time until she drove him out of her room. In the end, Ed laid next to Al until Winry showed him her repaired automail. With Pinako, both of them fixed it to Ed. Ed ran off to transmute Al’s armor suit back to normal. The Elric brothers went to spar each other to test their ability. That night, Ed slept while Al kept watch next to him. Winry and Pinako went to see them. Al thanked them both for welcoming them back like a family. Pinako understood. Next day, Winry did not see them off when the Elric brothers and Armstrong made their way for Central. Pinako waved them off. Before they left off, the sleepy Winry came out of her room to see them off. Later, when Winry was more awaked, she realised she had missed out an important component in Ed’s automail.
