07-Ghost #25: FINALE

Teito was filled with hatred as he faced Ayanami. Ayanami showed him the Eye, which he would gladly trade for the information within Teito. Within Teito, a voice told Teito of the time when he was about to break when he used the Eye. Determined, Teito emitted strong positive power against Ayanami who was not happy. Ayanami sent Teito plunging towards the bottom but voice of Mikage told Teito to remain strong and he returned back to the top where he fought Ayanami again. Ayanami knew Vegtrag was hindering his plan. Teito emitted strong bright light that others, both friends and foes, also saw from afar.

They came to Teito and Ayanami’s side and faced off one another. Ayanami decided to retreat. Castor and others fought them. Lightning and thunder criss-crossed the sky. The nuns and others watched the battle from afar. Ayanami used an attack and he and others made use of the chance and left. Teito heard Mikage’s voice of console as he planned to leave. But his dark side had no intention to leave. Teito did not mind and let him go with him together. Back to present, Teito stepped out of the exam hall where Laborator, Frau and Castor met him. They led him and updated him of the military as they elaborated the next step after this exam to be trained under a more experienced Bishop. Along the way, Teito met Hakkuren and he promised he would tell him everything some days. In his ship, he recalled Miroku commenting that he would regret if he killed Teito some day. Ayanami stated that the fun was beginning.

In the hall of the church, the nuns and others were still held hostage when an examiner went to their aid. Teito was meanwhile escorted to his next path of training journey through a secret passage within the church. Laborator and others sent him their blessing. Laborator told him not to lapse into darkness. Teito wanted to judge his memories of the destruction of Raggs Kingdom by himself and to kill Ayanami. Frau was going with him. Teito thanked all of them. Together, Frau and Teito with dragon Mikage on his shoulder, went on their way through the flying bike. Teito thought of his past spending time with everyone. His late friend – Mikage appeared before him and encouraged him on before he vanished. Back to reality, Frau teased him for shedding tears as he led them to the outside world. Teito was surprised because it looked different from the maps he knew. Teito was determined to see and learn things as much as possible to determine for himself. Frau ruffled his head. Teito stated he did not lose anything and Frau smiled.

COMMENT: I know it’s not the end in the manga but the graphic is really nice. Will continue the plot from the manga onwards I guess. Considering the consistency of the manga chapters unlike D.N.Angel and D.Gray Man, I’m surprised the anime episodes ended so incompletely.

Valkyria Chronicles #20:

Faldio was looking out of window at Alicia. In other country, Maximilian related his conversation with his father and told Sulveria and his subordinate about it to pull out of Gallian. They watched the armor and spear of the legendary warrior’s. In Gallian, Ramel saw Daka taking care of Isara’s tank and ran off unhappily. Welkin witnessed it. Faldio met Ramel in the library and had a chat. Faldio told Ramel that though he felt down, he would regain back to normal soon. Other place, Sulveria used the legendary warrior weapon as she and the troop made their way for offensive battle to regain Maximillian’s position in the king’s place. Meanwhile, the commander told all captains of the offensive attack by imperial enemy’s side. The other captains were confident of Welkin’s analysis. Faldio was pleased to see Ramel’s improved mood. Faldio was also inspired by Welkin’s words and felt Alicia’s hidden power as descendent of legendary warrior might not be required. Meanwhile, the princess of Gallian wanted to fight at frontline after her inspiration from Alicia that other night.

Later, the battle commenced with Faldio’s squad 1 as lead. Welkin’s squad 7, being suppressed by Damon’s wrath was downgraded as supportive role. As war went on, squad 2 was annihilated. At the camp, Alicia was worried for squad 1 that was fighting. She and Welkin saw the princess holding the shield and spear of the legendary warrior, wanting to fight at the frontline. Damon’s man told him that the princess was descendent of Valkyria warrior and the weapons were proof. On the battlefield, Faldio felt his squad having advantage when they ambushed the enemy. In the camp, the commander told the princess that her presence boosted morale of the soldiers. On the battlefield, Sulveria activated her power and destroyed some soldiers at Faldio’s side easily. Others were shocked. Faldio commanded his men to attack with other squads as supports. But Sulveria was unaffected. Ramel pushed Faldio out of the way of her attack and was killed before his eyes. From the camp, Alicia and others witnessed the shocking battle. Sulveria and others left. Faldio woke and got back to his feet. He got up to see everyone gone. Other people found him and took him back to camp. He was the only survivor. Faldio was still stunned when Welkin called him. Damon was not satisfied. Faldio was sent to treatment. Largo and others were shocked of the destructive power. Welkin and others were told of Imperial army’s approaching. In his room, Faldio thought of his squad members when Alicia went to look for him. She told him to rest. Faldio thought of Sulveria’s scary power as she eliminated his squad. Alicia walked off for him to rest. Faldio pointed his gun at her back. With an inward apology to Alicia, he shot her and she fell.

Valkyria Chronicles #21: Emphermal Bond

In his tent, Faldio thought of Alicia as he shot her. Other place, Welkin was wondering where Alicia was as he led Squad 7 towards their mission. In the tent, Faldio tossed his gun away and thought of Ramel and others. He carried Alicia and left. Later, Welkin was shocked to learn that Alicia had been shot. Others were also shocked and felt confused. Welkin went to look for Alicia. Thinking of Alicia, he decided to proceed the mission without Alicia and set off. On the battlefield, once again, the other squads faced off Sulveria who was glowing with Valkyria power again. They shot her but she was unaffected. Sulveria attacked them, destroying them with a blow. Her ally was shocked and impressed. In the camp, the defeat was relayed to Damon. He asked for the princess’s aid with her identity as descendent of Valkyria bloodline. Faldio came and told them to pass him the shield and spear as they did have a Valkyria bloodline on their side. He held the princess hostage to borrow the weapons and left. The commander trusted Faldio’s judgement. Faldio pulled the princess running towards where Alicia was resting. The medical soldier told them that Alicia was recovering extremely fast. Faldio placed the shield over Alicia and it glowed. He told the princess that Alicia had Valkyria bloodline. Outside the tent, the commander was shocked. On the battlefield, Sulveria continued to defeat the enemy with surprising force, which was forced to retreat. Damon was not happy with the process. Damon decided on a full-scale attack. On the battlefield, Welkin told others that they would fight to protect Alicia. He pondered over attacking from different directions at Sulveria. In the medical camp, Faldio tried to prod Alicia to regain faster as she glowed but remained unconscious. At the battle, Gallian force remained at disadvantage. Noting Sulveria’s limit, her ally moved on to shield her. Sulveria disregarded and continued her attack. Largo was blown aside but alive. Welkin ordered for retreat. In the camp, Faldio continued to urge Alicia and begged her. The radio broadcasted Welkin’s voice calling for retreat. Alicia muttered Welkin’s name. Faldio told Alicia to get up to save Welkin. She suddenly opened her eyes and left. In the battlefield, Sulveria ordered the Squad 7 to surrender.

Suddenly, Alicia appeared and approached the enemy line. Welkin and others were shocked. Sulveria knew Alicia had Valkyria bloodline. The enemy shot Alicia but she was not affected. She revealed her weapons. Alicia attacked the enemy with great force. Welkin was stunned. Alicia confronted Sulveria who attacked her. She dodged with high speed and attacked. Sulveria thought of a little girl in the past as Alicia knocked her down. Sulveria was shocked. Maximillian commanded attack of Alicia but failed. Alicia attaked the tanks of Maximillian and Sulveria moved on to protect him. The imperial force was forced to retreat. Maximillian was injured when Sulveria kned before him. They retreated together. Largo and others were confused. Welkin called Alicia. She looked at him, her glow vanished and she collapsed. He caught her in time as she fell.

Valkyria Chronicles #22: Confusion

Flashback of the past, little Alicia and other children went through some medical tests and she had no bread because of the limited food. Young Sulveria offered her bread. Alicia woke and found herself in bed. She had a flash thought of herself using the Valkyria power to destroy the enemy force and clamped her head, knowing it was not a dream. Other place, Sulveria thought of Alicia’s Valkyria power when she was showering. She was determined not to be defeated again. Meanwhile, Welkin demanded to see Alicia but was being refused by the soldiers. He watched the bugs listlessly until Daka went to talk to him. Welkin was determined to see Alicia in other ways. Daka told him that it might not be easy but Welkin did not care. Meanwhile, Damon demanded Alicia to be placed in regular army due to her Valkyria power disregarding her opinion and commander’s opposition to treat Alicia as a weapon. In a dark room, Faldio was tied up as a punishment for his earlier act. Welkin went to visit him to ask him his reason for doing that. Faldio confessed that he was the one who shot Alicia. Welkin was shocked. He told him that Valkyria blood had to be waked when a person was at the verge of death. He had done this in his studies. Faldio thought of his witnessing of Ramel and others’ deaths. Faldio asked Welkin what he should have done then. Faldio asked Welkin to support Alicia as Welkin left. In the medical room, Alicia was treated with great meal. Alicia asked to be put back to squad but was ignored.

In the imperial camp, Maximillian and others were pressurized because of an unexpected Valkyria bloodline soldier in Gallian force. Maximillian was not depressed yet. Just then, they received a telegram of a code about waking of mystical beast. The prince was pleased. In Gallian camp, Alicia was wondering how others were getting on when Damon came to visit her. He told her that she would be transferred and promoted to captain in first regular army. She was shocked and refused. They told her of her monstrous power at the battlefield. Damon lied that Welkin had agreed to the promotion. Angered and disbelieved, she ran out to look for Welkin and others. Out in the field, Welkin was sitting next to the tank when Largo and others approached him. They asked him about Alicia and he told them that she was a descendent with Valkyur. They were concerned because other squads called Alicia a monster. They began to argue over their future relation with Alicia when Alicia overheard their words. Shocked and upset, she told them that she would be leaving to her promotion. She thanked them for everything in tears and ran off. Welkin ran after her, yelling her to listen to him. He told her other people’s confusion that would die down. He emphasized that Alicia was still their companion and told her how she was the one who made him get a grip of himself when Isara died. Alicia told off her headscarf and told him that the Alicia he knew was no longer existed. She stated she was a monster and bided him farewell. She walked off and wept.

Valkyria Chronicles #18:

Isara died as the soldier shot her in the presence of Rosie. Rosie was hospitalised for her injuries. Few days later, Squad 7 attended her funeral. As everyone mourned for Isara's death, especially Ramel, Welkin remained expressionless. General Damon knew of the smoke bombs that caused victory for Squad 7 and demanded to know the method. When he saw Darscen symbolic cloth on Isara's tank, he stomped on it and was yelled at by Rosie. Welkin apologised on Rosie's behalf and Damon demanded him to hand over the method of smoke bomb before he stomped away. In the hospital, Rosie told Welkin and Alicia that Isara had asked her to sing for her before she died.

That night, some members of Squad 7 dug a hole over the area where Damon was expected to pass by despite warnings from Alicia. Frustrated at her failure to persuade them from the act, she called Welkin to tell them off but he ignored. Welkin told her not to bother him and she yelled at him that she cared because she liked him. She became upset over his attempt to mask his feelings that she wept and accidentially bumped into Faldio, the stone that he had passed to her glowed. Faldio, upon learning the circumstance, managed to talk Squad 7 from seeking revenge on Damon and went to have a talk with Welkin. He hit Welkin in his face, telling him that he had lost more people in his Squad than Welkin but he never got himself stuck in depression like he did. The next day, Welkin continued to mask his emotion. Faldio stated Alicia was strong and she told him that she was only keeping her promise with Isara because Isara had asked her not to hate Welkin.

Valkyria Chronicles #19:

Commander called Welkin in and told him to lead Squad 7 to recapture his and Alicia's hometown that had fallen into enemy's hand 6 months ago. In addition, she told him that a new member would be introduced to Squad 7. Later, Rosie met Daka (the resistance group leader in the past episodes) again as he was the new Squad 7 member. He would be piloting Isara's tank as he was a Darscen (known to be good with mechanical) just like Isara. That night in his room, Faldio read a book about the glowing stone and suspected Alicia was a decendent of the warrior goddess of Valkyria.

Mission was commenced and the town was recaptured easily. As Welkin entered his old home, he thought of his first time being introduced to his foster younger sister - Isara. She was surprised of his not bothered by her Darscen identity and happy to be accepted as his family member. Alicia entered the house and told him to let out his sadness. As she stepped outside the house, for the first time since Isara's death, Welkin cried his heart out. Later, he walked out of the house to see Alicia looking at a flower. Together, they held hands.

Valkyria Chronicles Special:

It's about the girls of Squad 7 going to beach to have some fun. After they left, Sulveria waited on a cliff for her prince to meet her.

About 07-Ghost Anime Vs Manga:

Just checked and found that 07-Ghost anime will end in episode #25, around manga version plot at chapter 24-25. Instead of Frau and later Hakkuyen meeting and congrating Teito at the end of exam in the manga version, anime goes high climax in another version of Ayanami fighting Teito who just came out of his exam hall.

Guess I'll have to catch up on the chapters from 24 till the ones that I'm currently catching up from there. Such a pity, considering 07-Ghost, unlike D.Gray Man and Yami no Matsuei, has consistent chapters. Moreover, the background music for 07-Ghost is nice.

Fullmetal Alchemist Issue #99

As Greed!Ling, Olivia's subordinate and Ran Fan's grandfather fought King Bradley, Bradley stabbed Ran Fan's grandfather on his forehead. Ling took over his own body and tried to save Ran Fan's grandfather. But the latter hit Ling on his neck so that Greed could take over, hence distracting Ling from trying to sacrificing his life to save the old man. Ran Fan's grandfather attempted to die with Bradley using the bombs strapped around his body but failed. Olivia's subordinate gave him a hand by pinning Bradley with his sword through Ran Fan's grandfather's body. From afar, Ran Fan sensed her grandfather's death.

In the subway, the mysterious researcher introduced himself as the one who created King Bradley and sent failure humans who did not take over as King Bradley at Roy, Riza, Scar and Ed. Ed realised the five labs were in position of the transmutation circle. To his aghast, the man activated the transmutation circle using the failure experimented men as sacrifice. At different places in the same time, Ed, Al and Izumi were dragged by dark hands of the Gate and vanished without a trace.

Shangri-La #24: FINALE

Ryoko threatened Kuniko to pull the spear with Mikuni’s live. She told them that they were both carrying Hiruko’s gene. She stated Kuniko was Himiko’s clone. Other place, Kuniko told Momoko and others that the young major was the real son of Himiko. She went on to tell them that Ryoko was planning to possess either Kuniko or Mikuni’s body as her body could not be managed forever. Meanwhile, Ryoko’s subordinates were working on something. In the dark place, Ryoko commanded MEDUSA to destroy the world. She told Kuniko that only the latter could stop MEDUSA by pulling the spear. Leaving with no choice, Kuniko pulled it. Huge force erupted. Ryoko was pleased.

Suddenly, MEDUSA became chibi again and was confronted by water from the floodgate. The others knew Karin managed to rewrite MEDUSA in the last minute. Other place, Karin apologised to MEDUSA as her pet project drowned. Other place, Ryoko was angry but had a plan to take over Kuniko’s body. Kuniko broke the spear and attacked Ryoko. Miko’s soul appeared and shielded Mikuni. Kuniko stabbed Ryoko in her stomach. Ryoko taunted her as she aged rapidly and collapsed. Meanwhile, all gates were closed. Himiko was going to revive using Ryoko’s life force. Sayoko ran to meet Mikuni. Kuniko called Sayoko to protect Mikuni – her younger sister while she went to save the situation. Momoko and others went to meet her. The three old men brought along a tool for their final battle. Kuniko was touched. All of them wished her luck and told her to return safely. In the system area, Kuniko entered the central body where a girl who looked like Kuniko faced her. She was planning to revive herself and destroy the world. Kuniko was shocked. Kuniko’s grandmother had faith in Kuniko. Meanwhile, Kuniko was fighting the lady who wanted to sacrifice human’s futures for new ones. Kuniko stated that they themselves would decide their own future as the lady multiplied herself and fought Kuniko. Kuniko drove the lady back to the system. The control was back online as others heaved a relief. Meanwhile, the form of Miko appeared before Mikuni. She told her that she could no longer be by her side for her body was destroyed. Behind her appeared all the children who had been sacrificed to balance Altas. Miko asked Sayoko to take care of Mikuni. Before she left, she hugged Mikuni. Mikuni cried. Sayoko had to slap her to wake her from her sense. Miko vanished and Sayoko thanked Miko silently.

Other place, Karin was grieving when her online friends cheered her up and appeared before her in persons. Karin showed them the MEDUSA chip stored in a small box. Chibi MEDUSA appeared from the chip and called Karin its mother. Karin was delighted. Meanwhile, people had been evacuated from the disasters and all of them finally enjoyed the new peaceful day. Kuniko, Momoko and the young major met Sayoko and Mikuni. Kuniko hugged Mikuni who wanted to call her big sister. Kuniko agreed. Kuniko told the young major that she needed a place to live and planned to create a home for everyone to live happily. It would be called Shangri-La.

COMMENT: Quite meaningful and unexpected. Unlike most animes that concentrate on battles of guys against guys while women are fodders, this anime concentrates on the fight of a girl to protect the people she treasures. Also, the main topic involves earth pollution and Internets. I would give 7/10 for plot.

07-Ghost #24:

Teito faced off Ayanami after he left the exam door and knew he was not an illusion. He vowed to defeat Ayanami with his own power. Outside, the nuns and others were rounded up while the army went in search for Teito. Castor and others planned to take action. Meanwhile, Ayanami sent Teito to the centre of the Earth with him. They fought. Frau was still waiting for Teito when Hykuuren told him of the invasion of the military. Just then, one of Ayanami’s followers – Kuroyuri appeared, wanting to seek Laborator for revenge. Frau faced off him. In the hall, some children wept in fear while the nuns tried to shield the rest. One of the church examiners faced off another Ayanami’s followers and engaged in battle. Same time, Ayanami wanted Teito to tell him location of the Paradox box and sank his finger into Teito’s chest. Castor and Laborator meanwhile tracked down a priest who had spied for the military under threat of his family members. Castor let him off and told him to start anew. But two Ayanami’s followers appeared and killed the priest. Laborator knew Teito was in danger. The two men fought Laborator and Castor. Other place, Kuroyuri sent dark attacks at Frau.

Same time, Ayanami’s arm was being severed for attempting to unseal Teito’s sealed memory done by Vetrag – one of the 7 ghosts. But his arm regrew back. Teito attacked Ayanami. In the hall, the army tried to force the commoners to reveal location of the vessel for the Eye. Outside, Castor and Laborator were still fighting the military people. Others were also fighting in other places. The dark flowers on Kuroyuri began to grow, transforming sadness to hatred. In the centre of earth, Ayanami taunted Teito for being weak. They fought. Ayanami wanted Teito to have more hatred. Animal Mikage was hit and Teito managed to save it in time. He apologised to it and resumed his battle against Ayanami, stating he fought to protect people he treasured. Other place, Frau told Kuroyuri not to let his hatred rule over him and he sent bright light at him, eliminating the dark flowers on him. Outside, Laborator and Castor continued their fight against their opponents. In the centre of earth, Ayanami intended to kill people in the church to force Teito to unleash the sealed memory within him.

07-Ghost #23:

The next test was to determine how well candidates could cope with their darkness within their hearts. Hyakkuren faced a cloak of darkness wanting to kill his father who refused to acknowledge his future plan. He finally defeated the darkness which was actually he himself for he had hated his father greatly. Meanwhile, Teito also defeated the illusional Ayanami who was actually the darkness within himself for he had hated himself for causing Mikage's death. As he completed his exam, Frau set off to fetch him. Same time, Ayanami and his troops invaded the church. Frau could not find Teito who stepped out of the door. Meanwhile, Teito stepped out of the door to meet the real Ayanami.

Detective Conan #492 - #493:

Conan and others found a thank you note left by Ran in the library 10 years ago and Conan related to others of young Shinichi and Ran's attempt to solve a mystery set by a mysterious man who later turned out to be the previous Kaitou Kid. It was also during that time when Shinichi finally called Ran by her name instead of by surname. Back to present, Conan realised the code was actually meant for a message from from previous Kaitou Kid to his own father.

Naruto Shippuuden #126: Twilight

Karin detected the Konoha ninjas tracking them with dogs and she used Juugo's birds to deliver shattered pieces of Sasuke's robe to send wrong messages to Kiba who was in charge of tracking. Naruto was forced to use shadow clones to find Sasuke. In Konoha, Jiraiya visited Tsunade and told her of his finding of Akatsuki leader's location over their sake. In the woods, Naruto faced off Itachi who sent him into genjutsu of crows. Itachi reassured Naruto that he only wanted to chat with him. After that, he left. In Konoha, Tsunade and Jiraiya discussed Naruto's parents - Namikaze Minato and Uzumaki Kushina. As Jiraiya left, Tsunade's tears began to flow.

OMAKE: Tsunade invited Jiraiya to talk about himself and ended up spouting Jiraiya's failures in life. Jiraiya was bemused.

07-Ghost #22:

The examinees were discussing the outcome of the exam whereby only Frau was known to pass it in the past. Meanwhile, other students were still taking the exams and had fought between themselves in the last stage, revealing their inner weakness. Those who betrayed their friends failed. There were two students who were willing to sacrifice themselves to let their friend pass and both of them passed in the process. Teito had mixed feeling for the examiner Bishop. Teito was also shocked to learn that the two old men whom he had helped earlier were also examiners. Later, the people who passed gathered in the hall where they were congratulated. Meanwhile, Laborator had bad feeling based on his flowers and Frau went to investigate.

In the sky, Ayanami and his men were on their way for their goal. In the church, the nuns had prepared food for the students. Teito and Hyukken decided to look for the mermaid as instructed by the two old men. The mermaid reckoned them to follow her into the fountain. They did. They reached another place where a round building filled with greenery faced them. Teito felt relaxed there. Hykkuen asked Teito of animal - Mikage and Teito told him of his previous friend – Mikage whom he failed to protect. Hyukken told Teito of his father whose connection with Imperial family tried to close him in. Teito stated he felt thankful for able to meet Hyukken because of that. Just then, there was light to the gates. Teito stared at the door, which Hyuuken couldn’t see. Frau turned up and told Teito that the door was only visible to those who lost their loved ones. Frau and Teito approached the door while Castor accompanied Hyuuken. Castor aided Hykuuen to see the door. Teito entered the door and found Frau missing. Teito met his foster father who told him that he was the prince of Ragg Kingdom. Teito and his father were greeted by the people of Stelle. Teito sensed pain. In real world, Hyuuken and Castor saw Teito hugging his head in pain. Teito activated his Zanphon. Hyuuken tried to reach him but a flash of light enveloped them. When the light cleared, they were all standing on the grass. Hyuuken knew Teito had seen something he had not seen.

They returned back to surface where other students and examiners were waiting. The old men warned Teito of demons in whisper. The examiner Bishop led the students to the next stage of exams. Teito recalled Castor’s words during the time after Mikage was killed of not to stick his neck any further. Along the walls were symbols of Seven Ghosts. The examiner told Teito of origin of church to guard that. Meanwhile, Frau, Castor and Laborator were told of the military that was on the way to attack the church. Within the building, Teito found himself entering a familiar alley. Same time, Hykkuen found himself having to fight Kor by himself in an alley. He fought and crushed the Kor. An old man’s voice called him and he was shocked. Other place, Teito recalled the place to be where he was forced to kill Mikage. Back to present, Ayanami stood before Teito and Teito vowed to kill him.

07-Ghost #21:

Several soldiers were unhappy with Ayanami’s decision until Miroku showed them the Eye seized from Teito that was believed to determine the new king of lost Raggs Kingdom. He stated that the true person who could control the Eye had to be eliminated before he became a threat. In the church, Teito was nervous of the exams. Teito was shocked to find his strength probably fully utilised, as he could not activate his Zaiphon. In the dark, the ‘examiners’ smirked. Teito was anxious. People around him, except his roommate taunted him. Ouida offered to pass some of his Zaiphon to Teito. Teito thanked him. The students proceeded to the basement where the exams would be taking place according to their numbers. They entered a gate that closed behind them. The place shook. The two old men examinees could walk through the place normally. Teito ran after them and so was his roommate, followed by others. In the next room, they had to copy and answer the questions appeared on the wall. Hakurren answered a question and entered the door on the wall. Teito went with him. Within the dark room, they were chased by monster and Teito found another question.

In the air, Ayanami’s flight flew towards the church. He was looking forward to the reunion. In the dark room, Teito tried to answer the question and Hykuuren wrote it down. The monster vanished. They fell into the next location, within the water. It was a Kor waterly land. Hykkuren destroyed one Kor and obtained another question. Other candidates were having difficulty destroying the Kor. Teito tried to save one candidate who was drowning. Out in the surface, the nuns were sweeping and talked about the last time Frau and Castor worked as partners in the exams. Nearby, Frau, Castor and Laborator were talking. Castor and Frau quarreled. Meanwhile, Teito and Hykkuren answered 99 questions. Teito went to help carry two old men. Hykuren was feeling uneasy as he walked the rope with Teito. A mouse bit the rope and both of them fell. Hakurren helped Teito and the two men. They reached the door of the 100th question that wanted them to defeat their own partners. Teito wanted to give in to Hyukkren and they both quarreled. They cooperated and ran to the door of defeated together. Within the door, Lance’s image appeared before them and attacked the Kor behind them. He told them that they had passed for they were the ones who offered their hands to others.

Naruto Shippuuden #114: Eye of the Hawk

The battle between Orochimaru and Sasuke went on. Orochimaru, in his snake form, dived at Sasuke. Flashback, Orochimaru was visiting his parents’ graves with Sandaime. He found a white snake that Sandaime stated symbolized good luck and rebirth. He stated his parents probably had reborn somewhere. Some time later, Orochimaru witnessed the death of Tsunade’s younger brother in an explosion and the grieving of Tsunade who was accompanied by Jiraiya. Another flash, Orochimaru witnessed Tsunade’s another grief when Dan died before her eyes. Feeling the fragilty of human, he did experiments for immortality. Another flashback, Anko asked him of white snake that he stated regeneration strength. Orochimaru was planning of cursed mark. Another flash, Orochimaru witnessed young Itachi’s strength when he was practicing beyond human limit. He was fascinated by power of Sharingan possessed by the Uchiha clan. He went to check the forbidden jutsu of rebirth scroll. Another flashback, Sandaime caught him doing forbidden jutsu. Sandaime was aghast. Another flash, Jiraiya tried to fight sense out in Orochimaru. After leaving Konoha, Orochimaru joined Akatsuki to achieve his aim. One day, Itachi joined the same organization. One day, Orochimaru attacked Itachi, wanting to take over his body but Itachi struck back with his Sharingan. Orochimaru failed. Another flash, Orochimaru took over a new body and smirked as Kabuto accompanied Sasuke to him.

Back to present, Orochimaru laid injured on the ground while Sauke withdrew his curse mark. Orochimaru got back to his feet and thrilled as his snake poison paralyzed Sasuke. In the mind world, Sasuke was surrounded by Orochimaru’s flesh that had enveloped the two previous victims. Orochimaru tried to take over Sasuke. In the lab, Kabuto was preparing medicine for Orochimaru. As he walked, he saw Orochimaru on the ground, Sasuke standing next to him. He wondered if the ritual was over. Sasuke saw him and called him. He walked past him without a second look. Kabuto asked for his identity. Sasuke showed him replay of Orochimaru’s rebirth ritual. Sasuke corrupted Orochimaru’s dimension with his Sharingan. He devoured Orochimaru’s soul instead.

In Konoha, Anko stabbed a white snake and touched her curse mark. On the mountain of Hokages, Naruto watched the weather, having a bad feeling of it. Same time, Jiraiya and Tsunade found the sky to be blood red. Other place, Kisame saw Itachi watching the sky before they both walked off. A shooting star fell. In the lair, Kabuto was shocked to learn that Sasuke killed Orochimaru. Sasuke walked away.

07-Ghost #20:

Hayyuken and the unconscious Teito were taken to Ayanami’s subordinates. They hit Hyyuken unconscious. In the air, Ayanami and his ship were travelling. Same time, Hyuuken attacked the subordinates and leaped off the ship with Teito. Frau flew by and saved them. Frau splashed holy water and woke Teito up. Frau told Teito to take out the Eye so that he could destroy it but the Eye possessed Teito and refused Frau. Teito sensed Ayanami’s presence and wanted to kill him. Just then, Ayanami’s subordinates caught up and Teito lost control of his arm when the other man - Huruse trapped him, planning to sacrifice himself. Kuroyuri screamed. The Eye completely possessed Teito, preparing to kill Huruse to protect Teito. Teito was shocked to see the massive power within him. He recalled his foster father’s words, pleading him to recall his precious memory when he was young along with an elderly man before the younger him. Meanwhile, Ayanami and others arrived and attacked the area. Teito saw the Eye floating near him. Frau fought one subordinate of Ayanami. Teito tried to grab the Eye. Ayanami’s man got the Eye while Frau grabbed Teito. Teito struggled. Frau stated it was not the Eye. Meanwhile, someone told the military to take another route and Ayanami obeyed. He swore to get Teito next time.

Later, Hyuuken praised Teito for being impressive and hugged him for Teito was safe. Teito was still upset over the loss of the Eye that could help him in his revenge. Within him, he knew he had some unknown power. Just then, he heard a song that others could not hear. He thought of his precious memory and saw the image of his foster father carrying the younger him. It was a memory of long ago when he and his foster father went on a journey. Back to present, the sun was setting. In the church, Castor and Laborator were talking of their future plan and knew Teito had found his path. In his passageway, Teito was humming the song that Frau stated was the song of requiem as one of his friends used to sing it. Teito thanked Frau for saving him. Teito believed the Eye left him because he was an unfit vessel. Teito recalled something; he had used the Eye when he was younger. He had been able to use the Eye at will and wanted to recover all his memories. Teito asked Frau of Bastian and Frau told him to return to his room. Teito sat next to him and started humming the song. Nearby, Laborator and Castor walked by and joined them. They showed them a growing plant in a flowerpot. Frau offered to take care of it and planted it near a tree. Later the next day, Hyuuken and Teito were going to take the exam. Frau wished them all the best. Teito accidentially broke a Bishop pass of a man who vowed to make him remember. In the exam hall, Teito was not feeling easy with the earlier incident when he yelled some youngsters off for bullying an old man. The examiner arrived and he was the man whom Teito had broke the pass. Teito was aghast.

Bleach #233:

Muramasa stood next to Rukia’s Zanpachitou while Ichigo stared at him in shock. Afar, three Zanpachitou were overlooking Seireitei, planning to make their welders pay. Muramasa sent Rukia’s Zanpachitou away while he faced off Ichigo. He enquired for Ichigo’s Zanpachitou. He stated Zanpachitou had wills and souls of their own and accused Shinigami for imprisoning their Zanpachitou. Rukia insisted she had never look down on her Zanpachitou. Muramasa planned to summon Ichigo’s Zanpachitou out. Ichigo vowed not to let Muramasa get away with this.

Ichigo suggested changing location and they both vanished to a rooftop. They began to fight. Ichigo’s Zanpachitou attack had no effect on him and Muramasa disappeared, sending illusion to him. Ichigo found himself moving uncontrollably in the town. Muramasa approached him and stomped his hand, sending his voice at Ichigo’s body to communicate with his Zanpachitou. He pulled Zangetsu out of Ichigo. When Ichigo came to, he saw Zangetsu before him. Zangetsu attacked Ichigo. Ichigo was shocked and yelled him. They exchanged blows. Ichigo was sent crashing into the wall. In the hospital, the injured shingami were treated while Mayuri updated others with his answers. He found Zanpachitou had changed into something different. The medical Shinigami captain agreed to let Mayuri examine her. All of them were told of Ichigo and Rukia’s status. They were surprised.

Meanwhile, at the battlefield, Ichigo got back to his feet in Hollow form and fought Zangetsu. He fought with greater speed and force. Muramasa was surprised and Zagetsu told him that it was another soul residing within Ichigo. Ichigo continued to fight and regenerated his wounds instantly. A Hollow arm emerged from Ichigo and attacked Zangetsu. Ichigo continued to evolve. Muramasa was shocked. Ichigo continued to slash Zangetsu and sent Ceros at him. Muramasa tried to slash him but his wounds healed instantly. Ichigo’s Hollow mask began to crack as Ichigo tried to control his own body and to subside his Hollow self. He crashed his mask. Waves of Reiatsu washed around him. Ichigo revealed his original self as his Hollow body broke off. Ichigo struggled towards Zangetsu and fainted. Muramasa stared at Ichigo.

COMMENT: Love the idea and plot that Ichigo’s Hollow self is more powerful than his Zanpachitou. Omake was the Shinigami men wanted a romantic summer at the sunny beach with pretty women. They ended up standing in the rain at the beach, bemused.

07-Ghost #19:

A candidate priest was running in the market place, followed by Liam who panted heavily as they hurried for their exams. The bells of church tower sounded as people went through their praying session. At the fountain, the two young priests practitioners tried to figure out tips for exams. They went to visit a Feist statue where many people prayed for their dreams. Liam and his friend prayed their unbroken friendship bond.

At the dark place, Castor and Ayannami finally communicated. Castor attempted to hurt Ayannami through Kuroyuri’s soul connection. Kuroyuri stated there was no God in this world and through him; Ayannami sliced away the puppet strings that bound Kuroyuri. Castor and Kuroyuri continued to fight. Kuroyuri’s friend appeared and saved him using explosive attacks. Laborator also met Castor. On the military ship, Ayanami’s follower knew he had been communicating with someone. On the rooftop, Kuroyuri was upset that his friend was injured by Laborator’s flowers and called him to drink his blood. Ayanami knew the time was ripe.

In the church, the priests prayed for peaceful departure of the Arch Bishop who had been Frau’s mentor. Frau thought of the past when the Bishop told Frau of a prayer when young Frau sneaked out to destroy Khor. Frau, Castor and Laborator were determined to protect Teito. Many people were wondering of truth of Brastian’s death. The nuns apologised to Frau for mistaking him and their suspicion that Frau was one of the 7 ghosts as he was untainted when he touched a warsphile weapon. In the room, Teito’s roommate – Hakuren sat next to Teito who was still possessed by the Eye. Teito regained conscious and hugged Hakuren. Hakuren reassured Teito that he did the right thing. Teito was still aghast that there was something inside him that desired to kill Brastian. Hakuren told him that he had been trying to protect his friends. With arrival of Castor and others, Hakuren left the room. Teito punched Frau for saying his not minding to die by other people’s hand. Hakuren stated he liked Teito’s soul and hence did not mind dying by his hand. Embarrassed, Teito ran off. Castor demanded Frau to tell them what he had told Teito. On the corridor, Teito knew he did not want anyone to die and felt sadness as Eye emerged within him again. Hakuren passed by and found Teito in a daze. Other place, Laborator sensed arrival of Ayannami and others. Hakuren ran to catch Teito as someone appeared. It was Kuroyuri and his friend. Ayanami knew Teito had poor control over the Eye.

Bleach #232:

Seireitei was in a mess when Rukia rushed to find Byakuya only to see Renji. Renji was glad to see her and reassured that a search team was dispatched to find Byakuya. She thought of that man who sent Zanpachitou against the Shinigami. She found some Shinigami attacked by Rukia’s Zapachitou. She jumped to face her. Other place, Yaruchi warned Ichigo of his Zanpachitou before they parted. Meanwhile, Rukia questioned her Zanpachitou why she was hurting innocent people when the latter suddenly attacked her for she was free to use her power. Rukia was shocked that her Zanpachitou created greater power than she originally could. She sent ice at Rukia, crashing her to the ground. Rukia used her destructive seals to fight her. But with no avail for her Zanpachitou used blue flames. Rukia was forced to dodge, wondering why her Zanpachitou hated her. She thought of the past when she used her Zanpachitou the first time and was praised by her late senior.

Her Zanpachitou used a deadly attack on Rukia to bury her in ice but Ichigo appeared in bankai form to save her. He told her that they would figure out Zanpachitou’s rebellion. He fought Rukia’s Zanpachitou who tried to freeze him. They exchanged blows. She taunted him for his emotional weakness. Rukia appeared and attacked her from her back. She commanded Ichigo to stay out of it. Her Zanpachitou admitted her hatred of Rukia. Rukia officially wanted to set her Zanpachitou free even if it meant she losing her superior power. She prepared a seal to destroy her own Zanpachitou so that she would not lose the person she wanted to protect. She stated her Zanpachitou was not part of her and was willing to give her up. Her Zanpachitou was shocked as Rukia activated the attack. Ichigo screamed. In the daze, Rukia admitted Shinigami were too scared to lose their Zanpachitou but they also valued others. Ichigo ran to the unconscious Rukia when the villain – Muramasa appeared. He stated he was also a Zanpachitou.

InuYasha - Kanketsu-hen:

According to Animenewsnetwork and Myanimelist, there will be a continuation series of Inuyasha from manga #36 onwards to the end. It means to say, I'll be able to see the dying of Kagura, Kanna and Kikyou in anime version that I'm sure will be very touching. It is expected to be shown from October this year.

Sounds good to me, after Fullmetal Alchemist's attempt to follow strictly to manga plot, comes Inuyasha. I'm hoping the same will happen to D.Gray Man (if the author manages to continue the manga) and Soul Eater too.

07-Ghost #18:

Bastian attacked Teito and Teito’s roommate – Hakuren tried to help but was almost hurt. Bastian confessed he was working for Ayananne and commanded Teito to surrender by threatening using Hakuren’s life. Hakuren yelled Teito to leave but the latter refused and tried to save Hakuren. Teito was trapped instead. Outside, the weather was stormy and the nuns were worried. Laborador sensed Teito having danger. Outside the door, Ayanname’s subordinates entered Bastian’s room forcefully. In the basement, Hakuren commanded Bastian if he was the one who attacked them earlier but he denied. Meanwhile, Ayanami’s followers went off doing something else. They smelled flowers and were faced with Laborador. Other place, Hakuren demanded to know what Bastian planned to do with him and Teito. Teito sensed himself in a dark dimension where dark beings threatened to devour him. The Eye within Teito activated and he attacked Bastian. Hakuren was surprised. Teito tried to stop the Eye from killing Bastian who was important to Frau. Bastian grabbed Teito’s neck. The Eye and Teito battled internally of Bastian’s status. Teito mentioned Frau’s name and suddenly a Zehel approached them.

Meanwhile, the senior Ayannami’s follower approached Frau’s cell and slashed him into half. Other place, Bastian faced the Zehel and approached it as if expecting its arrival. The Zehel was still in shock of Bastian’s status and told him that he could not be forgiven. Bastian emitted his Wars. The Zehel cleared off the Wars easily and sent his curved knife into Bastian in pool of blood. Bastian had flashback of himself with young Frau as they discussed of dreams. Bastian told him that was why time spent with him was precious. Back to present, Zehel stated Bastian’s last dream came true. The Eye within Teito stated the Zehel should not have save him as Teito turned back to normal. Teito saw that Zehel was actually Frau. Meanwhile, the Bishop received letter from the dead Bastian who stated he would take the sins of the criminals and suffered for them for he wanted to be a good ‘father’ to Frau. Same time, the senior Ayannami’s follower was shocked to find ‘Frau’ a fake. It was work of Castor who sent his puppets at him. He was shocked as all opponents were puppets. Castor trapped his opponent with puppet string and finally linked with Ayanami to communicate. Ayanami sensed him through the other soul of his subordinate.

Bleach #231:

Ichigo was moving in the night, sensing a reiatsu. The unconscious Rukia fell from the sky and he caught her. She regained conscious shortly and Ichigo pulled her away in time as a new comer confronted them. She attacked them and Ichigo blocked her attack. She told Ichigo that Rukia was hers. She knew he was the substitute Shinigami. She activated Rukia’s bankai. Ichigo was shocked. She vanished. Ichigo ran to Rukia, wanting to know who the girl was. She told him that the girl was her Zanpachitou. Later in Urahara’s place, Ishida, Urahara, Chad and Ichigo discussed of the night incident. Rinrin told them that Rukia was awaked after Orihime’s treatment. They asked her what was going on. Rukia told them of a mysterious man in Soul Society who gained control over many shinigami’s Zanpachitou, planning to rule over Shinigami. The Shinigami were shocked to see their Zanpachitou not working and Chief Commander missing. The man told them that Chief Commander was sealed, as his Zanpachitou could not be persuaded. Ikakuu attacked the man and so were the rest. The other Shinigami tried to take the wounded to safe place. Bright light emitted from the cliff where they fought. Meanwhile, some Zanpachitou attacked the Shinigami in Soul Society. Renji and Rukia were running on the street, worrying for others when two Zanpachitou confronted them. Byakuya managed to use his seal technique to shield Rukia in time. The mysterious man was planning to force the Shinigami to surrender their Zanpachitou. One Zanpachitou flooded Byakuya with sakura petals. Rukia’s Zanpachitou attacked Rukia and Renji. Renji and Rukia were separated.

Back to present, Ichigo and others were still surprised with the development of Zanpachitou’s real form. Yoruichi appeared and told them that the Shinigami would be fine. She had gone to Seireitei to check to find everyone injured but alive. She had learned everything from the captains. Kurotsuchi had gone to investigate the original documents. Others did other areas of research. Back to present, everyone was relieved. Urahara asked Ichigo of his Zanpachitou that had not act weird, so was Urahara’s. it seemed the real world was immune to the effect. Yoruichi tol Rukia that she could not find Byakuya. Ichigo reassured her that he would be fine. It was late at night. Ichigo woke to see Kon and others jumped to him for big problem. Rukia was missing. He rushed to Urahara’s place. Rukia had returned to Soul Society as she worried for Byakuya. Ichigo decided to go after her to help her. Yoruichi planned to go with Ichigo. Urahara gave in and opened the Spiritual gate for them. Ichigo prayed for Ichigo’s safety.

Bleach Issue #368: The Fearless Child

Hisagi insisted facing off Tousen despite his injuries. He wanted Tousen to wake his mind of whats right or wrong and to take him back to Soul Society. Tousen commented that Hisagi had not changed. Nearby, Gin was commenting Wonderweiss's fighting status as Wonderweiss fought one of the Vizards. The Vizard won. Same time, Hitsugaya joined force with Hiruko. Hitsugaya wanted to discuss something with her. He wanted her to deal with that opponent alone so that he could fight Aizen. Hiruko snapped at him for being rash and he apologised. They got into quarrel when Hiruko got too far in calling Hitsugaya short and shrimp. Lisa ignored them and went forward to fight. Other place, Omega was shocked to see one Vizard knowing Sai Fon as they faced off the Arrancar leader. Sai Fon commented that she never met him before and he was not surprised of her answer. The Vizard set up barrier to block his aging curse. But the Arrancar leader was not worried.

07-Ghost #17:

It was night. The military led by Ayananne was monitoring the execution of an airplane into the air.

In the church, Teito and his roommate- Hakurren were trying to enter a sealed room. Because of its nature, they had to leave their weapon behind. Teito saw floating women in the air. Hakurren was not amused when the women laughed that the boys could see them. Bastian appeared and they asked him what had happened before Frau’s arrest. He told them Frau was found to hold a Warsphile knife with the tormented corpses. Teito believed Frau was innocent. Bastian agreed. He passed their weapons back to them and told them that Frau was his student. He told them that Frau was naughty and had strong but sad belief. Frau was also known to be a loner who did not believe in god. Still, Bastian was surprised that Frau was a genius. Frau told him that his god was dead and always played tricks on people with his Zaiphon. One night, Bastian found Frau crying alone in the sanctuary room. He later knew that Frau had many friends died. Since then, Frau had offered salvation to others but never for himself. Bastian later learned that Frau had been sneaking out of the church to remove Kor, helping people even though he was not a Bishop. Bastian saw him one night and had a talk with him. He started telling him of his desire to fight alongside with his late friends and Bastian told Frau that he would be with him forever. Hakkuren recalled how Frau had saved his mother back then. Bastian asked Frau and Hakkuren not to let Frau know that he had told them his childhood.

Along the corridor, Hakkuren sensed something. Other place, Bastian went to see Frau and told him that he would get him out. Same time, Hakkuren showed Teito that their weapons wee tainted and were shocked as it could only be tainted when a Warphile touched them. They suspected Bastian. Other place, Bastian was looking at his tainted hand. Teito and Hakkuren ran to look for Bastian, determined to not let Frau killed. Teito diverted the guards with his Zaiphon and opened the door using his father’s pass. They rushed into the room before the guards could reach them. They found the room empty. Bastian was not inside. They had a bad feeling. Mikage ran to the bookshelves that had a trap door beneath. They entered it and ran to face Bastian who had been waiting for them. He stated that he was going to catch Teito and he unleashed his Zaiphon at them. Teito unleashed his as well, fighting back his Zaiphon. Bastian fought Teito down, declaring Teito a traitor of his fallen empire.

07-Ghost #16:

Laborator and Castor told Teito of his foster father – Bishop Kreuz who had stolen the Paradox Box that caused the Raggs war, resulting to the fall of Teito’s Raggs kingdom. Teito was shocked. Flashback, Bishop Kreuz told Teito that Teito was the hope of the country and that he had to live on. Teito vowed to find the truth of Bishop Kreuz’s doing. Castor was impressed with Teito’s determination. Just then, Laborator received bad news that Frau received death sentence and told others. Teito was shocked and wanted to save Frau. Other place, a Father proposed testing the people to find if they were tainted by Wars so as to prove Frau’s innocence. The Bishop told him that Frau could not wield baculus and suspected there was a traitor in the church. Meanwhile, Teito asked the nuns where the prison was located but they did not know. The mermaid appeared and answered Teito’s question. Teito leaped into the fountain after her. Together, they swam through the underwater path. Teito reached his limit and the mermaid helped him with a breathing pill. He could swim better after that. In the dungeon of light, Frau was playing with an apple. In the water, Teito and the mermaid reached the dungeon and Teito attempted to break down the wall but failed. Frau warned him off. They exchanged messages. Frau thanked him for coming and gave him information that could aid him in his exam. Frau told Teito to smile. Before he left, Teito vowed to find a way to free him. Frau’s words reminded him of the late Mikage. Teito had difficulty smiling back then. Back to present, Teito turned back and tried to smile for Frau before swimming away. In the dungeon, Frau smiled. As he left, Teito vowed to protect Frau. Teito left the fountain where his roommate welcomed him with a dry towel. He wanted to join Teito in finding the real culprit who framed Frau. Teito gave him a high five as the mermaid swam away happily. In the building, Teito and his roommate looked at the crystal that would reflect the incident back when Frau was framed. They went to the scene of the crime together.

Bleach #229:

It was a stormy day when Ichigo and Rukia left school. Rukia detected Hollow on her device. A Hollow reached the city and its trace vanished. But they sensed its reitsu. Ikkaku and his partner appeared before Ichigo and Rukia. Later in Ichigo’s room, they told them of a criminal Hollow that stole something from Soul Society. Ikkaku and his partner were tasked to capture it. They counted on Ichigo to find the Hollow. Just then, Kon appeared and protested. Ichigo refused to let Ikkaku and his partner to stay in his place.

He proposed Urahara’s place but no one was around so he took them to his classmates’ place. His classmate - Keigo protested but was forced to accept. Keigo’s elder sister was attracted to Ikkaku. She welcomed him warmly. Keigo was not pleased. In the house, Keigo’s elder sister tried to cook something to impress Ikkaku. She started making imagination of living with Ikkaku. Ikkaku could not sleep with her laughing at night. Next morning, Ikkaku was not impressed with the breakfast arrangement. Ikkaku was not happy with the shirts of him and Keigo’s sister photos on it provided by Keigo’s sister. In the park, Keigo’s sister stalked the shinigamis and passed Ikkaku lunchbox. In the house, she stalked into him in bath. He was displeased with her pestering and persistent. His partner thought of something and forced him into wigs to force Keigo’s sister into disliking him. Ikkaku was not happy but he was forced to try on the wigs. One of the wigs stuck on his head. His partner had put glue in it. On the street, they ran into Ichigo and others. Ichigo laughed at Ikkaku’s image. Rukia asked them on mission progress. Orihime then realised Ikkaku was Ikkaku. In the house, Keigo’s sister had difficulty identifying Ikkaku and was disgusted to see him with the wig. Ikkaku was happy. Later, Keigo’s sister protested by not preparing their bath, food and bed. Ikkaku and Yumichika were not happy and left. Keigo was worried. In the park, Ikkaku and Yumichika sat on the bench. On the street, Keigo’s sister ran after Keigo to walk for juice. A Hollow confronted them. Ikakku and Yumichika ran after the Hollow and found Keigo instead. Keigo told them that the Hollow had caught his sister. Ikkaku had problem getting hs soul out. Yumichika realised the glue had glued his soul and giga together. Other place, Keigo’s sister began to see the form of Hollow and screamed. Ikkaku appeared and rescued her. When she woke, she recalled Ikkaku piggy-backed her back home.

Next morning, Keigo’s sister called Ikkaku and told him that she would welcome him to stay at her place anytime. Ikkaku threw away the wig and Keigo’s sister and others laughed. Ikkaku was not pleased.

Dragon Ball Kai #16:

Vegeta beat up Gohan while Karirin prepared to attack Vegeta using the natural ki Goku had passed him. Gohan tried to attack Vegeta but he was too fast. Kaio told Karirin to sense Vegeta’s ki before attacking. Meanwhile, Vegeta confronted Gohan and attacked him with a series of kis. Gohan managed to dodge barely. Karirin tried to detect the evil ki. Karirin tossed the ki at Vegeta but he missed. Goku told Gohan to deflect the ki. Gohan did and the natural ki hit Vegeta. Vegeta was enveloped in a ball of light and was blasted away. Karirin cheered. Goku and others were relieved. Shortly, Vegeta fell from the sky. Karirin approached him, assuming him dead. But he was still alive. Kaio was shocked. Vegeta got up from the ground. Karirin was stunned. Vegeta punched Karirin and approached Goku and Gohan. Vegeta activated his ki and blasted the hills around them. Goku and Gohan were forced back by the force. Vegeta flew into the sky, preparing to kill them completely. He approached Gohan and was shocked to see Gohan with the tail. He tried to pull it off. But was shocked as the moon was still around. He tried to blast off the tail but was slashed away by Yajirobe. Angered, Vegeta hit Yajirobe away and punched him. Goku called for Gohan and told him to look at the moonlight in the sky. Gohan did. Before Vegeta could stop him, Gohan began to transform into giant gorilla. Vegeta tried to tear off Gohan’s tail but was punched instead. Gohan attacked Vegeta in his full gorilla form. Gohan went on rampage, smashing rocks around him. Goku tried to calm Gohan with his voice. Karirin called Gohan to fight Vegeta. Gohan attacked Vegeta with the rock and ran after Vegeta. Vegeta tried to attack the tail. After being pursued for some time, he managed to slice off the tail but giant Gohan gorilla fell on top of Vegeta before transforming back to little boy Gohan. Vegeta’s body reached his limit and he activated his device for his transport spaceship. He tried to escape. Karirin tried to stop him from escaping. He saw Yajirobe’s sword and went for Vegeta. He raised the sword, prepared to stab Vegeta to avenge for the people he had killed.

07-Ghost #15:

Teito and his roommate were carrying books when the three nuns approached them. Teito was still thinking of Frau’s words. They wished them good luck. Ayanami’s subordinates were watching them and they began to act. Meanwhile, the mermaid noticed a priest walking along the corridor. In the library, Teito’s roommate tried to help him retrieve a book placed on a high place when a priest tried to confront Teito. When Frau’s comrade - priest – Castor tapped him on the shoulder, he passed a pass to Teito and reminded him some dreadful words about the church not being his ally. Frau’s comrade shielded Teito and destroyed the fake priest. Frau ran along and was glad Castor had saved Teito. He told Teito to judge the facts by himself. Meanwhile, Teito’s roommate tried to cheer him up. Meanwhile, the Bishop learnt the facts from Frau, Castor and Labator.

Other place, Ayanami’s subordinates were planning the next move. Nearby, Frau sensed something bad while he was playing with kids. Along the corridor, the three nuns saw the dejected looking Teito. They went to chat with him and tried to cheer him up. Teito walked away and ran into Frau who told him to think over. Suddenly, Frau sensed something bad and ran off. He found Ayanami’s subordinates in a dark room, trying to taint the criminals’ corpses. The subordinates turned the corpses into Wars that attacked Frau. Frau fought them. Frau vowed not to let them lay a finger on Teito. As he slashed them, they vanished into nothingness. The patrolling soldiers who ran into the scene mistook Frau for causing the crime. Frau was arrested. Other place, Labrator sensed Frau’s arrest and he told Castor. Teito ran to them asking for clarification. Castor asked him to follow them into a building where people confronted their own feelings. On higher buildings, Ayanami’s subordinates were watching. In the military base, Ayanami and others were discussing. As planned, Frau was imprisoned so that they could catch Teito without Frau’s protection. Ayanami told the meeting that he would carry out the mission personally. In the building, Teito saw his father - Fia’s illusion in the glass. He showered light showing his past when they first talked. Teito returned to reality. Teito understood the church was the place where he should be staying. Castor told Teito that Fia used to be a character in the church who had been excommunicated.

Fullmetal Alchemist – Brotherhood #15:

In the middle of the night, Scar was fighting a state alchemist and killed him that night. Later next day, Scar was bemused to see Yoki taking care of a little girl from Xing – Chang Mei. She healed him with her alchemy. Yoki told Scar that she had travelled across the great desert with her little panda – Xiao Mei. She saw the alchemy tattoo on Scar’s arm. She wanted to go with them to Central. She was looking for the legendary Edward Elric and dreamt of a tall handsome man.

In the dark street, Barry attacked Riza who intimidated him with her gun shoots instead. She was surprised that he knew Alphonse Elric. She took him to see Roy and others. Barry told them of 5th laboratory and Philosopher’s Stone. Roy asked him of Hughes’s murder but Barry did not know.

Other place, Ed and Al visited Winry who beated Ed for ruining her automail before fixing it for him. While waiting for the automail parts, Ed and Al visited the street. Al found the hungry Yao Ling who made them pay for the food he ate. They were surprised to learn he was from Xing. He told them that he was researching alchemy. Al was interested in alchemy that heals. They told them they were alchemy. Ed was bemused that Ling was not alchemist. Ling told them he wanted to know about Philosopher’s Stone. When they refused to tell, his two masked bodyguards pointed knives at them. They fought them. Meanwhile, Ling ordered more food. Paninya went to ask Al what was going on. Ed broke his opponent’s mask to see that she was a girl. Her grand father was shocked to see Al able to trap him, remove his mask using alchemy without creating transmutation circle. Same time, Ed bound Ran Fan – his opponent. Al arrived with Ran Fan’s grandfather. Ling came to greet them. The villagers chased Ed and Al for the food cost and damage to the town after the fight. Yao Ling, Ran Fan and her grandfather – Fu escaped. Ed learned Al’s ability to transmute without the circle and was demoralized. When they reached other place, they met Ling again. They laughed when they learnt Ling was a prince from Xing. Ling explained that there were fifty princes and princess from Xing. All of them were fighting to gain status by finding immortality in Philosopher’s Stone. Winry returned and punched Ed for ruining the automail. She wanted to follow Elric brothers back to Central to visit Hughes. In the night elsewhere, Scar, Yoki and Chang Mei travelled in horse carriage to Central.

COMMENT: New OP & ED. Ling, Chang Mei, Ran Fan and her grand father made their appearances. Pride also appeared in the new opening.

Bleach #228:

The Shinigami women were shopping for clothes in human world. Yoruichi was looking at some clothes and Sai Fon watched at her in admiration. Yoruichi recommended her some clothes and ignored her when she chose something else. Isane was shocked when her captain recommended a flashy suit for her.

Later, Matsumoto reported the enjoyment of all Shinigami ladies at the beach. Ichigo was bemused. They had come because Rukia’s elder brother – Byakuya destroyed the pool in Soul Society. The ladies had a meeting and proposed going to the beach. Byakuya was also at the beach with the men of Soul Society. Ukitake collapsed from heat stroke. Ichigo and Renji went to get ice and were shocked to see Chad, Orihime and Ishida working part time. Hitsugaya Toshiro was also in the shop. He activated his ice for them using his bankai. Ukitake was still not feeling well but he announced a competition of two teams. The prize was money from Chief Commander. Orihime was looking out for others and Matsumoto discussed breasts with her. Nearby, Ichigo watched Renji and others building sand temple. Ichigo was provoked to build better structure. Yachiru put crab on one of them. Rukia and Byakuya were building sand structure. Both were childish dolls. Ukitake was still feeling unwell and went to rest. Kotsubaki built sand coffin around him. The others watched, bemused. Just then, Orihime and others brought food that looked like offerings for Ukitake. Ichigo and others saw water monster appearing to snatch two lady shinigamis with its tentacles. Ishida and Chad attacked it but their attacks were neutralized. Ichigo was not bemused when most Shinigami did not bring their weapons. Renji’s sword was not cooperating. The monster Hollow also grabbed Orihime. Ichigo was confronted by another monster, which grabbed him.

Sai Fon and Yochiru attacked the monsters, saving Ichigo, Orihime and others. Ukitake woke and stated it was Suikawari game. The monsters were made up of watermelon juice. The others were not amused. More watermelon monsters appeared. Ichigo and others were not happy. Hitsugaya enjoyed his own ice cream alone in the shop, ignoring Matsumoto’s chatting.

07-Ghost #14:

The priests discussed about the hidden enemy among themselves. That night, the nuns saw the boys playing pillow fight and told them off. Mikage clawed the room door, whining for Teito until Teito’s roommate told it off. Teito sat in the yard and one priest came to train him. He told Teito to run around the yard to ensure his level head. He also prepared puppet opponents for Teito. He prepared a track for Teito to run with a shield. He chased after the puppets. Kuroyuri and Harasa were watching Teito from above. They could not catch him as he was surrounded by puppet protectors. Teito returned to his room and his roommate saw his slave mark. Teito told him about Mikage – his first friend. His roommate told him that he took the exam because his mother was tainted by Kor. His mother was locked up by his father to protect his family name. When he woke, a priest – Frau had turned up and saved his mother. That was why he wanted to become a Bishop instead of entering Military as what his family did. Night after night, Teito was trained to run before he was told them to practice using his Bascule. Teito performed well. The priest asked Teito’s roommate who was standing in the dark to join in but he denied. As Teito and his roommate walked, a kor appeared and attacked them. Frau appeared and saved them from hitting the ground. Kuroyuri and Harasa were watching. Frau attacked them but they escaped. Frau found the recently murdered Aldo’s corpse being used by the kor and told the watchers off. The priests and Bishop discussed the case. Frau and others wondered what the military were up to. Flashback of Teito with his father.

Next morning, Teito and his roommate woke in their own room. Teito wanted his roommate to stay away from him, as he did not want him to be hurt because of him. He refused especially when darkness was after him and also because Teito was willing to risk his life to save him. Mikage mewed at him as if his late friend - Mikage praising him. Frau woke nearby. At breakfast, Frau told them of War that resulted when a person sold his body and soul to kor. The only way to resolve Wars was to purify them. Teito wanted to become stronger to protect people around him. He told his roommate his wish. Labrador called Frau out and told him not to let Teito’s hand go. Frau promised.

Bleach Issue #364: Grinning Revengers

The Shinigami captains were shocked as Wonderweiss controlled the monster behind him. Komamura recognised the eye back when Aizen revealed his true identity in Soul Society. Without seeing how he moved, Wonderweiss stabbed his hand through one Shinigami captain's chest. Shunsui and Junnshirou collapsed from Wonderweiss and Shank's attack. Shank knew Aizen was tired of waiting at the sight of Wonderweiss's appearance. Wonderweiss's yell broke Hitsugaya's ice wings. Saifon was also shocked with the unhurt condition of the Arrancar leader as smoke cleared. Kira approached Komamura and begged him to leave as his presence could not prevent everyone else got killed.

Aizen, Gin and others made their appearance. Aizen looked at the stunned Kira. All shinigami knew they were at their losing end. Just then, the Vizards, namely Shinji and others made their appearance to aid the Shinigamis.

COMMENTS: Good to see the return of Vizards who are going to make Aizen pay for what he had done to them a hundred years ago. I've just seen spoilers for Naruto as well. It's interesting to see conflicting topics in the two mangas. Hope Naruto issues or One Piece issues can be released early today or tomorrow.

Bleach #226:

The Chief Commander fought off Allon¸ hence saving Kira, Rangiku and Hinamori. Afar, Omeada and Saifon watched. Kira apologised for getting Chief Commander involved. Allon started hitting its own hole wound and screamed. Kira was shocked that it was still alive. Allon began to mend its wound. Kira was shocked as Allon’s arm expanded to attack Chief Commander who was able to dodge. He slashed Allon into half. Sun-Sun and others were shocked. Allon’s remains attacked him but he burnt it. Kira was impressed. Meanwhile, Hitsugaya fought Halibel. Same time, the Chief Comander told Kira to strengthen his barrier as he fought Sun-Sun and others, burning them to ashes. Nearby, Halibel noticed it and she grieved for them. She revealed number 3 curved on her breast. Hitsugaya activated bankai that Halibel smashed easily. Stark was watching nearby as he faced off another Shinigami captain. Stark showed him that he was number one. The Shinigami captain was pleased. Other place, Saifon and Omeada faced off the Arrancar leader. Stark, Halibel and the leader activated strong strength.

In hollow world, Renji and Chad were fighting the Hollows. A few giant Hollows appeared. Rukia was also fighting and was faced by a more powerful Hollow who emitted dark reiatsu. In the tower, Ichigo was fighting Uquirroia while Orihime watched anxiously. Uquirroia stated Ichigo’s fight was futile as he and others were trapped where they could not stop Aizen from getting the King’s Key that would lead to destruction of Soul Society. Ichigo did not care as he vowed to take Orihime and others back home as he dived for another attack.

COMMENT: Omake shows that there will be a filler break from the Shinigami vs Espada battle again. I suppose it is really needed as it’s getting too close to the manga’s latest issue.

07-Ghost #13:

The nuns and others were stunned as they witnessed the corpse of the murdered sinner who borne the mark of kor on his chest. Teito sensed someone above. It was an elder teen with yellow air. Teito sensed coldness in that person who had vanished before others could see him. In the middle of the night, Teito walked out of his room to see a tampered glass painting, thinking of Mikage and his past. His father had taken him to a church where he prepared to show him someone important. Teito was curious but his memory ended. Teito returned to his room where his roommate was still awakened. His team mate started teasing him.

Next day, three nuns pestered Teito. He went to a library to study the eye of Mikhael , which he possessed. He came across the word ‘Verloren’. The words surrounded him from the book and he pulled himself from the dark illusion. His roommate and Frau came along to check on him as he had fallen from his chair. Teito’s roommate and Frau had common interest in porn books. Teito asked Frau of 7 ghosts. Frau and others were still investigating the murder of Ardo occurred the night before. The defense of the church had been strengthened. Later, Teito made his way to the Bishop’s Hall. Teito recalled Frau’s cold look when he stood on the roof on the night of Ardo’s murder. Along the corridor, Teito heard voices about him and eye of Mikhael. He followed the voice and found himself eavesdropping to Frau and other’s words. Teito ran off, wondering if the priests had other intentions in keeping him in the church for they hid the fact they knew he possessed the eye of Mikhael. Teito remembered his past before the war when his father entrusted his hope on Teito and told him not to be captured by the military. Before his father was captured and killed by Ayanami, his father entrusted the eye into Teito. Along the way, Teito’s roommate saw Teito in grievances and went to inform Frau. Out near the fountain, Frau approached Teito who accused Frau of having other intention to detain him in the church. Frau told Teito that he was there to protect him until he could defend himself from kor and military. His words reminded Teito of his late father. The mermaid appeared and teased them. Frau told Teito to protect the eye entrusted to him by his father. Frau realised he had slipped words as Teito demanded to know how he knew the eye was entrusted by his father. Along the corridor, a priest sensed a hidden enemy among some people. The walk away people include a kid who worked for Ayanami.

One Piece #407:

Luffy and others were targeting on the competition to get the treasure - Grand Jipang. But their machine (Mikoshi) was destroyed by the other team led by Persona. Brook left them as he recovered his lost memory as a member of Thrill Company. Brook confronted Persona’s subordinates and defeated them instantly at the bridge. In the house, Franky’s wound was attended. Usopp thought of Brook and others were worried for him. Just then, Robin came along and told them of Brook who had kind intention even though he was from Thrill Company. Luffy ran after Brook who confronted the evil team that bound him up. They prepared to finish him. Luffy and Zoro broke through the gate to take Brook back. Zoro and Luffy fought the enemy. Robin went to aid them. Luffy and Zoro took Brook back where they worked together to rebuild Mikoshi. Brook was touched by their will as well as will of other teams. Luffy and Usopp invited Brook to join in and he wept in happiness. Brook played a tune as others worked.

Next day, a carnival commenced as the competition between Mikoshi of Luffy’s team and the Thrill Company began. The Thrill Company’s mikoshi ran on wheels and so was that under Luffy’s team. It became a car race and road battle. From the top, Nami and other girl watched the competition. Along the route, the two teams fought with skills and technologies. Near the finishing line, the Thrill Company used spider web to trap Luffy’s team. Nami tossed more cola to build Luffy team’s mikoshi’s power. It powered up and destroyed Thrill Company’s machine. Luffy beat the enemy into the air as his team won. But the money was confiscated for the destruction caused to city. But they could see the sacred treasure… it was golden maiden underwear that could grant wish. The team was speechless.

One Piece Issue #549: Ship Sailing Forth

In the prison building at Level 4, the remaining prisoners were healing themselves of wounds inflicted by Magellan. Out in the sea, the escapees left Inazuma to recover from his wounds. Iva was very concerned in healing him, as he was his important companion of the revolutionary army. Meanwhile, Luffy and others were still grieving over the loss of Bon-Chan. Buggy predicted Bon-Chan was already dead and got into quarrel with Luffy who insisted Bon-Chan still being alive. Same time, Crocodile man and others were planning on surviving at sea. Luffy went to Jimbei and thanked him for giving him another chance to save Ace. Jimbei also praised Luffy being strong. Luffy and others were shocked to learn that Jimbei was a Shichibukai that explained why he was so strong. All of them were also shocked as Jimbei inspired to go to Marine HQ. Some pirates protested but Luffy was fine with it. Just then, there was a phone call and Luffy answered it. It was from the Marine HQ and Luffy boldly introduced himself. Luffy and Buggy were branded as masterminds of the breakouts. Buggy was shocked that the Marine HQ knew he used to work under Pirate Roger’s crews. The Marine also knew all escapees’ details. The Marine people told Luffy and others that they had no way to run away. Luffy yelled at the phone that he would save Ace no matter what. As Luffy hang up the phone, he asked Buggy of Rayleigh who was also Roger’s crews. Buggy’s subordinates were impressed with Buggy’s real identity. Within Buggy, he knew Marine had gotten his crew name wrong and it undoubtedly gave him a chance to shine among other pirates. Buggy wanted his admirers to follow him in his quest to conquer White Beard. They prepared to follow him to Marine HQ and it resolved Jimbei and Luffy’s problem.

At Marine HQ at noon, Ace was led to be executed in three hours’ time. As he was escorted to the execution place, Ace thought of his dreams with Luffy when they were children and it was to live a life without regrets and to live with more freedom than anyone else.

COMMENT: According to issue note, there will not be One Piece issue next week.

One Piece #406:

A filler episode where Luffy and others were in dimension of ancient Japan. Luffy and others were samurais. In a restaurant, Choppy told Luffy, Sanji and Usopp of a treasure that granted wishes. Excited, Nami urged others to join the competition. They called Franky to join them. Franky showed them his wind machine. Choppy told them of the other participants. A group threatened Luffy and others not to participate before running off. That night, Zoro saw a noisy group moving by. The noisy group was harassed by the threatening group that created depression to the noisy group, which gave up. Above, Robin was watching. Next morning, Usopp was fishing and fished out Brook instead. Usopp ran off screaming, Brook swung onto his back to back. In the restaurant, Brook ate a lot of food before Luffy and others. Brook took a flute from his skull. The group went to the street. Usopp, Luffy and Brook fished together. At night, Brook played his flute. On the 13-storey tower, the threatening group was crossing out the groups forced out by their evil plots. Meanwhile, Franky and his followers were making the machine when one threatening group member sent a girl into their place. Same time, the threatening group stole another group’s Mikoshi machine. Brook appeared and defeated the threatening group’s zombie army. But the other group’s Mikoshi was damaged. Luffy and others knew Mao was in danger. They found Mao being harassed by two zombie soldiers. Luffy and others saved her and rushed to Franky’s shop to find him and others beaten and the Mikoshi destroyed. Brook remembered his past when he was shot by arrows and thrown into the river. He wanted to make his move, as he was part of the Thrill PTE. He walked into the night.

07-Ghost #12:

A man was walking along the dark street when a fortuneteller sought to give him three wishes in return for his soul. The man became rich was betrayed by his woman whom he eventually killed. The fortuneteller appeared to take his soul.

It was a new day in the church when Teito and his pet – Mikage sat. Shuri approached and started quarrelling with him. Little pet – Mikage flew onto the leaving Shuri’s head. Teito ran looking for it and after Shuri. They entered a hall where a priest demonstrated the destruction of a kor from a lady. Castor, Frau and Laborador approached Teito. They explained the concept of healing. Castor wanted to give Teito extra class. Teito managed to find Mikage and snatched it from Shuri.

On the street, a man was struggling and he bumped into a gambling house. His face distorted and demanded for the men’s souls. A man entered and killed the cursed man who was possessed by kor.

In the church, the nuns led Teito to a place where the examinees gathered. Teito was to share a room with Shuri. Shuri and Teito wanted to change roommates but were rejected. Teito and Shuri went to practice on their Bascules. Suddenly, a staff that was ex criminal collapsed. Teito and Shuri helped him to the room. Later, Shuri and Teito hurried to their class. All candidates were sent to a room full of kor to practice. Shuri’s words reminded why he had not been able to work right with his Bascule. He tried and managed to gasp the right concept. He thought of his late friend – Mikage as he finally activated great force with his Bascule. Teito was told that his Bascule previously belonged to Frau. Shuri was jealous as Frau scored well. Meanwhile, Ayanami and others were plotting. In the church, a man invaded the compound and possessed the guard. Same time, Shuri and Teito were told by the nuns of the murdered guard at the gate. Ayanami wished the occupants a sweet dream from his dark quarter.

One Piece Issue #548: Thank You

Iva, Luffy and others finally reached the battle ship and they roared in joy. They thanked the whales and sharks for delivering them to the ship. Iva quickly attended to Inazuma’s injury. The Marine fired cannons at them as they started pursuing the battle ship. The prisoners started protecting their ship. Magellan was shocked to see the Gate of Justice opening up for the prisoners’ battle ship. Meanwhile, down at first floor of generator room, another Magellan was giving order to open the Gate of Justice. Out at the battle sea, the Marine army was shocked to learn that Magellan was giving the command. In the Generator room, the real Magellan met the fake one. On the battle ship, Luffy was shocked to learn that Bon-chan faked identity of Magellan to help them in their escape. Luffy refused to leave Bon-Chan behind. One of the prisoners recalled Bon-Chan telling him not to let Luffy learn of his plan to sacrifice himself. He finally passed a communication snail to Luffy so that he could talk to Bon-Chan. Back at the Generator room, Bon-Chan was shocked to hear Luffy’s voice as he faced off Magellan. Luffy yelled him off for trying to save him for they had planned to break out together. The other prisoners yelled for Bon-Chan as the ship made its way through the gate. All of them thanked Bon-Chan in tears. Bon-Chan told Luffy to make sure that he could save Ace as the gate closed behind them, shutting the Marine from them.

There were four hours remained before the execution of Ace as 241 prisoners managed to flee from the prison of Hell. Magellan questioned the captured Bon-Chan who had no more last words before his death.

07-Ghost #10:

Teito and others attended Mikage’s funeral. Later, Teito sat by the fountain, thinking that he couldn’t stay on as he had to kill Ayannami. Other place, Miroku was informed of the eye, which Teito possessed. He had already long knew that. Ayannami wanted to kill Teito once they retrieved the eye as Teito’s heritage made him a threat to all of them. In the church, Teito told Castor his plan to leave. Teito told Castor that he knew the latter also had the same ability as Frau. Castor sent Teito unconscious to make him forget 7 ghosts. Meanwhile, Ayanami assigned the mission to retrieve the eye by capturing Teito. In the church, Frau stopped Castor from erasing his memory as he could also remove Mikage’s last smile from his memory. Castor told Frau of Teito’s danger. Frau finally gave in. Frau’s weapon suddenly attacked Teito out of control and Teito’s eye woke to counteract it. Castor and Frau knew Teito was possessed by the Eye. Teito shattered the ground under Castor and Frau, revealing burning red beneath them. In a flash, they were back in the hall. Teito demanded Frau to remove the collar, which limited his power. Frau took the chance and sent Teito to sleep. Castor stated that Teito could turn into Angel of White (to protect the world) or Darkness (to destroy the world) with the eye. Teito woke and back to normal. Teito went out to walk and the mermaid met him. He thanked her and walked away. The nuns ran to him asking him to stay longer but he denied the offer. He recalled his promise with Mikage. The priests warned Teito of military waiting for him. Frau dragged Teito to a place where there were words of encouragement from Mikage on walls and floor. Frau told Teito to keep on living. Teito cried.

07-Ghost #11:

Teito helped in cleaning the hallway within the church every morning. He also helped Frau carrying many things to various floors before having his free time. When he was free sitting by the fountain, he thought of Mikage and wondered what staying alive could atone Mikage’s death. Caster suggested Teito taking the Bishop exams to get free lodging thoughout the world. It was a way to avenge for Mikage. Teito decided to study for the exam. Castor and Frau passed mountains of books to him. Teito had already memorized the facts that Frau could not accomplish. Frau warned Teito of bullies among the examiners. Another stage of exam was to exterminate kors with zaiphons. While Castor and Frau explained facts to Teito, a kor was eavedropping them. In a dark room, Castor sealed a kor into a puppet. Out in the compound, Teito was practicing without progress. Castor approached them and passed a kor-possessed puppet to Teito for practicing. The puppet was fast. Castor and Frau left him alone to practice. Just then, three nuns passed by. The puppet went to harass them. Teito attacked the puppet successfully. Unfortunately, Castor’s protective seal over the puppet broke and the puppet became more powerful. It attacked Teito. Labrador came along and neutralized the kor. He invited Teito for a refreshing drink. Teito felt himself horrible for putting Mikage’s family into danger. Labrador stated Mikage had forgiven Teito and that Mikage loved Teito. His eye on hand was activated as he vowed atonement for sake of Mikage. Teito was surprised. The priests stated this was the starting line for Teito. Later, Teito made his way and saw someone resembling Mikage. He turned out to be someone else. Teito apologised. The person mistook Teito for being attracted to his beauty. He knew Teito was his rival in the Bishop exam.

Phantom ~Requiem for the Phantom #10: Finale

In the dark room, McCuuen approached Renji. He knew she had found Scythe. In the car, Eren sat with Scythe. At a warehouse, McCuuen and Renji joined Lizzie and others. Lizzie was not happy with McCuuen’s decision to keep Renji. McCuuen wanted Renji to kill Scythe. At the harbour, Scythe slapped Eren for asking question. Scythe received information from other person over the phone of McCuuen’s progress. He passed Eren a gun for her last mission. In a place, McCuuen told Garland of her confidence in Renji. At the harbour area, there was a crossfire battle. Renji went searching for Scythe. He faced off Eren. He told her to go back with him. She shot his face. Scythe appeared and taunted Renji for using Eren as a stepping-stone. Scythe commanded Eren to kill Renji. Lizzie appeared, shooting at Scythe and Eren. Eren and Scythe ran away. Lizzie assisted Renji up. Lizzie ran after Scythe. Scythe commanded Eren to hold Lizzie back while he ran off. Eren had already sustained injury. Renji confronted Scythe who had accidentally shot his informer. Frightened, Scythe ran. Other place, Eren saw Renji running after Syncth. She shot Renji but missed. She ran to shield Scythe with her body as Renji shot. Renji was stunned. Eren fell into the sea. Reiji fell to his knees. Scythe pointed his gun at Reiji and shot him. Reiji fell into the sea, joining Eren. Flashback, Reiji tried to make Eren smile by calling her a normal name and vowed to protect her in the car. Back to present, Reiji watched his own blood and thought of his vow as he sank into the sea. Other place, McCuuen was informed of the news.

Next day, Reiji was seen, lying on a beach, unconscious.

07-Ghost #09:

Teito screamed and the priests sensed his danger. An eye opened on Teito’s palm as his hidden power woke. The possessed Mikage watched on. Meanwhile, Frau tried to reach Teito, hoping to save him. In the room, Teito fought Mikage. Roots grew around the eye and Teito commanded Mikage to remove the collar. Mikage bound him with bright ropes. Frau appeared and confronted him to rescue Teito who began to regain consciousness. Mikage called Frau - Zehel. Teito recalled a nun telling him about Zehel once. Teito knew Frau was one of the 7 ghosts and begged him to save the possessed Mikage. Ayanname told Teito through Mikage to go after him if he hated him. Teito tried to reach Mikage and hugged him. Mikage vanished. In his office, Ayannami knew about the eye possessed by Teito and knew the reason why Miroku wanted him to go after Teito.

In the passageway, Frau carried Teito to rest. Teito told Frau of his time he had spent with Mikage in school. Mikage had told Teito off for taking pills for lunch instead of normal food. Mikage had also refused to leave Teito alone and dragged him for normal food. Mikage had always become delighted when Teito was fed with normal food. Teito had wept, touched. Back to present, Teito told Frau that Mikage was his light and wept for his loss.

Next day, the nuns and priests went to look for Teito who did not open the door. Frau broke into the door to feed Teito with normal food. They saw a little animal struggling under Teito’s blanket. Teito cried, saying it was his fault for Mikage’s death. Frau reassured Teito that Mikage’s three dreams had been realised. He told Teito that Mikage had returned and Teito saw the animal bearing the cross scar which Mikage used to have. Eventhough Mikage had died, he would come back to continue his dream. Teito hugged the animal and wept. The priests cheered Teito up with food and he was reminded of Mikage. Frau was silently angry with the person who killed Mikage and knew Frau’s weapon. The priests noticed the collar on Teito and Frau tried to take it off but was bit by it as he needed blood pact to activate it that he had earlier. As a result, Frau became Teito’s master via the collar and could not be separate for more than 48 hours. Frau watched the animal and knew Mikage had wanted to protect Teito in his new life.

Jigoku Shoujo Mitsuganae #26: FINAL

Aki’s father was Yuzuki’s first client as Jigoku Shoujo. He was somehow related to the blame pushing case in Yuzuki’s father’s death that resulted to suffering of Yuzuki and her mother before their deaths. Yuzuki and the old man subordinate prepared to look into the case. At the bridge, the teacher was aware of Yuzuki’s becoming of Jigoku Shoujo and told Ren and others that she was only looking as she knew she had no power to control the situation. She left them, stating that she would likely not be seeing them again. In his room, Aki’s father was typing when his maid checked on him but he told her to go to rest. He was confronted with Yuzuki as Jigoku Shoujo when he was alone. She gave him a straw doll with red thread and told him of the binding contract. He was not concern of being sent to Hell ever since Aki’s disappearance. He was prepared to send the woman who had sent Aki to Hell out of the world. Yuzuki thought of her past and egged him on. Other place, two of Ai’s subordinates were playing and the little girl ripped a spider out of her forehead to see.

Aki’s father peeked the woman whom he wanted to send to Hell and made up his mind. In the park, he returned the straw doll to Yuzuki who was aghast that he had given up as she wanted to send him to Hell for his doing to her late father. Ai appeared and warned Yuzuki that she could not force a person to Hell without the contract being bound. Yuzuki did not care and attacked Emma Ai before walking away. Ai called for assembly of the others. Meanwhile, Yuzuki made her way to send the woman to Hell. She was shocked to see the woman with Aki’s face and a spider came out of her eye. The spider told her of the rule that she had broke and she tried to fight but was bound by Aki with spider thread. Ren, Emma Ai and others arrived to save Yuzuki and took her away. At the shrine water area, Ai faced Yuzuki silently. She showed her the vision of her young self lying with her teddy bear. Ai was aware that Yuzuki had been alone all along and stated that human beings are fragile. Ai began to weep as she touched young Yuzuki’s face. Yuzuki was surprised and tears began to fall. Ai explained that Aki’s father had never remove the thread because she saw the woman taking care of her sick father through the window before rejecting Yuzuki’s straw doll. Yuzuki began to cry. Aki’s form appeared to judge Yuzuki for breaking the rule. Yuzuki stated that she knew the form was not the real Aki as Aki was never cold and remote. Aki vanished replaced by the spider and Ai wanted to take the punishment on behalf of Yuzuki. Ai was willing to work as Jigoku Shoujo forever on behalf of Yuzuki.

Blue flowers bloomed around Ai and Yuzuki. Ai hugged Yuzuki, telling her not to worry. Yuzuki wondered why Ai did this and Ai kissed her, showing Ai’s past as a sacrifice together with her parents. Ai stated that it was because Yuzuki was just like her. Yuzuki was envious that Ai had a boyfriend before she vanished. As she turned into thin air, she thanked Ai. Alone, Ai resumed her position as Jigoku Shoujo as she made her way to her subordinates. Time passed, people continued to use Jigoku Shoujo’s Hell Correspondence to seek revenge.

THE END

07-Ghost #08:

Teito sensed something was wrong when he felt Mikage's hand was too cold. Other place, the priests sensed Mikage's soul taking only half of his body and sensed something bad was going to happen. Mikage told Teito to kill him while he still had the will to control himself but Teito refused. Flashback, Ayanami warned that because of Mikage's choice for both his younger sister and Teito, he would kill him. Back to present, Mikage mentioned Ayanami to Teito and lost his consciousness to the other him. Teito ran away from the attacking Mikage who began to spout skeleton wings. Teito attempted to break the wings but Mikage told him that he was not like a Khor as Mikage would die if the skeleton wings were broken.

Other place, Frau sensed something amiss and set off to look for Teito. In the dark room where Teito was trapped with Mikage, Mikage removed the chains off Teito and replaced it with a collar over his neck so that he could take Teito back alive. Any resistance would result to suicidial consquence. Meanwhile, Frau was still looking for Teito in his Shinigami form and was being harrassed by some spirits. Teito lost consciousness and the power of the eye inserted into him hy his father years ago woke.

Naruto Shippuuden #94: A Night of Rain

Kabuto reported to Orochimaru for the drug he had experimented for Yukimaru and asked Orochimaru if he was all right with Guren but Orochimaru only smirked as he was confident that their plan would bear fruit when Guren and Yukimaru’s power would become one. As Kabuto walked away to meet Guren, he noticed a bat watching him. He sensed Guren’s naiveness as she was joyful of Orochimaru’s order for her. Together, they went to a fountain place where Yukimaru was waiting. Kabuto introduced Yukimaru to Guren and told her that she would be taking the boy. She was not happy and attacked Kabuto with her crystal for he criticized her. Yukimaru was shocked of her power. Kabuto knew Guren was capable of sending crystal from anywhere even though she was without any weapon. He reminded her of her dream to become one with Orochimaru. She released Kabuto from her surrounding crystal. Yukimaru was fascinated with the snow like crystal shards. Kabuto commented that Guren and Yukimaru matched nicely and reminded that Konoha was on the move as he had killed an ANBU along the way.

It was a raining day when Yukimaru kept asking Guren if there was a place, a home where he could return to while she took Yukimaru along. Meanwhile, Riji and others noticed tracks of Team 8. Same time, Shino noticed more of his crystalised insects and kept one, trying to free it from the crystal as it was carrying eggs. It regained its freedom. In Konoha, Naruto tried to coo Gamatatsu to use water technique and quarreled with it while Konohamaru watched. They thought hard and Naruto proposed drinking water first to try. Other place, Yukimaru was still walking behind Guren. Meanwhile, Guren’s followers were pondering over whether they should turn themselves to Konoha for protection. In the woods, Guren was still grumbling over Yukimaru’s pace. Yukimaru was still thinking of Naruto’s words about a place to go back. Guren told Yukimaru to walk faster. He asked her about camellia and asked her if she liked it. She said she disliked it and Yukimaru passed out. Seeing the raining sky, Guren quickly took him for refuge in a hut. He shivered in cold and she attended to him, finding that he was running with fever. She built fire for him.

In Konoha, Tsunade summoned for Yamato to take Sai and Sakura to support Kakashi and Team 8. She warned Yamato not to tell Naruto about it. In other place, Kiba and Hinata reported to Kakashi that they couldn’t find anything. Kiba noticed the bats and told others about it as someone was already watching them. Shino meanwhile was watching surrounding in forest from a tree. Meanwhile, Guren’s subordinates were getting impatient waiting for her. In the hut, Guren was watching Yukimaru who commented her hand was warm. Time passed. Guren dozed off, dreaming of her past when someone took care of her while she was ill and injured. Next morning, Guren woke to find herself covered in blanket and Yukimaru missing. She hurried out of the hut to follow flute music. At the riverside, under a tree sat Yukimaru who was playing a tune with a flute inherited from his mother. He told her of his mother who never returned to him. Guren crystallized a white camellia and gave it to Yukimaru. She told him that it would not wither as long as she was alive.

Omake: Naruto commented how big Akamaru had grown and asked Kiba if he had noticed it. Kiba commented the increase amount of shampoo Akamaru used and his increasing weight. Naruto was bemused.

Jigoku Shoujo Mitsuganae #24:

Yuzuki was shown of the cruel truth – she was already died years ago when she was a child in her own house. Her skeleton left alone with her teddy bear. She did not believe it and insisted it was Emma Ai’s trick. She opened the door to see the days back before she was killed.

Young Yuzuki had bought stuffs home and reached home to hug her parents who gave her a giant teddy bear, which she hugged joyfully. One raining day, there was a bus accident due to bus problem and Yuzuki’s father was killed in it, as he was the driver. The bus passengers’ family blamed Yuzuki and her mother. Yuzuki cried. The press stated that there was no problem with bus system and Yuzuki’s father was blamed for the fault as the higher management escaped responsibility. In the house, Yuzuki tried to console her mother who was in grief. Their home was full of hatred notes and their neighbours looked on them with dislike. Yuzuki’s mother turned up asking for a stallholder’s help. In school, classmates had been told not to look at Yuzuki. Meanwhile, Yuzuki’s mother managed to get a job with the stallholder – Satoshi. His wife was telling off Satoshi for that. In daytime, Yuzuki’s mother felt unwell and Satoshi confessed his feeling for her. Shocked, she ran off. That night, she fell ill and told Yuzuki that she had quitted the job in the shop. In clinic, Yuzuki’s mother was being refused off and she took Yuzuki home. It was a raining day when Yuzuki returned home to see her mother unconscious with blood. Yuzuki ran around for help but everyone ignored her. She tried to take care of her mother at home and roamed the street for help. By a river, a girl – Aki approached her and gave her sweet before leaving off. That day, Yuzuki’s mother asked her about school as she lay in bed with her. Yuzuki’s mother asked Yuzuki to go with her. Together, they walked out of their apartment to a broken shrine. She apologised to Yuzuki as she prepared to kill her. She overheard two schoolgirls conversation about school and Yuzuki watched in amusement. Yuzuki’s mother passed away. One Ai’s subordinate was watching and later, Yuzuki buried her mother with sakura petals. She returned to her apartment alone and lay with her teddy bear until she died with her parents’ photos next to her.

Back to present, Yuzuki recalled her past. She found herself in front of water post and met Aki again. They held hands and Yuzuki took over Jigoku Shoujo’s position, taking over Emma Ai. She promised Aki that she would not allow any more innocent sacrifice again. Ai’s subordinates attended to her in the hut as she received her first task.

One Piece Issue #544: Even Hell has off days

Blackbeard told Luffy that he knew Luffy was the one who took down Mr former Shichibukai. As such, he felt that the best way to prove his power was to take down Luffy himself. To protect Luffy, Ace went after Blackbeard. After taking down Ace and sending Ace to prison, Blackbeard and his men gained status as Shixhibukai and had no need to catch Luffy. Angered, Luffy punched him and his men and retorted that he would not let Ace die. Iva and others reminded Luffy his priority to save Ace instead of wasting time fighting Blackbeard and others. They also warned Luffy that Blackbeard seemed to have some unseen power to even take down Ace. Mr Crocodile questioned Blackbeard as he sensed the latter had not state all truth but Magellan had arrived, swarming the place with his poison. Iva told Luffy to run for it as he could not remain alive if he was subjected to Mallegan’s poison for the second time. Minotauros also showed up to fight the fleeing prisoners. Mr Crocodile told one shocked prisoner that Minotauros was one of the awakened zoan users that could revive themselves. All prisoners tried to rush to Level three. Meanwhile, the communication to outside was cut. Okamakov meanwhile defeated Sadi-chan and Magellan released her. Mallegan rained his poison down.

Bleach Issue #359: The Frozen Obelisk

The Espada and Shinigami were fighting when they were attracted by the darkening sky caused by Hitsugaya’s unrevealed technique-Tenso Jurin. He told his opponent - Halibel that the technique was not fully matured and that he might not be able to control himself from killing everyone. But he did not care any more as half of his ice was gone. He activated Hyoten Hyakkaso. Snowflakes rained down on Halibel and froze wherever part the snow touched. When the last of the 1000 flower snow fell, Halibel’s life would be over. The ice enveloped her. Other place, Omeada was surprised by Hitsugaya’s technique while he lodged the other Espada. As he screamed for Saifon’s help, Saifon prepared her bankai.

Naruto Issue #449: The Flower of Hope

In the tree of papers, Nagato activated Gedo Rinne Tensei no Jutsu while Naruto watched in confusion. Nagoto told Konan that he had a new choice. Resigned, Konan explained to Naruto that Nagato was the 7th Pain and was able to control life and death. She knew Nagato wanted to follow Naruto’s ideals even at his chakra levels. She was amazed that Naruto could change Nagato completely. Outside, the form of Gedo appeared and released the trapped souls within him back to Konoha where the dead who were killed in Pein’s invasion were revived, including Fukasaku and Shizune. Sakura was confused as she watched several dead returning back to life. So were Shikamaru and Ino as Shizune got up. In the woods, Inoichi was confused but Shika knew Naruto had taken care of the things in his own hands. In the village of toads, the eldest toad stated that Jiraiya’s two students together would be children of Prophecy to lead a revolution in the ninja world. The eldest toad stated that Jiraiya’s book was the key to change the world.

In other world, Kakashi told his father that he was proud of him despite his breaking of rules for other people’s sake, for he had finally understood his situation. Touched, Kakashi’s father thanked him. In real world, Nagato’s hair was turning grey. Naruto was told by the slug that all villagers were being revived. Nagato told himself that there was still time to save those he had killed when he came to Konoha which was the least he could do. In the other world, a beam of light hit Kakashi, preparing to send him back to the real world. Kakashi’s father stated it was not time for Kakashi to die yet as he still had things to do. He thanked Kakashi for forgiving him as he could move on to see Kakashi’s dead mother at last. Back in real world, Kakashi got up near the surprised Choji and Chozi.

Nagato told Naruto what he had to face in wars and he smirked at Naruto and Jiraiya’s book, stating that it was like someone set this all up. He stated it was probably the hand of the real God as Konan’s papers shattered from the tree, enveloping Naruto in sunlight. Papers flew and covered Yahiko’s body as well as Nagato’s after his last words faded. Konan took the two bodies back and also leaving Akatsuki. She told Yahiko’s identity and told Naruto that Yahiko and Nagato were everything to her. She told him that Amegakure would make Naruto’s dream come true as he was entrusted with Yahiko and Nagato’s dreams. Naruto promised that he would follow the path Jiraiya and his students had given him. Konan gave Naruto a bouquet of paper flowers, told him that the flowers would be flowers of hope that never died. Naruto smiled as he recalled the time when he told Jiraiya to watch as he made the promise come true one day. In other place, Sasuke told Team Hawk that they were ready to go to Konoha as his wounds were completely healed.

07 Ghost #07:

It was a new day at the bazaar within the church compound. Mikage knew he had to leave Teito while he was still in control of himself and knew the only way to protect his family was not to return to military. Teito approached him and went off to see the stalls. Nearby, the mermaid was aided to leave the water by a priest so that she could play the piano. In the compound of bazaar, Mikage noticed someone watching him, it was a small boy. He thought of time when he first met Teito. Teito appeared behind him and passed him a snack. Mikage pointed the boy to Teito and ran after the running boy. In the sky, the military plane was flying. One Ayanami’s subordinate - a little boy wanted to take up the mission. In the church, Teito and Mikage saw the boy earlier being chased for stealing food. A priest asked the stallholder to forgive the boy. Nearby. Teito and Mikage approached the boy, trying to befriend him and told him to be thankful to the stallholder. The boy introduced himself as Taijo and told them that his father was out most of the time and his mother was dead. Teito stated the boy’s expression reminded him of his old self. Taijo saw the nuns playing sketch and mistook them for planning to perform acts of crime. Mikage and Teito resolved the embarrassed moment. A man came along calling for Taijo. Taijo ran to him and hugged him, calling him father. Taijo’s father thanked Teito and Mikage for taking care of his son. Teito sensed something as Taijo’s father held his hand. Mikage recalled Ayannami’s voice asking him to choose between Teito and his family. Mikage had chosen his family to save. Teito ran after the man as he sensed coldness in the man’s hand. Other place, Ayanami’s subordinates landed to the barran ground where they faced a number of robbers. The small boy easily defeated the robbers himself. In the church, Teito ran after Taijo and his father. Taijo sensed his father’s hand tightened too much and retorted in pain. Taijo’s father was about to take his son’s soul when Teito confronted them. Taijo had already known the man was not his father. The man evolved with laser wings. Teito shielded Taijo. Teito’s red power erupted from his hands. Ayanami sensed it. Outside, the priests sensed something bad going on. In the building, the man attacked Teito but Fau arrived to save Teito in time and breaking the evil spirit from Taijo’s father. Outside, the boy approached Ayanami telling him that his mission had accomplished. On the ground, many people lay. In the church, Mikage was determined not to sell Teito to the military and was glad that he made some good memories on his last day. Fau knew someone had been watching the battle all along and disliked the cold eyes. Other place, Ayanami had been monitoring Mikage’s choice between Teito and his family.

Bleach #219:

While Kira and Yumichiku defeated their opponents, Hisagi Shuuhei faced off his opponent who could vary his ability level by smashing away his own Hollow mask. Hisagi was sent collapsing to the ground as his opponent reached vice captain power level. Hisagi was having problem fighting him. The Espada sent ceros and bala attacks at him. His speed was also too fast for Hisagi to keep up. The Espada taunted him for being weaker than vice captain level. The Espada decided to finish him off with a more powerful attack. Hisagi suddenly sent surprise attacks at him, sending the Espada pinned to the wall. However, the Espada had managed to slice part of the top pillar off. They began to fight again. The Espada used powerful water attacks at Hisagi but it broke it off using his wind sword. Hisagi commented that he did not like the shape of his sword as it looked like life reaper. They began to fight. Hisagi started to catch up the Espada’s speed as the latter was sent crashing to the ground. The Espada increased his power level to Captain level but Hisagi was still on superior level, as he knew the Espada had reached his level. Hisagi told him that he feared his own ability and the Espada also began to fear that power as well. With a powerful blow, Hisagi defeated him as he fell. Suddenly, a pillar was destroyed from afar. It was Ikkaku’s. Afar, Ikkaku had collapsed to the ground, appearing unconscious. The others were aghast.

Bleach Issue #357: The Colossus of Fear

Saifon was shocked as she saw the true appearance of the Arrancar leader. She yelled her vice captain to run, as she knew he was no match for the opponent. He sent ‘Death breath’ at her and she tried to flee. One of her hands was unable to dodge and it turned into bones. She yelled her vice captain to cut off her boned hand. He quickly did. The Arrancar leader taunted Saifon for fearing death even though she was a Shinigami. Nearby, other battle was still ongoing.

07-Ghost #06:

In the school, the others asked Ayanami why he let Mikage go and he was silenced but others knew Ayanami had a plan. In the church, the bazaar was busy as Teito and Mikage were walking with a nun. Teito was still bothered with Mikage’s words and wanted to know if he could help in anything. He reassured Teito that nothing was wrong. They saw the priests buying something at the bazaar. Castor showed the others his puppet stall. Rosalie was impressed with Castor’s clothes making. Meanwhile, Teito and Mikage visited Frau’s food stall. They were shocked to learn that the food ingredients were monstrous. Later, Mikage commented it was fun while Teito asked him what he was going to do. Mikage was not worried. Meanwhile, the military was preparing to attack a town for runaway slaves. In the church, the Bishop blessed the people with holy seals to prevent them from making contracts with demons. Teito voiced his worry for Mikage to Frau. He asked Frau to take care of Mikage for him. Frau told him that Mikage knew how to take care of his own path. Captain Katsuragi in the military was in charge of the mission this time. Mikage was watching from above the church and saw a horse carriage crashing outside the church entrance. He went to check on the occupant who reminded him strongly of his younger sister. He saw a Kor mark on her chest. He wanted to help her. Outside a building, Teito was worried for Mikage when he heard music. The priests were blessing a person meanwhile. Same time, Mikage carried the girl towards the church. She suddenly reformed into Kor and attacked Mikage. The priests sensed it. The people outside were in terror as the girl Kor flew after Mikage. At a building, Teito heard of Mikage’s trouble. Mikage tried to enter a building but the room was deserted. The girl Kor blocked his path. Teito ran looking for Mikage. The girl Kor sent her shadow at Mikage who tried to drive the attacking shadow away. Teito arrived in time to aid Mikage. Meanwhile, Ayanami anticipated Teito’s true power. Castor’s puppet dolls tried to aid them but were destroyed. Castor knew Teito was in trouble. The girl Kor told them of her loneliness and wanted them not to leave her. She suddenly grabbed Mikage and prepared to slice his neck. Teito attacked her but was hit away instead. Teito sensed red power within him as red aura glowed around him. The pearl within his hand shone. Ayanami sensed it. The girl Kor was fearful as her skeleton wings collapsed. Frau appeared at the scene. He had destroyed the Kor with a blow while Teito collapsed. Ayanami wondered Frau’s identity. Mikage ran to Teito who began to regain consciousness. Two other priests came along and knew someone who would destroy Teito’s soul was approaching.

Dragonball Kai #06:

Gohan woke the next morning, feeling hungry and went looking for his meal by collecting fruits. After the meal, he made through the place, chased by monsters whose tail was cut by Gohan for his additional meal. Piccolo watched in appreciation from above.
