Full Metal Alchemist #33:

Ed and Al, in their bid to find Chang Mei, made their way to the North with Armstrong’s introduction letter for them to his elder sister. Meanwhile, Kimblee obtained information from the subordinate soldiers of Scar and Marcoh’s whereout and pursued them alone to the North. On the train, he fought Scar but was defeated. Kimblee escaped on the train and commanded the driver to continue the journey to the North. Chang Mei and Maroh made their way to the North on foot. Same time, Ed and Al reached the North and faced off a general whose automail outranked that of Ed’s that could not work in the cold weather. Olivia Armstrong faced them and finally accepted them after seeing Armstrong’s letter cover. She tore off the letter without reading it.

Fairy Tail #06:

At the Guild master meeting, the Fairy Tail guild master was not mused with news from Mirajane that Erza had formed a team with Natsu, Lucy and Gray. Meanwhile, Erza drove the car at a high speed to go after the evil guild wizards. They reached the station where Ergor from the evil guild told them that he was planning to broadcast the deadly lullaby to the people near the station. Erza commanded Gray and Natsu to go after the run away Ergor and she fought off all the underlings by herself. Lucy was impressed by her skill until Erza commanded Lucy to go after Ergor as well. As Gray and Natsu went on separate paths at a fork lane after Ergor, Erza used a loud speaker to call all the people to leave the dangerous zone. Gray faced off an evil wizard in an announcement room and was shocked to learn that Ergor’s real motive was to kill the guild masters who were having meeting in the next station. He defeated the wizard. Meanwhile, Ergor appeared behind Erza and attacked her telling her that he would fight her once he achieved his aim.

Dragon Ball Kai #32:

Goku defeated all the three remaining Ginyu team and Vegeta killed two of them. The surviving one - Jees fled to inform Captain Ginyu of Goku’s power. Together, both of them flew to confront Goku, Vegeta, Gohan and Kiririn. Goku sensed Freeza moving towards the direction of the senior local leader and called Gohan and Kiririn to aid the elderly. With that, Gohan and Kiririn flew off. Vegeta broke his promise to help fight Jees and flew off planning to get the wishes from dragon balls by himself. Left without choice, Goku fought Captain Ginyu alone.

Meanwhile, Buma finally repaired all her devices and her detector showed location of all seven dragon balls. She left to look for them. Other place, Goku activated his power level and Captain Ginyu was shocked to see his unlimited power level.

Full Metal Panic – Fumoffu #03:

In a field trip for students to do portraits of team members with nature, Sosuke was chosen to be the model for his team. The nature teacher tried to inspire Sosuke who mistook his ideas for models. He integrated himself amidst the trees and set traps on Chidori Kaname and others who tried to catch him for their portrait drawing. After a long struggle of falling into traps, they finally tied him head down from a tree and completed their works.

It was another day when Kaname ran into her former secondary school senior whom she admired in the past. That day, she reacted indifferent to Sosuke’s usual weaponry destruction in school. Kaname’s classmate took Sosuke to spy on Kaname and her senior in an amusement park. Kaname and her senior were harassed by some gangsters. To prevent his identity being exposed, Sosuke disguised as the hamster mascot – Bon Tai kun and chased the gangsters away. Kaname suspected his identity. From a big wheel ride, Kaname refused her senior’s proposal to be his girl friend as she watched Sosuke being chased by the security guards for stealing the mascot costume. Later that day, she approached Sosuke in disguise and told him that she had rejected her senior.

Full Metal Panic – Fumoffu #04:

It was another night when a man with horse mask confronted Kaname’s classmate. Next day, Sosuke told Kaname that her classmate had been confronted and her hair forced into ponytail style. Pissed with her friend’s consequence, Kaname went to the police station where she ran into a police woman who had been demoted after she failed to arrest Sosuke who had stole a bicycle to get back to school with Kaname’s school book (see episode 1). Kaname was asked to be bait while Sosuke (in a modified Bon Tai kun disguise) and the policewoman went to hunt down the man who turned up to be a stylist who longed to see girls in ponytail hair style.

It was another night. Kaname and her friend dragged Sosuke to a ‘hunted’ hospital so that they could see him screaming. Despite countless ghosts and scary stuff passing by Sosuke and Kaname (her friend had ran off in fright), Sosuke showed not a hint of fear at all. Kaname was touched when Sosuke showed great worry when he mistook her for being injured in a fall. It turned out that all the scary things were works of some kids and a small family wanting to live in the deserted building in peace by scaring people away with ghost disguises.

Full Metal Panic – Fumoffu #05:

Kaname and her classmate were chased by provoked gangsters and were rescued by a young man – Tsubaki. Later that day, Kaname and Sosuke were asked to remove some occupants who had built a dojo within the school compound. Sosuke defeated three of them using his gun, fire extinguisher and a bomb. Tsubaki turned up and defeated Sosuke with his fist. Tsubaki could not recognise Kaname until he put on his glasses but was shortly defeated by Sosuke. In the end, the dojo was demolished but Tsubaki inspired to fight Sosuke from then on.

It was another day. Tsubaki put a letter to challenge Sosuke in his shoebox but was destroyed by Sosuke’s bomb. In the end, Sosuke did not turn up for the duel. Tsubaki confronted Sosuke for fight and Tsubaki ended up injuring a school cleaner with his kick. Both of them were brought to the student council president who told them to do nice things to compensate the injured cleaner as their duel. Sosuke and Tsubaki ended up creating more damages and unintentionally killed the cleaner’s beloved koi fish. The enraged cleaner attacked them till senseless and frightened Sosuke and Tsubaki off. Next day, the students found the school building badly damaged by the cleaner’s attack on Sosuke and Tsubaki.

Bleach #245:

Kenpachi fought Byakuya while Ichigo fought Byakuya’s Zanpakutou. Rukia tried to run to Byakuya and Renji tried to hold her back. Suddenly, Mayuri’s Zanpakutou appeared and attacked with its poisonous gas. Ichigo, Renji and Rukia collapsed. Byakuya and his Zanpakutou escaped. Meanwhile, Sai Fon defeated her Zanpakutou and Yoruichi held her back before she could fall. Yuchirui and Kenpachi caught Mayuri’s Zanpakutou but Mayuri destroyed his Zanpakutou. Mayuri tried to force the struggling Ichigo to be his guinea pig but failed when Captain Unohana from 4th squad and her men arrived to heal others. She told them that she had just healed Hinamori, Rangiku and others who were poisoned by Mayuri’s Zanpakutou. Yoruichi arrived with new information. In the darkness, Muramasa thanked Byakuya for his good work and led him to a place where the Chief Commander was trapped.

Fairy Tail #05:

While the wizards of Fairy Tail Guild were going on their social activities in their lair, Mira explained the organization of council that monitored activities of all Guilds and that those carrying out activities not approved by Council were called Dark Guilds. Erza suddenly returned and the entire community went into panic as she went about discipline them. She asked Gray and Natsu to carry out a mission with her as a team.

On that day, Lucy also tagged along after Mira asked her to go along with them. Erza and Lucy introduced themselves to each other. On the train, Natsu was hit unconscious by Erza when he created a din from his usual vulnerability to train journey. Erza told Gray and Lucy that they were going to go after a Dark Guild named Elnerwald. Lucy regretted going along as she learned that the dark guild specialized assassination and were involved in dark magic known as Lullaby. When they reached their destination, Natsu was unfortunately left on the train and he ran into a wizard from Elnerwald. When the train screeched due to Erza’s pulling of emergency stop to the train, Natsu noticed a skull flute with three eyes falling from the wizard who had attacked him with shadow magic (funny how the villain reminds me of Nara Shikamaru from ‘Naruto’, especially his pineapple like hair style and he also specializes in shadow technique). Later when Natsu related the incident to Erza and others, Erza retorted at him telling him that they were supposed to go after the dark wizards of Elnerwald and rushed off on horse carriage after them. Lucy also told them that the skull like flute was an instrument for Lullaby that was known as magic of curse. Meanwhile, the wizards of Elnerwald were creating havoc on a train.

Full Metal Panic #12:

Sosuke and his comrade - Weber Kurz picked up Chidori and Major Testarossa on their pick-up and drove away from the advancing AS robot. The general managed to survive when the enemy saved him instead. The AS robot crushed Melissa's robot but she managed to survive the crush and went to meet the general. Meanwhile, Testarossa authorised the delivery of Sosuke's AS robot to Sosuke. Sosuke and the opponent AS robot fought. Chidori's hint aided him to defeat the robot. The enemy driver finally died with a smile in Testarossa's arms. Testarossa told Chidori that she had fallen in love with Sosuke and would be competing with her over him.

Full Metal Panic #13:

Major Testarossa and Melissa had a quarrel. Melissa challenged her for a duel using AS robot. Testarossa agreed and ordered Sosuke to train her. She finally won Melissa in the duel and also their disagreement was resolved.

Fairy Tail #04:

Natsu and Lucy defeated the villian and handed the book to the client, disclosing the truth behind the book. The client was the son of the author who had been imprisoned by the villian for three years to write it. The author casted a magic on the book with hidden message for his son. The son decided to keep the book and Natsu refused any reward for he had smelt the client was actually poor in reality.

Natsu, Lucy and Happy entered the forest and ran into their fellow Fairy Tail comrade - Gray. Gray told them that the most powerful female magician - Erza was on her way back and they shivered. Suddenly, Happy was kidnapped by other wizards. Gray and Natsu defeated them but the wizards were taken away by a shadow known as Lullaby. Meanwhile, a female wizard was on her way into the town.

Fairy Tail #03:

Natsu and Happy went to visit Lucy who demonstrated how she made contracts with her magic keys. Natsu and Happy asked Lucy to join them as a team so as to get a mission. He also showed her his grabbed mission to destroy a book 'Daybreak' in a man's mansion under disguise of maid. Later when they met the client, he told them that the reward had increased by 10 times. Lucy tried to join in disguise of a maid but was rejected because the mansion owner preferred ugly people. Lucy, Happy and Natsu went for plan T and sneaked into the mansion. After fighting off the ugly maids, they reached the library and obtained the book.

However, Lucy was attracted to the book that was written by her favourite author and refused to get it destroyed before she finished it. The man and his recruited magicians - the Wolves brothers from other Guild attacked them. Lucy ran off, telling Natsu to hold them off as she discovered there was a secret in the book. The man ran after her while Natsu called Happy to protect Lucy. While Natsu defeated the brothers, Lucy was being confronted by the man in other place.

Samurai Champloo #12:

This episode is more of a flashback to the previous 11 episodes.

While Fuu was enjoying her hot spring, Mugen and Jin peeked her diary. They were pissed off when she had excluded her real reason for the journey and had kept her entries short and brief because she knew they would peek her diary when she was not around.

Fairy Tail #02:

Natsu led Lucy to Fairy Tail Guild, other place, the Magic Council was bemused over Fairy Tail wizard's creation of trouble again. In Fairy Tail Guild, Lucy was dumbfound to see all wizards into beers and fights until the Guild master interrupted them with a blast. The giantic looking Guild master turned out to be a tiny old man who encouraged the Guild wizards to fight for their belief despite complaints received from the magic Council. Lucy was accepted as part of Fairy Tail Guild.

While Natsu was looking on the board for offered jobs to wizards' missions, a little boy - Romeo stormed at Guild master, asking for his father who had not return since the last mission. Overhearing Romeo's anxiety and Guild master's inability to help, Natsu left off to look for Romeo's father - Macros. Lucy and Happy tagged along. In the snowy route, Natsu told Lucy that Macros' last seen mission was to fight Vulcans. Lucy recalled a fellow Guild member's saying that Natsu was brought up by a dragon - Leneel and was separated when it vanished one day. That was why Natsu could feel the same.

Along the way, Lucy was kidnapped by Vulcan. Natsu ran after it, demanding Macros' whereout. Lucy summoned a key ox but it was defeated by Natsu who mistook it for Vulcan. Natsu moved on and defeated Vulcan who reverted back to Macros. Macros told them that Vulcan took over human bodies into their forms. Macros had defeated 19 of them but was taken over by the 20th one. Macros reunited with the delighted Romeo who thanked Natsu, Happy and Lucy. Lucy began to like Fairy Tail Guild.

Dragon Ball Kai #28:

Vegeta tracked down Gohan and Karirin when the latters increased their speed to the elderly's place. Gohan moved ahead so that the elderly could wake his unawakened power while Karirin tried to block him off. In space, Goku got showered and meals after his training and went to take a nap. Other place, Vegeta sped beyond Karirin and Niel faced him. Vegeta sensed Gohan's increased power. The elderly told Denden that there were outside powers on their way here. Denden reverted the information to Niel, Gohan, Kiririn and Vegeta. Vegeta sensed 6 forces moving towards the planet and told them that Freeza was getting his 5 Ginyo special forces on the way. Niel told them that 5 of the forces were weaker. Niel told them that the dragon balls could grant 3 wishes. Gohan, Kiririn and Vegeta decided to work together against Freeza and flew off together to unite the 7 dragon balls. The elderly told Niel to go with them and he did.

Meanwhile, the 5 Ginyo special forces arrived and Freeza welcomed them. Bulma was shocked to see Kiririn and Gohan working together with Freeza.

Fairy Tail #01:

Natsu and his cat - Happy were travelling on a train and Natsu was train sick. In a town, Lucy was excited over finding a magic key in a magic shop and managed to knock off 1000 pearls from the original price to get it. She was attracted to a crowd of girls who were thrilled to see a magician known as Salamandar. Natsu bumped into the crowd and unknowingly cancelled the charm magic the magician had done on Lucy. To thank Natsu, Lucy treated him to a big meal and walked off, thinking how she could get onto the guild of Fairy Tail. The man known as Salamandar appeared and tempted Lucy on board his ship and claimed he was part of Fairy Tail magician.

That night, the man - Salamandar tried to use sleeping magic on Lucy but she disclosed his evil deed and was shocked to see him and his underlying tricking the girls so that they could sell them to Bosco. The magician was revealed to be Bosu - a criminal instead. Natsu banged into the ship after overhearing some girls discussing about Bosu being a Fairy Tail magician. Happy grabbed Lucy out of the scene. Lucy used her magic keys and sent the ship to the shore. Natsu revealed his true magician ability and Bosu's underlying recognised Natsu to be the real Salamandar of Fairy Tail who had the ability of dragon. Natsu defeated Bosu and his underlying easily and ran off with Lucy and Happy, promising to get Lucy on board Guild of Fairy Tail. Lucy was thrilled.

COMMENT: The op and ed is a bit childish. The graphic quality is okay and the plot somehow reminds me of One Piece.

Awwww man, another anime to look forward to in Oct 12 2009.... Fairy Tail!

Lucy is a 17-year-old girl, who wants to be a full-fledged mage. One day when visiting Harujion Town, she meets Natsu, a young man who gets sick easily by any type of transportation. But Natsu isnt just any ordinary kid, he's a member of one of the world's most (in)famous mage guilds: Fairy Tail.

The opening is "Snow fairy" by FUNKIST and ending is "Kanpekigu~no ne (完璧ぐ～のね)" by Watarirouka Hoshiri Tai.
