Valkyria Chronicles #01:

There was a legend of a warrior named Valkyria who slayed a greedy lord who took away food of the people.

Present time, the soldiers were evacuating the commoners in face of upcoming battles. A little boy ran after a squarrel until a girl soldier - Alicia told him not to fall out of the others and reassured him that their troops would win. The boy's mother offered Alicia a bread and she thanked her. They wished one another well as they parted. Just then, Susie ran to her telling her a suspicious spy at the bridge. Alicia ran to check and met other two boy soldiers in hiding. A young man was sitting there writing in a book. Alcia confronted him with her rifle. He told her that he was doing nature sketching and showed her his book. She confiscated his sketch book and arrested him. The man introduced himself as Welkin. He had no idea why she regarded him as a spy. Just then, there was an emergency alarm and she ran to check. Welkin commented the two boy soldiers were too young. Just then, a couple in a truck greeted Welkin and he ran to chat with them. They were concerned of his bound hands and he laughed. In a room, the senior soldiers were discussing while Susie and Alicia watched. They were not happy with the rate of the reinforcement arrival. Just then, the boy soldiers interrupted to look for Alicia. They went to detent Welkin in a warehouse. Welkin guessed something was probably happening in the town and asked Alicia to release him as he needed to meet someone. Alicia did not care and locked him. Outside, the two boys asked Alicia if Imperial army was attacking the town and the town watch had to protect the town. Inside, Welkin eavedropped. In the room, the senior town watch members were allocating roles. In the warehouse, Welkin freed himself. In the office, Susie was still anxious and afraid.

Alicia noticed Welkin's escape and ran after him. He ran into the woods and she confronted him. He hushed her and pointed Imperial troops from afar. He pushed her down. She followed him as he told her that his younger sister was waiting for him. She allowed him off and he thanked her. Just then, she alerted him of surrounding soldiers. Together, they ran as the soldiers fired after them. They hid into a house of Gurther. She was shocked to learn that Welkin was related to a hero. She stomped into a kitchen and was almost cut by Welkin's younger sister's knife. She pointed her rifle at both of them, not believing their words. His sister - Isara snatched the rifle in a confusion and shot the enemy outside. She led them to the weapon storeroom. Alicia finally believed Welkin and returned him his sketchbook. Outside, tanks surrounded their mansion and attacked the building. Alicia threw bombs at them. Welkin was hungry and Alicia volunteered to give him sandwiches after everything was over. Isaara showed them a tank. Alicia was speechless.

Valkyria Chronicles #02:

Isaara told Alicia that the tank was named Edelweiss by her real parents. Welkin entered the tank and operated it. He sent the tank stomping out. Issara piloted the tank while Alicia and Welkin did the firing. The soldiers were speechless by its speed and power. The people of Brulhr were surprised to see Alicia riding on top of a tank. Alicia introduced Isaara and Welkin to them. Susie told Alicia that she knew Welkin at a university and apologised for mistaking him for a spy. Alicia told the others of the presence of the imperial troop. Welkin suggested retreating and was being told off by the senior town watch people. Alicia scolded Welkin. Just then, a soldier told others that the imperial army had sent 6 tanks towards them. The army attacked the town and the people fired them. But the town watch people were too poorly equipped and many fell. In a warehouse, the injured were attended. Isaara told the senior man from driving the tank as it had not completed its maintenance, but he ignored her. Isaara told Welkin. Out in the town, the man attacked the imperial tanks with Isaara's tank but it soon failed with lack of power. Welkin and Alicia ran after it and noticed something bad nearby. The tank was shot. Susie told Alicia that they were running out of medical supply. Alicia was running out of ideas when the chief Laakan arrived, telling them of the smooth evacuation. Welkin suggested retreating. Later, the imperial troop occupied the town. In the tank within its hiding place was Welkin, Alicia and Isaara. From the town, the imperial army was about to procced with the next step when Welkin, Isaara and Alicia riding Edlweiss attacked the enemy. Susie and others meanwhile departed from the region. Gallian army arrived and the imperial army was forced to withdraw. Alicia and others were relieved. In the tank, Alicia told Welkin that her priority was to ensure minimal deaths and injuries. Later, they reunited with other town watch people. From a side, Alicia was deep in thought, watching sunset as she used to be in bakery at Bruhl until the battle. Susie, Isaara and Welkin joined her. Welkin told Alicia about living as a circle of co-existence. Alicia wanted to join Militia. Susie was aghast. Alicia told Susie that she wanted to end battle and sworn to return. Next day, Alicia was packing her things when she saw news of Bruhl's surrender. Susie was also joining Militia. Alicia was called to meet the 3rd commander. Along the corridor, Alicia accidentially banged into Welkin and was surprised.

Valkyria Chronicles #03:

Alicia was assigned as assistant to Welkin in Squad 7. Welkin requested for Isaara to be placed in Squad 7 as she was familiar with Elweiss maintenance. Along the corridor, Faldio met Welkin and chatted as they were old friends. Alicia was surprised that despite them in different majors, they knew each other in the university. Welkin told Faldio that he had decided to join Militia after witnessing deaths in Bruhl. They shook hands. Later, at the meeting of Squad 7, Alicia noticed that some of the members in Squad 7 did not seem pleased with Welkin's style and his lack of experience in the battle. Welkin told the subordinates that the most important thing was living and that as long as they remained alive, there was always hope. He also told them that he would do his ulmost to keep them alive. At dusk, some soldiers of Squad 7 complained about Welkin among themselves. In the conference room, the commander briefed her suborinates of plan in Vasel and their priority was to gain control of the bridge. Next day, the troop set off. Along the way, Welkin chatted with Alicia until they reached close to Vasel town which was already in smoke of the aftermath of battle. Alicia and Welkin saw their subordinates bullying Isaara because of her Darcsen heritage. Welkin suggested a bet to capture the bridge with Squad 7 alone within two days. Alicia told him off later but he was confident. Alicia was confused. Later at night, Alicia was surprised that Welkin's fog prediction came true just by looking at the flying height of a swallow. They summoned the others under Squad 7 who taunted Welkin for his plan. Alicia relayed the plan to others and they commenced their plan. The tank entered the river. The others travelled via boat. On the other side of the bank, the enemy soldiers did not detect anything. Edelweiss emerged and fired at the bridge as signal. Isara sent Edelweiss attacking the enemy troop and the others of Squad 7 moved in with the attack, misleading the enemy of their strength force. The attack was a success. Next day, the other troops moved in across the bridge while Welkin thanked all subordinates for the success. The subordinates were convinced of Welkin's ability but not all of them could accept Isara.

One Piece #397:

Luffy punched the royal member of the Celestial Dragon - Charlos hard in his face, sending him to the wall. The general public was speechless. Nami went to help Hacchi. Franky and others went to look for the key to Caime's neck chain at the back stage. The audiences begun to flee as Charlos' bodyguard tried to shoot Luffy. Sanji and others assisted Luffy. In the cell, the remaining prisoners were aware of the confusion out in the stage. Meanwhile, Luffy and others fought Charlos' men. The Celestial Dragon's head demanded for the sending of the Marine navy to the island. Out in the sky, Usopp received some news and urged his driver to send him to the location fast. So were Brook and Robin. Same time, the Marine army arrived to surround the place. Meanwhile, Luffy and others were still fighting the seemingly neverending fight. Hacchi and Chopper broke the tank imprisoning Caime. The watching pirates were interested in Luffy's bounty level. In the sky, Brook, Robin and Usopp were on their way towards the auction house and were awared of the already happening conflict. They reached the location and joined in the fight. Luffy and others were determined to get out once they released Caime from the neck chain. One pirate told Luffy that the Marine had already got the auction house surrounded long ago. Robin recognised him as Law - a pirate as well as other prime pirates. One Celestial Dragon member - Sharlia aimed her pistol at Caime and shot the auctioner who attempted to stop her. She was about to shoot Caime when someone caused her to collapse. From a hole, an old man stepped out, followed by a giant. He confessed he had sold himself to the auction to get money for his gambling and wine. The Celestial Dragon's men were shocked that the two auction items could get themselves away from the chain. Hacchi recognised the old man as the ship coater mechanic. Seeing that Luffy and others had saved Hacchi, he aided them by forcing the enemy to collapse at the force of his eyes. The old man was pleased to meet Luffy.

Mobile Suit Gundam 00 S2 #04 - #07:

Flashback, little Marie was able to communicate with Allelujah and she was the one who gave him his current name which meant gratitute to the God for being alive. Back to the present, Allelujah told Sumeragi his past and vowed to get Marie back even if she hated him for destroying the supersoldier laboratory. A-Laws assigned a major to carry out the attack on Celestial Being whose base was situated in the bottom of the sea. With Sumeragi's strategy, the Gundams destroyed the underwater warship of A-Laws' and escaped with help from Catarons - a rebel organisation. Later, Sumeragi, Setuna and others escorted Princess Marina Ismail to meet Catarons leaders which comprised of Marina's closest friend and ex-adviser - Shirin who had left her post in the past in opposition to the Federation's pressure to their country. Setuna asked Cataron to take in Saji who was being suspected as part of Cataron. Setuna and others were awared of the children adopted by the Catarons due to recent wars. Unable to take in his fate as an outlaw, Saji ran away from Cataron base. Meanwhile, Celestial Being departed after Catarons failed to convince them to work together. Saji was picked up by the Federation and in order to clear his name, he disclosed the location of Cataron base. Same time, Marina requested Setuna to take her back to her home country and he agreed.

A soldier in Federation disclosed the location of Cataron base to A-Laws. Lt Perie and another Lt were aghast to learn that it would be a massacre operation against the civilian rebels. Shortly, the base was attacked. Sumeragi commanded back ups to Cataron and three Gundams were sent to help. Allelujah was angered by the mass killing of the rebels including children and attacked the departing mobile suit containing Lt Preie. Same time, the Colonel commanded Saji to leave his ship as the A-Laws knew he was there and his current authority was insufficient to protect him. Seeing the destruction of Cataron base, Saji was stunned that his mere information had caused massive deaths and he screamed. Meanwhile, Setuna and Marina's ship approached Marina's country and they were shocked to see the country in a sea of fire. Before them was a Gundam suit piloted by Setuna's sworn enemy in the past.

Setuna forced Marina to return to Cataron to protect her and Shirin thanked him. Marina wept and told her that their homeland was ruined. To shield the survivals of Catarons so that they could escape, the four Gundams were dispatched to distract A-Laws' attention. In A-Law base, Lousie had a chat with Perie who understood her hidden pain. Colonel's son noticed Louise and took interest in her. Sumeragi had a flash of her sad memories when she and her fellow adviser's wrong calculation resulted to deaths of their force and allies. She collapsed and was sent to rest. As a result, the Gundam were forced to carry out the mission without her advise. In A-Law, a female colonel found Celestial Being's strategies familiar as she was the former comrade of Sumeragi. The battle commenced. Wanting to correct his error after Tieria scolded and slapped him for giving away the location of Cataron base, Saji volunteered to help Celestial Being and almost shot the mobile suit that was piloted by Louise.

During the battle, Setuna was forced to use his incomplete Trans-Am and almost got his Gundam paralysed. Tieria and Lockon shielded him. Sumeragi woke and commanded them to retreat. Same time, Allalujah and Perie fought and collapsed onto an unknown island. The colonel of A-Law commanded withdrawal. Another Colonel from Federation who was like a father to Peria flew his mobile suit in search for her. Celestial Being also dispatched Tieria and Lockon to look for Allelujah. On the isolated island, Perie finally remembered her true identity as an experiement human who had lost her five senses years ago. That time, Allelujah picked her brainwaves and had been the only comfort to her throughout the years until he and other experiment humans escaped the base. During the escape, Allelujah's other personality - Hallelujah woke and massacred his fellow comrades. Back to present, the Colonel found them. Allelujah told him that he was willing to die if Marie/Perie was not sent to fight in battles. Touched by his sincerity, the Colonel let them off and departed. On his way, he dispatched the information of their location to the approaching Tieria who was relieved and bemused with Allelujah kissing Maria while they were searching high and low for him. Sumeragi and others were pleased. Saji who helped Setuna to repair his Gundam commented that Setuna was smiling for the first time. On the island, Tieria was shocked to see someone who had completely the same appearance as him. He told him that they shared the same DNA. Meanwhile, Marina and Shirin, accompanied by other Cataron survivals arrived their other base where they were told that their homeland had ceased to exist due to Federation's plot to remap the Middle East. Marina cried in Shirin's arms.

COMMENT: Due to the slagging Naruto manga plot lately as well as the intense plot of Mobile Suit Gundam 00 S2, I guess I'll concentrate on other animes for time being until Naruto manga has a clearer conclusion on Naruto/Nagato fight. There's a slight similarity between plot of Mobile Suit Gundam 00 S2 and Naruto though, it talks and discusses about world peace.

About Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood #03:

Also the initial part of FMA manga and 1st episode plot of the previous FMA anime. It's about Ed and Al's encounter in Heresey where they met the priest who faked the people in the citythat he was a God using his alchemy ability and a fake Philiosopher's Stone. Ed and Al were suspicious as the priest could activate alchemy without going through Law of Equlvalent EXchange. They also met Rose who believed in the fake priest - Lord Conello. Lord Conello attempted to get his people to kill the Elric brothers but failed. He met them personally instead. Ed exposed that Lord Conello was holding a Philosopher's Stone and Leto commanded Rose to shoot Ed. Ed managed to trick the priest into disclosing his real purpose and was disappointed to learn that the stone was just an imitation. The priest crawled back to Lust and Gluttony only to get himself killed. Meanwhile, Ed told Rose to find out her solution by herself as she still had proper limbs unlike them.

Glad that this episode has cut out some details like the priest getting Ed chained up in a cell where Ed finally lured the priest to disclose his plans. Instead of 3-4 episodes as in the previous anime series, it is cut down to 1 episode. Still, the previous anime serie shows a darker drawing as compared to the lighter tone in this current version.

07-Ghost #02:

The students marvelled over a student's arrest while back to present, the student's friend was being questioned if he was involved in trying to let him escape. In a flash, the captured student thought of his dream of falling snow. It was daytime when a number of youths were riding when they saw a boy falling in the sky. The teens rushed to check the unconscious boy - Teito who was still in chains. In the office, the Chairman questioned Ayannamin on Teito whom had been pursued by soldiers. At night, a number of soldiers were guarding a place.

In a building, the daytime teens were looking at Teito who laid on the bed, beginning to regain conscious. Teito punched one of the teens and tried to run off. Another teen pulled him before he fell from the high building. Teito asked why he was being rescued and the others told him that because they were from church and they introduced themselves to him. They knew Teito had been a slave before and allowed him to tell them his name when he felt up to it. They left him to rest. At night, Teito thought of Mikage - his friend. In a cell, Mikage was in chains when he was being summoned by Ayannami. At the corridor, Teito wandered around when he fainted. He thought of his past, his father, Mikage and Ayannami. He heard screams and woke to see a number of young nuns who were aghast to see him on the floor. They carried him off to his room and got him to take medication. Teito did not believe that people would help him for no reason and that Mikage was the one who had saved him. In the room, Ayannami questioned Mikage his reason to save Teito to escape.

Next day, Teito woke to find his wounds gone and he wandered in the new place. He saw a group of people walking past. Teito sat under the tree, thinking of his past when Ayannami killed his father. He saw a lady pleading a priest to heal her son. He saw the mark on his chest and agreed immediately. He overheard other people saying that people who had the marks were known to trade their souls with the devils for three wishes. The lady who carried her son thanked the priests for their help. Teito overheard the people mentioned something of seven ghosts. He entered the library to read on the seven ghosts when a puppet faced nun faced him. He fell off and a priest saved him in time. He told Teito that the puppet nun was his masterpiece. The priest showed him a book with bikini girls. The priest was being hit by other priest's puppet nun. Later, the two priests told him of a event many years ago of two kingdoms which possessed a powerful eye each. To possess the eye of another kingdom, they entered wars. Teito wanted to know the truth as he ran off. He wanted to know why his father was killed when he saw the statue of death god with another statues. A nun chatted with him and told him that it was one of the guardian of the church. She told him that seven guardians had stopped the death god which created havoc. She showed him around and told him that it was the zone of God and did not belong to anyone. Before them were all the priests. Flashback, snow was falling. His father was hugging him. It was dusk, Teito was looking at the plants when he saw one of the priests - Labardor manipulating the flowers. He noticed and presented a flower to Teito. Above, two other priests watched in amusement.

In the dark place, Ayannami threatened Mikage of hurting his family if he continued to protect Teito.

Shangri-La #02:

Explosions as 3 reactor broke down. The military was confused with the sudden attacks. The 2nd reactor was being shut down. Kuniko and the others ran around checking for status and evacuating the other occupants. The city was in chaos and some residents blamed Kuniko for the attack.

In a quarter, a woman - Ryoko slapped her subordinate as she enquired on identity of the fighters in the city. The subordinate volunteered to go to the forest to investigate the military when Ryoko made things difficult for his younger brother. Later, in the city, Kuniko and others discussed on the aftermath of battle and Kuniko wanted to join in the fight. Momoko wanted to go with Kuniko to protect her. They set off with other people. In a dark room, a girl - Karin was doing her MEDUSA program on the computer while chatting with friends online. Karin commanded her program to find the carbon weak spot on the world wide web. Karin commanded her online friends to do the necessary buy-in and sell the shares, thus earning a lot of money. All of them vanished offline with that.

Other place, the royalty girl - Mikuni was enquiring on her sigli while her followers fussed over her. One of them made her unhappy and Mikuni killed her with her mind with indifferent expression. Other place, Kuniko and others were making their way with air masks to investigate the other side of a submerged city. They came to a wild vegetation land. They saw the military already there and hid behind the trees. One of the miltary already found them and pointed his rifle at them. Momoko distracted him and they fled from the pursuing military. Kuniko questioned one of the military why his sword resonsed with her grandmother's knife. She ran off. Later, Momoko told Kuniko off for taking off her protective gear as they left. Same time, the military knew the Metal-Age people were there earlier. They did not find anything. In an office, some people were discussing about carbon-less attacks.

In Duomo, the people suspected the military was using their homeland as test subject for a weapon. Outside, the people of Duomo were looking forward to lucky draw. Momoko was telling his/her friend - Tetsuo about Altas when Tetsuo was being selected to go to Altas.

Meanwhile, Ryoko entered a red hall full of eyes on the walls to look for Lord of Altas, telling him of the resonance of seals.

One Piece #396:

The auction was still ongoing as one world noble member entered the house while kicking his own slave. Nami and others noticed him. The world noble member joined the others of his kind. One auction human collapsed as he attempted suicide. The curtain was drawn for an instant. Behind the curtain, Mr Disco was determined to use Camie to save the embarrassing situation. Meanwhile, Zoro was till losing his way. He was about to intimidate some scared pirates when Luffy pulled him off onto the flying fish. Same time, the auction resumed with appearance of Camie as the next item. The world noble member called for a higher price than Nami who was shocked to numbness. All people present could not fight against the world noble's price. Camie who could not hear a sound but saw Hacchi and others, banged the glass in panick. Choppy pleaded for Sanji and Nami's help but they could not think of a solution. Hacchi got desperate. As the result was announced, Luffy and Zoro blasted into the auction house. The other present pirates were interested. Luffy saw Camie and ran towards her. Hacchi worried for the explosive collar, tried to stop Luffy but in vain. Hacchi accidentially revealed his marine identity. The people around him panicked and threw things at him. Nami remembered Robin's words about merpeople being discriminated on the island. As Luffy ran, someone shot Hacchi who collapsed before Luffy and Camie's eyes. It was the World noble. Luffy watched in shock. Camie screamed in the water tank. Luffy approached the world noble but Hacchi with his remaining breath, pulled him back, begging him not to get himself into danger because of him. He stated that it would serve as his retribution for his past time as a pirate. Hacchi apologised for being useless to Luffy and others. Luffy glared at the world noble and confronted him. The world noble shot Luffy who dodged easily and punched the noble hard on his face.

Dragon Ball Kai #02:

The person told Goku that he was his elder brother - one of the four remaining Saiyan clan from outer planet. To force Goku to attack Earthings, he kidnapped Goku's son - Gohan. Piccolo came along and wanted Goku to join force with him to destroy that person. At other place, the person's device detected Gohan's power level to be 710 and he waved it off as malfunctioning. Just then, Goku and Piccolo arrived and they faced off, preparing for a fight. Seeing Goku's weaker fighting level than his, the person changed his idea and decided to kill Goku instead.

Rewatch Naruto #133:

Severely injured by Sasuke's attacks, Kyuubi fused more Chakra into Naruto who was floating on the river. Naruto evolved into one-tailed Kyuubi and his kyuubi chakra was able to struck Sasuke easily. Forced by circumstance, Sasuke tapped into full power into the complete form of the cursed seal.

Rewatch Naruto #124 - #129:

Lee's drunken technique was broken by Kimimaru. Meanwhile, Shikamaru and Kiba were in danger. In nick of time, Kankuro went to Kiba's aid, Temari to Shikamaru and Gaara to Lee. Kankuro killed Ukon/Sakon and Temari killed Tayuya. Same time, Kimimaru had a flashback of his past as he fought Gaara. Flashback, Kimimaru was sealed and released by his clan people to annihilate the Mist clan which ended up in failure. As a result, all Kimimaru's clan people were killed and the alone Kimimaru was taken in by Orochimaru. Back to present, Kimimaru entered his cursed final stage against Gaara. In other place, Sasuke placed Naruto into gentjutsu. Neji's words brought Naruto's sense back to light as he continued his pursue after Sasuke.

Meanwhile, Gaara criticised Kimimaru for being brainwashed by Orochimaru as the latter spouted bones across vast piece of land, forcing Gaara to utilise a lot of chakra to bring himself and Lee to safety in the air. Kimimaru struck at Gaara for his statements but died before his fatal blow hit the exhausted and weakened Gaara. At the aftermath of the battle, Gaara stated Kimimaru, like Naruto and Lee, fought for people they cherished.

Same time, Naruto pursued Sasuke and reached the Valley of the End where the First Hokage and Uchiha Madara had fought years ago. As Naruto fought Sasuke who easily hit him off with his new strength, Sasuke thought of his past. Flashback, Itachi used to be a loving elder brother of Sasuke and often won praise from their father who never noticed Sasuke's effort everytime. One day, some time since Sasuke's joining of ANBU, he witnessed other Uchiha police members confronting Itachi, suspecting his involvement in his closest friend's suicide. It was the first time Sasuke witnessed his elder brother's dark side. Sasuke/Itachi's father was growing disappointed with Itachi's increasingly strange behaviour and activity. Back to present, Sasuke faced off Naruto.

Thoughts after Naruto Manga Issue #443:

Managed to find the soundtrack of Naruto Shippuuden Movie - Kizuna.
Cannot keep my mind off the latest Naruto issue content whereby Naruto finally confronted Nagato and Konan.

The Akatsuki is most likely going to be finished, only 3 official members left minus Nagato and Konan since it's highly possible they desert Akatsuki after their talks with Naruto. Don't understand why there must be a kage summit after 7 biiju out of 9 were extracted and also after Akatsuki had so few people left as threat to Shinobi world. Think just Konoha alone is enough to take down the organisation unless Madara introduced new members into Akatsuki in addition to Sasuke's team Hawk. At how the current plot goes, I guess Naruto won't be caught for a long time.

There's also a possibility that Sasuke might desire Naruto's kyuubi chakra as his MS techique is going to cause him blindness. Wonder if Sasuke will fight Madara over Naruto in the end. It'll be so gay if this happens. Nevertheless, I presume that once the Akatsuki collapses, Naruto will not be pursued by villians anymore unless the author decides to go macro by having the feudal lords after him.

Phantom - Requiem for the Phantom #02: Training

Zwei woke in the same bedroom and saw Ein visiting him. She told him that she was attacking him earlier to test his ability as assassin because of his natural special ability. Zwei was upset over his lost memory of real name. Ein told him that his real memory was erased by Inferno. Other place, some people were discussing about Phantom as well as a Japanese tourist who witnessed the assassination was cleared (the tourist was Zwei who had been used as future assassin tool). In the room, Zwei was upset over his new role to kill people. Ein told him that to live, he had to kill. Later that day, Zwei was ordered to train under Ein. End of the day, Zwei laid exhausted and blank on his bed. Same time, Lizzie and Claudia were talking with a man over Zwei's training as Inferno's pawn. Next day, Ein taught Zwei how to shoot with pistol. Day and night, Zwei trained himself blankly as instructed by Ein. Each day, Zwei felt losing himself. One morning, Zwei watched Ein left with a man she called 'Master' for her mission. In the car, Ein was asked of Zwei's training while she was briefed of details of mission and weather condition. In the house, Claudia visited Zwei to tell him of Inferno whose aim was to reunite mafia using Phantom. She told him not to think himself as slave as he had the freedom to progress. Other place, Ein shot her target from afar. Same time, Claudia drove off after bidding farewell to Zwei. In the house, Zwei thought over Claudia's words. That night, Ein returned and went to Zwei's room and he asked her why she became an assassin. Like Zwei, her memory had been erased to become an assassin. He told her of Claudia and her words. She did not feel anything and she told him that he would feel the same once he started killing people. When Ein went to sleep, Zwei watched the bricks and his training ground. Ein woke and encouraged him to shoot the bricks. He obliged.

Rewatching Naruto #55 - #59:

#55 - Mainly Sakura and Ino's visiting of Lee who tried to train himself despite his serious injury. Includes minor anime filler of Shikamaru and Asuma asking Chaoji to help in Shikamaru's Chuunin exam training in exchange for BBQ as well as Shikamaru's training with Chaoji; Neji's training with Tenten; Shino's training with Kurenei and Kiba. Original manga portion of Jiraiya's monitoring of Naruto's training with summoning technique also involved.

#56 - Includes anime minor filler of Jiraiya taking Naruto to hotspring, ramen and getting him to hug a girl (Sakura) before sending him to a cliff where he pushed Naruto down so as to lure Kyuubi's chakra.

#57 - Includes anime minor filler of Bunta challenging Naruto to stay onto his back beyond sunset so as to accept him. All fillers make the plot more balanced as compared to manga primary plot.

#58 - Involves creating of scary atmosphere when Gaara sneaked into the hospital to kill Lee. Includes slight amendment compared to manga when Sakura also visited Lee before Gaara's arrival and her attempt to visit Naruto which failed because Naruto and Shikamaru had went to save Lee from Gaara.

#59 - Eve of the final Chuunin exam when Naruto was treated to a large bowl of ramen with lots of seafood by Ayumi and her dad. Shikamaru, Ino and Chaoji's dads were also out drinking at a restaurant until Shikamaru came along to drag his dad home so that he could help his son in the preparation of exam. Naruto's anxiety and loneliness was also reflected in the anime version when he returned home alone. Also include anime filler when Naruto was late for the commencement and Konohamaru made the matter worse by leading him to the wrong path. In the end, Naruto made a surprise entrance when he was pursued by a herd of bulls to the venue.

Naruto and Shikamaru had more interactions in the anime version. Wish 'Naruto Shippuuden' can have such minor fillers in anime as well. Sigh...

Soul Eater #16:

Death the Kid faced off Krona and his demon sword. He shot rapidly hitting Krona who was not affected at all. The words of Krona reminded Liz of their past when they went around the street robbing people while Patti was wondering if Krona was a girl or boy. Just then, the remains of evil spirit came along to remind the people that the ship was his and he aimed his canons at them. Krona and his sword were enveloped in red sphere as his wavelength became bigger and he dived. The attack spilt the ship into two. Krona and his demon sword flew off and Death the kid gave chase. He had a feeling Shibusen school was hiding something from him. The fog started to suspense. He stopped to admire the balance of the sun in the sky. Patti and Liz were speechless. Other place, the evil spirit wept on his escape boat because of his broken ghost ship.

In Death city, Medusa told Maka that she was alright but Maka was wondering as she remembered herself coughing black blood. Medusa passed medication to accelerate the spread of black blood to her. Maka went off internally feeling angry when Medusa told her that Soul had confined things to her instead of Maka. Later, Medusa tried to find Maka's file but found it was gone. Just then, Stein showed her Maka's file and questioned her. He also had the medication she had given Maka earlier and questioned her further. She lied it as herbal medication. Stein had already suspected her identity as a witch. She tried to laugh it off and Stein left. He knew he had sensed fear and murderous mood from Medusa. Stein met Sid and a bandaged lady at the corridorto update them his meeting with Medusa. Same time, Medusa communicated with the toad witch through the snake implanted into her and telling her to do something for her. At night, Death the Kid, Patti and Liz reached Shibusen. Kid told the other two to go home while he questioned Shinigami something. Other place, Sid and the bandaged lady made their way into Medusa's place. They found magic circles and other stuffs that a witch usually owned. They found and opened a book. Sid was shocked to see so much data on Shibusen. Just then, a number of black balls attacked Sid and the bandaged lady and exploded. The toad witch left. Other place, Death the kid faced Shinigami and questioned him about Kishin and the reason why Shinigami couldn't leave Shibusen.

Soul Eater #17:

Excalibur-the holy sword creature reappeared again. Ox-a meister from Shibusen went to seek for the Excalibur and drew it out to see the lame white creature who started to chant his long glorious history of coffee and tea, as well as showing him his family photo. He started to tell him his life story that begun in America where he met a beautiful girl. He also stated his requirement to be able to dance on a grand stage with many audiences watching him. In Death city, Maka, Black Star and others were having hearty meals at Maka and Soul's place. Meanwhile, Ox was having a hard time understanding Excalibur who started chanting his time in Baker Street, dealing a murder case handled by Sherlock Holmes who listened to his opinion and declared Watson the culprit. He then proceeded talking about his glorious time with King Arthur on his adventure. Ox ended up having food in the story telling. Excalibur continued on his numerous dates with many pretty girls all over the places. Ox was deeply interested with Excaliur's stories. Excalibur started singing to Ox.

Soul Eater #18:

It was late at night when Toad witch brought the things to Medusa, Krona and Free. Medusa was planning something for Shibusen that was celebrating the night with fireworks. There was a ball at school that night and Maka and others were dressed grandly for the occasion. Death the kid looked depressed when he told them the celebration for the establishment of Shibusen. In the hall, the Shinigami was about to begin his speech. Death the kid pondered over the words Shinigami had told him some days back. Meanwhile, Shinigami begun his speech while others, including Medusa and Stein listened. Death the kid had to begin the speech for Shinigami who only gave a one sentence speech. Black Star annoyed by interfereing with his usual loud announcement of himself. Death the kid hit Black Star. The ball begun. Maka saw Soul at the window, bored. She went to him. She recalled Medusa's words about Soul's weird dreams. She started to ask Soul to confine anything to her which he refused. Maka dragged Soul to dance. Syncth interfered, wanting to dance with Maka and she rejected flatly but Soul pushed Maka to her father who was delighted to dance with her. Soul saw there was raw salmon on her plate eventhough she hated raw fish. He knew she had taken it for him and he ate. In the street, the toad witch and Free entered Death City. Stein approached Medusa suddenly when she was secretly communicating with the toad witch. Stein pulled her to dance. Syncth was trying to recall all the good time but Maka with her good memory corrected his words. Stein asked Medusa about Sid's disappearance since his entering of Medusa's lab. He started asking her about her identity of a witch again. He kew she had an interest in demon gods and had been observing meisters and weapons. They started to chat with malice. Medusa tried to tempt Stein with power. Sid suddenly appeared, wounded and telling Stein to stay away from Medusa. He had managed to block the full impact of the explosion attack and told everyone to leave as the witches and Free were planning to destroy Shibusen. From the top, Free activated his dimension magic while Medusa started her plan. Free started to open something within the tower. Sid created coffins from the ground and sent everyone down so that they would not be affected. Sid collapsed. Krona brought the Mizune family who were misled by Toad witch-Elka's words that Mizune was killed by Shibusen when she was actually killed by Medusa. Death the kid sensed seven witch souls outside. Stein told the others of Medusa's intention to revive the Demon God underneath Shibusen. Death the kid knew that the Shinigami had been unable to leave Shibusen because of that reason. In the hall, the other people were trapped. Shinigami knew they would be trapped for one hour. Meanwhile, they couldn't do anything except to trust Maka and others to handle the enemies. Stein led others to the true terrors and warned them of the dangers but they were ready.

Soul Eater #19:

Shinigami went to check with Sid who apologised for not able to let him escape because he was too far away. Shinigami had already guessed Medusa was a witch. However, the witch's soul protection had been able to cover her identity. Shinigami knew the secret about demon god underneath Shibusen was unable to hide from everyone even Sid. He announced it briefly to the confused audiences. Sid asked him to explain in details. The incident begun with a man-Asura many years ago who never trusted anyone. He was the strongest of the eight warriors in Shinigami's team. He broke law after being tempted to power. With that, it gave birth to Demon God. He had ate his own weapon. shinigami guessed Asura was probably not even human from the very start. In the tunnel, Maka asked Kid about Asura and shinigami. Shinigami had sunk his roots to the ground to trap Asura and that was why he was fixed to Death city and couldn't leave it. The devil in Soul's mind was tempting him again. Meanwhile, the Death City was in chaos as Mizune's family bombarded the street. The cat witch walked through the destroyed street, not aware of the destruction around her until her usual fishmonger passed her a fish before he fainted. She saw Mizune's family in the air. She attacked them. In the underground, Black Star asked Maka for presence of any witch souls and she sensed something ahead. It was her father-Syncth. He turned into Stein's weapon. Stein told the weapons not to turn into human forms for time being just in case. Medusa faced them. Stein briefed the meisters of his plan and told them not to die. Medusa started to activated her snake curse. Maka, Kid, Black Star begun to dive ahead trying to pass her. Black Star and Kid passed smoothly. Medusa aimed Maka. She managed to pass her through the centre and Stein distracted Medusa's attention from pursuing her. Maka ran after Kid and Black Star. Meanwhile, Kid dashed past Krona and Demon sword. Same time, Stein had trapped Medusa with his wavelength. She freed herself and they begun to fight. Medusa told Stein that she could tell that he was interested to be a fellow scientist in pursuit for power and tempted him to join her. Same time, Black Star confronted Krona and demon sword. Maka came along and wanted to deal with the demon sword. Black Star told her not to interfere but Maka wanted revenge for what happened last time despite it meant going off track from Stein's plan.

Soul Eater #20:

Black Star ran after Kid and told Maka to call him if she needed help. Maka punched Krona so that Black Star could go through. Meanwhile, the black blood bursted through Krona's body and argued with Maka. Maka was pleased as the black blood had finally looked at her as opponent instead of as food. Stein sensed that Maka had disobeyed his order and Syncth was confident that Maka was strong enough to defeat Krona. Meanwhile, Maka faced off Krona. Same time, Stein told Medusa that he knew she was trying to revive the demon god using a child in her experiment and he told her that her experiment had failed. She told him that Krona was her real child. Meanwhile, Maka and Soul activated Resonance of Souls. Medusa was delighted that something interesting was beginning. Same time, Maka and Soul's blood were circulating to the black blood. Syncth knew something bad was happening. Maka and Soul were surprised that Krona was able to hold back such powerful blow and knew it was something to do with the strong black blood. As they fought, Soul heard the devil in his mind. Maka's expression reminded Krona of a little black dragon Medusa had commanded him to kill when he was a child. Because of his reluctance, he had been locked in the dark room for hours before. In the dark room, his black blood bullied him for making him being locked up as well. When he was released later, Medusa told him to kill the little black dragon again. When he refused again, she locked him in the dark room where he was bullied by his black blood again. When he was released again, he showed Medusa his black blood. This time, Krona and his black blood killed the little black dragon. Back to reality, Krona was about to kill Maka. In his mind eye, the devil offered his temptation for strength and power. Soul wanted power but also wanted reason to stay so that Maka would not be affected by the resonance. The devil invited the third party and it was Maka who was dressed in black. Soul was surprised that she was in his conscious. The devil explained that it happened when their souls resonated. Maka identified herself with her usual Maka chop on Soul's head. The devil turned on the music to let them dance and discussed about power. She told him that she had been hearing devil's voice eversince their fight with Free. Maka had been considering using the black blood even at the cost of losing sanity. She had confident that she could fight the insanity. Soul agreed to go on her way. The devil grinned. Back to reality, Maka blocked Krona's attack with her arm and grinned darkly. She sprang powerful attacks on Krona. Soul was aghast to see himself also leading into the madness. The devil knew he himself was the one doing the lead.

Soul Eater #21:

Maka was losing her sanity as she fought Krona. Meanwhile, Patti's words drove Kid to move through the imbalance placing of bombs by Elka who was at the same time rushing on for her life with Free. The devil meanwhile had eliminated all kinds of fears within Maka and Soul was aghast that he was going to be swallowed by the madness. In the inner mind, Maka finally understood the insanity Krona had felt and she could sense his wavelength. She hugged her soul and thought admirably of Soul's understanding for her. She saw a dark soul ahead and moved towards it. She had a deep thirst and found herself in a desert like place. She saw Krona. In the street of Death city, the cat witch fought Mizune's family. The family members joined together and turned into a pretty witch while cat witch also turned into her human form, the fishmonger was too excited for words. Other place, Stein was angry that Medusa used Krona like her tool to be disposed when he was done with. Angered, Syncth reverted to human form, wanting to hit her. As a father, he could not forgive how Medusa treated her own child and wanted to defeat her no matter what. In the illusion world, Krona was drawing circle on the desert sand. His shadow started asking questions which Krona did not want to answer. His shadow started to cry as his existence was not even acknowledged and he had been denying himself over and over. His shadow left. Krona wept as he had finally answered a question when Maka asked him for his name. Just then, little Maka went to chat with him. Maka rubbed off his circle. Finally breaking Krona from the black blood influence, Maka commanded Soul to pull her back to sanity and he succeeded despite the devil's disapproval. Maka approached Krona and hugged him as she finally understood him. She asked him to be her friend even if his mother did not want him anymore. Krona started to cry. In the mind eyes, little Maka held little Krona's hand. Soul sat nearby with a smile as he thought of close friends.

COMMENT: A little change of ED graphic when little Maka held little Krona's hand as friends. Uh... wait a minute, is Krona a boy or girl? Krona seems to be wearing a flock, that makes Krona a girl then.. I guess... =_=

Naruto Shippuden #5: As the Kazekage...

Kankuro saw that the battle between Gaara and Daidera was not going well as the latter blasted through the sand shield. In Konoha, Naruto laughed at Kakashi that he could read such boring book as he could only read the first 10 pages. Kakashi was depressed for falling into Naruto's trick.Tsunade and Shizune came out and Kakashi admitted they passed. Tsunade told Naruto and Sakura to go with Kakashi to form Team Kakashi. Naruto was confused. Kakashi told them that they would be teaming for future missions as equal ninjas and not as teacher and students. Naruto understood. Jiraiya smiled.

In Sand Village, Kankuro showed the Council members of Gaara's fight with Daidera in the sky. Gaara managed to smash Daidera's arm. Daidera decided to release his one pursuit clay while Sasori was grumbling of Daidera's lateness. The sand clan guards knew Daidera was from Akatsuki clan. Kankuro was confident that Gaara would have the strong will not to harm the people of Sand Village even if he lost control to Shukaku. Flashback, Kankuro and Gaara had talked and he wanted to be like Naruto, to have a life connected to his village and to work hard so that others would acknowledge his presence. Gaara knew Naruto had went through the same loneliness as him and therefore had understood his pain. Back to reality, Kankuro wanted Gaara to know that he was truly needed in the village of sand and not a monster as what the others had thought he was when he was young.

In Konoha, Kakashi walked with Naruto and Sakura through the night street and he talked to them about his technique when Naruto started craving for ramen and ran off with Sakura, ignoring Kakashi's words. Jiraiya told Kakashi that Akatsuki was on the move and he was entrusting Naruto to him as he needed to collect information on the clan. Kakashi left off to consolidate new teams list. Naruto asked Sakura to go on date with her and she wanted him to treat her the ramen. He had little money left. In sand clan, the people started to mobilise the team to protect the village and to support Gaara. In the sky, Daidera sent a giant doll to the village below, preparing to bomb it. Gaara was aghast. Daidera activated the bomb.

Soul Eater #6:

Death the Kid was maverling over his room layout as he left for school with Liz and Patty. New day in school when Stein was interested in dissecting lesson and got the students to do it on a rare species. The students were aghast. He noticed that Soul and Black Star who had teamed up to do something. Stein announced the arrival of new student. Outside, Black Star yelled out as he was mad that Death the kid was coming to school. Meanwhile, Liz, Patty and Death the Kid reached the school. He saw Soul and asked him to show him around the school. Death the kid's bad habit for symmetry reacted again when they saw Black star falling from his pole. This angered Death the kid as it affected the symmetry of the building. Because of that, he wanted to fight Black Star. Soul helped Black Star. Meanwhile, the students heard the fight outside the class. Tsubaki and Maka followed Stein out. Death the Kid defeated them easily. Stein, Maka and Tsubaki saw them fight and Tsubaki was slightly upset when Black Star took Soul as his weapon for once. Maka analysed Patty and Liz's sychronising with Death the Kid and saw them being stable. Soul transformed into weapon for Black Star who missed and also was unable to pick the weapon up. Soul and Black Star had problems syncronising their wavelength. Maka was not amused with their expression of friendship and Death the kid shot them. Angered, Black Star and Soul dived at him. But their coodination was so bad that Death the kid defeated them easily. Death the kid used Resonance of Souls. Maka and Stein could tell that Soul and Black star (who couldn't see souls) were in trouble. Soul and Black Star were bombarded to the ground. Tsubaki ran to Black Star. Stein knew Death the kid had better potential than that. Just then, Death the kid collapsed with bleeding nose because his hair had been cut affecting the symmetry of his appearance. Black Star roared with laughter. Maka went to Soul and told him not to get into fights. Soul laughed and told her that he had been uncool. Maka helped Soul up from the ground. Other place, Death the kid was been teased by his weapons when Shinigami turned up. Maka wondered how Shinigami's soul looked like but she couldn't see. Shinigami took his son and his weapons back. Soul called her to return to class. Maka guessed Shinigami did not have a soul after all.

soul Eater #7:

The bell sounded at night time as a lady told something to eat its fill. Someone's back blasted with blood. It was daytime when Soul and Maka were out in the street for food when she reminded that they were there for their ECA to get information on a blood thirsty soul-Jack. They were surrounded by gangsters. Maka and Soul were not concerned. Soul hit them off within a short time. It was night time when a lady in black was sitting on the church tower. In a building, the gangster surrounded a kid. Above something dark came out of the lady's mouth to the kid who turned into demon god. He started to snigger. The blade in his hand started to laugh. Maka and Soul meanwhile located Jack who attacked her. She destroyed him instantly. Soul took his soul. Maka saw something about the building where she sensed excited souls and noises. She knew the humans were the gangsters they seen in the day. They went there under the moon with blood stained mouth. Maka ran to the building and saw the souls had vanished, except the master and the weapon. She opened the door to see a kid standing alone in the hall. His weapon was excited with the presence of two more humans. Maka knew the weapon was in the kid's body. In the underworld, Syncth was determined to see Maka despite his having to pass by Stein. He flew to the building only to hug Stein. He was aghast and went to hide. Stein told him that the demon sword had appeared. In the church, Maka reminded Soul to be careful as the kid started to change. Dark blood came out of him, forming a demonised body over the kid-Krona. Krona admitted he was not from Maka's school. Krona pulled a sword from the vanishing black body. Maka fought him. Maka was shocked to see Krona's blood black. Maka guessed his blood was the actual weapon. The dark lady outside on the broom commanded Krona to kill Maka and Soul. Soul couldn't see whom Krona was talking to. He fought Maka who found him a difficult opponent as Krona's weapon's scream could harm Soul. Maka tried to make for the exit but the door couldn't open. Soul turned into human form and took all the full attack impact inflicted from Krona for Maka.

Soul Eater #8:

Maka was aghast to see Soul collapsing in a pool of blood as he borne the full impact of the attack from Krona. The witch above commanded Krona to finish them off. Soul told Maka to run. As Krona attacked them, a syncth came through the door. Stein and Syncth had came to help them. Syncth wanted to impress his daughter but she was too busy to see his cool appearance. Maka asked Stein about Krona. Stein told them that they were the reason for the creation of Shibusen school to prevent the birth of more demon gods. Stein and Syncth joined forces to deal with them. The witch was curious of the battle. Krona attacked Stein and Syncth. Krona's black blood attacked them. Stein knew it was a matter of time when the bullying weapon devoured Krona. Maka watched as Stein and Syncth coordinated perfectly. Stein hit Krona and his weapon with his wavelength and Krona collapsed. The witch decided to continue with the experiment. Krona floated in the air with souls rejecting within his body. The witch released the soul protection from Krona's body. Stein and Maka finally noticed the presence of the witch. Stein knew she was the one who put the weapon into the child. She had been using soul protection to conceal her presence eariler. The witch started to use her vector arrow at them. Stein and Syncth used Resonance of Souls as the witch attacked them with her snakes. She left. Syncth petted Maka's shoulder and told her to go home together. Next day, Shinigami asked Syncth of Soul's condition and he told him that Stein was still operating on him. Meanwhile, Tsubaki overheard Soul's situation in the bathroom. Outside the operation room, Maka was waiting and Stein came out and told her that Soul was alright. She went to see him. Syncth asked Stein the same question. Stein told him there was a Black blood curse of Reganok had inflicted in Soul's bloodsteam. Maka apologised to Soul and wept. Black Star and Tsubaki banged into the room. Black Star shook Soul violently and was hit by Maka. A lady entered the room, she was Medusa. She asked Maka to pull Syncth from her legs and she did it in an instant. Medusa told Maka to be happy and she nodded.

COMMENT: So obvious that Medusa was the witch who had infiltrated Shibusen school.

Soul Eater #9:

Soul found himself amidst darkness filled with pain and confusion. He saw a beam of light with Maka's voice and he went for it. He saw himself crushing out of Maka's body. In reality, Soul woke up screaming in fear to see Maka looking at him concerned with Medusa. Medusa had intention to use Soul as experimental subject. It was evening when Maka bidded Soul farewell as she needed to go home. She was depressed thinking how stupid she was to make Soul worried. She met Syncth to invite her to see sunset. In library, Sid told Black Star to tidy the documents and left. He ended up reading mangas. Death the kid told him off for being noisy in the library. He was looking for a book on a legendary sword. Stein was also in the library. The sword could only be pulled out by true hero. In the building top, Syncth was trying to cheer Maka who remained upset. She asked him about her mother and why he had cheated on her. Syncth had to struggle with words. Meanwhile, Black Star and Death the kid came to the mountainous place where the legendary sword laid. Because of water, Death the kid asked Black star to carry him. A fairy appeared before them. She flew off disgusted when Death the kid asked her about the holy sword. They came to the sword. Black star pulled out the sword in an instant and put the sword back for Death the kid to try. He wiped the handle before he pulled. It came out easily. The sword talked and floated in the sky, shining. It turned into a white small figure. Back on the building, Syncth tried to tease Maka to cheer her up. She asked him about the demon sword. He told her. There were masters who unable to obey the rules, took human souls and became demon gods. That was when Shibusen school was created to ensure the master would follow the codes. In this case, a witch was involved and a weapon had been melted into a child's body. In the library, Sid was angry to learn that Black Star had went to look for the holy sword, leaving Tsubaki to do the cleaning work. In the cave, Black Star and Death the kid were not amused with the real form of the holy sword. The creature told them about his legend since 12th century of drinking tea. Apparently, the creature was the one who wrote the book. In library, Stein told Tsubaki that the holy sword could teleport user to anyplace in a flash and also it could belong to anyone. In the cave, the creature transformed into its shiny form again in Black Star and Death the kid's hand. They sent it into the ground and left without it. The fairy met them and they gave her a disgusted expression. Later, Black Star and Death the kid shook hands in school. Death the kid noticed some girls laughing at them. Maka called Death the kid and Black Star to enter the room which was decorated by the creature of the holy sword. Black Star and Death the kid felt disgusted.

Soul Eater #10:

Flashback of Tsubaki's past when she thought of the meaning of her name as a scentless flower. New day, Shinigami told Tsubaki about a weapon that could turn into demon god. She had not tell Black Star about it. Shibusen school, Stein was absent from class. Soul did not care while Maka noticed Black Star and Tsubaki were not in class as they were off to settle Fey blade. In a town, Tsubaki and Black Star passed a number of houses full of spikes. Tsubaki wanted but had no chance to tell Black Star about Fey Blade. Black Star went around accusing people of being Fey Star. The people saw the sign on Black Star's arm and stated that he was a survivor from Star Clan. The people came out and chased them away. The sky begun to rain. On a tree, Black Star told Tsubaki about his star clan that was an assassin clan for sake of money. Black Star was a lone survivor of the clan as Shibusen had taken the clan people's souls. Black Star was a baby then and he was taken care of by the school. Because of his heritage, some people despised him. Tsubaki wanted to tell him something and he told her that she did not have to tell if she did not want to. The rain fell harder. A man in cloak entered the settlement, planning to devour souls. In other place, Maka, Stein and Soul confronted Shinigami for answers on Fey Blade. Death the kid was also curious. Stein told them that Fey Blade devoured using people's fear. In the settlement, the cloaked man confronted a kid whom had yelled at Black Star earlier. He could feel the fear in the boy. Later, the elder man found the kid and saw him still standing paralysed. There was a sword in his hand. He turned to him with red eyes. The man's scream ripped through the air. Black Star and Tsubaki ran towards the scream. Meanwhile, the possessed boy by Fey Blade confronted the elderly man and was stopped by Black Star. Tsubaki that Fey Blade possessed people's soul and devoured it. Fey Blade recognised Tsubaki. Tsubaki turned into weapon and told Black Star to use his wavelength to break the boy off Fey Blade. She felt herself being using Black Star in her pursuit for Fey Blade and he told her not to think like that. Glad for his understanding, they worked together against Fey Blade. Black Star was surprised to see that even shadows of possessed soul could be controlled by Fey Blade and he moved fast to confuse Fey Blade. But Fey Blade was still able to inflict attack on him. Black Star and Tsubaki activated Trap star with Resonance of Souls. They managed to break the link between the kid and Fey Blade. Tsubaki took the sword and wanted to finish off Fey Blade herself. She entered Fey Blade. Soul wondered how a weapon could fight without a master. In the rain, Black Star looked at the soulless form of Tsubaki, hoping she would return safely. In illusionary world, Tsubaki faced Fey Blade who was her elder brother. They faced off each other.

Vampire Knight Guilty #8:

Kaname told Zero that Yuki was the pureblood princess of Kuran clan and that he himself was not her real brother. With that, Kaname carried her in the snow. Flashback, little Yuki ran to greet Kaname when he visited her and her parents. He asked them how long they were going to confine her but Yuki did not mind. Later, her parents faced off someone who wanted to take Yuki away while Kaname kept her company in the house. Yuki's mother entered the house alone to hug Yuki. She thanked Kaname and told him to take care of Yuki in future. With that, she led Yuki to a room. She planned to seal Yuki's vampire side and her memory and turned her into normal human. Blood stained the ground as she begun. In the mansion, the vampire was sucking blood from a girl when he smelled a blood which interested him. Same time, Kaname's followers were surprised to learn of Yuuki's heritage. He told them that Yuuki was his financee. Ruka was upset over the discovery of Yuuki's position to Kaname. Zero, still dazed with the news about Yuuki. Rima was following the vampire who was in Senri's body. Other place, Yuuki's body was changing to the change of blood when she woke to see Kaname sitting besides her bed. She hugged him and took his blood. Her hair had grown long and she was crying. She had a flashback of a scary person. She wept for her parents who had sacrificed their lives for her. The wind broke the glass panel. She was shocked to see her real form. He told her that they were engaged in the past. She was shocked that her parents who were siblings had married when she sensed someone's blood. Kaname drew her attention back to him. He left the room, promising to be back shortly. Yuuki had a bad feeling of the smell. Meanwhile, Rima was fighting the vampire who possessed Senri's body. Meanwhile, Yuuki was concerned of Zero's impression of her. Meanwhile, Shiki told Rima not to overdo and told Rido not to fight Rima. Rido stabbed Rima. Rima told Rido off and Senri's soul almost took back his own body but failed. In the room, Yuuki was watching her fast healing wound and felt she had been deceiving Zero all the while. She wanted to see Zero, to talk to him. Outside, Kaname's followers saw Yuuki leaping out of the window and persuaded her not to leave her room. She insisted her way and went on her way. She allowed them to follow her. In night dorm, Kaname told his other followers to make sure that the day students did not leave their dorm to see Rido. He met Ruka and he apologised to her and told her that he had much faith in her. She was feeling better when she met the other Kaname's followers outside the dorm. Yuuki went to Zero's room only to see him pointing his pistol at her.

Soul Eater 4:

Maka and Soul were attacking a phantom and Soul devoured his soul. Next day, Soul was lazing in bed until the cat witch woke him up. Maka was not pleased to see the sight and sent him out of the window.

New day in school, the students were discussing about soul collection when Soul tried to strike a conversation with Maka who beat him again. They talked about Sid-their ex teacher who was killed in mission. Just then, the teacher entered. It was Maka's father who tried to impress Maka with his cool image. He told them that he was taking over Sid temporally. He gave Soul an E on the attendance. He told Soul and Maka that Shinigami wanted to see them. Black Star and Tsubaki were watching them from above but Soul and Maka already saw them. Together, they went to see Shinigami. He had a mission-remediation for four of them because of their zero achievement of souls. He wanted them to destroy Sid who had turned into zombie or they would be expelled from school.

Later that night, they went to Sid's grave and waited for him. Maka and Soul were still depressed over their result. Sid suddenly appeared and attacked Maka. Soul pulled her off in time. Black Star, Tsubaki, Maka and Soul faced off Sid. Maka knew it was going to be a tough mission because Sid was a three star Meister while she and Black star were one star Meister. Meanwhile, the cat witch was having a relaxing bath as the other four were having tough time fighting Sid. Maka and Soul used their Resonance of souls technique against Sid but accidentially shot the wrong direction. Sid was shocked by the powerful impact and dug underground to attack Maka. Black Star blocked him in time. He hid underground again. Black Star activated Trapped Star and bound Maka with Sid. Maka was not pleased. Death the Kid asked Shinigami about Death Syncth's first partner was Frank Stein while Maka's mother was his second partner. In a room, someone was working. Maka and the rest were watching his occupanied building from outside.

Soul Eater #5:

Shinigami was mentioning to Death the kid how powerful Professor Stein was. Outside the building, the two Meisters and their partners had located Professor Stein who sent a toy mouse at them. He fell out of his building and went back in. He fell out again. They questioned him if he was the one who turned Sid into zombie. He admitted as he treated everyone as his experiment subject. He could see through their souls. Maka knew he was a first rate master. Black Star fought him but was not his match. Meanwhile, Syncth was flirting again and was being reminded of Maka's possible reaction and got depressed. Other place, Maka and Black Star tried to fight Stein who recalled Maka as daughter of Scynth-his working partner. Scynth recalled his dreadful experience when Stein performed experiments on him for five years when they worked together. Same time, Stein defeated Maka and Soul easily. Shinigami meanwhile explained the importance of weapon and Meister's coordination but Stein did not need a weapon to use his power. Same time, Stein grabbed Maka and started drawing lines on her stomach. Black Star attacked him and free Maka from his grip. However, Stein was not affected by the impact. Stein sent electrical attack on Black Star who collapsed in blood. Death the kid and his weapons left to help as he couldn't watch on anymore, not minding even if he had to be enrolled as student in school. Maka was meanwhile shocked to see strong soul light emitting from Stein and knew she was unable to win. In school, Patty and her sister told Death the kid to hurry up as he was upset with the way his toilet papers were folded. Same time, Maka was throwing her temper when Soul tried to coax her into fighting Stein. After some encouragement, she agreed to try again. They tried their Resonance of Souls technique. Stein was impressed with their powerful technique as they drove their shot at him. Still, he broke the attack. Stein approached Maka. Soul tried to shield her but Stein touched Soul's head and told him that they had passed. Apparently, Shinigami had told him to test them. Sid had also been deceiving them for purpose of Remediation mission. Black Star was also only unconscious. Next day, Maka was still complaining of her dreaming of being performed on by Stein when he stormed in as their teacher. Maka and Soul were aghast. Tsubaki and Black Star were not amused.

I've also completed Detective Conan manga #62. It comprises of 3 stories.

The first continued from manga 61 when Kogoro, Ran and Conan helped the waitress to clear her brother's name who had been framed for murder.

Second story, Ran and Conan helped Ran's mother to convince that a friend of Ran's mother had killed her husband after deceiving Conan and others as her eye witness for not being presence. Kogoro secretly tried to lead his wife to realise the truth over the phone.

In the third story, a teenager who was disappointed with Shinichi's deduction a year ago tried to lure Shinichi back to the place so that he could erase his existence with his own hand. Meanwhile, Conan who suffered from flu mistook Ai's experimental drug as medication and turned back to his teenager form-Shinichi when he followed Ran and others to the location. Of course, Shinichi solved the mystery only to be dragged into another incident again which was to continue from manga 63.

Naruto Shippuuden Movie 1: Gekijouban Naruto Shippuuden
It begun when Naruto was killed by a tenacle-like monster in a mission. A lady screamed as he was stabbed by a tenacle. At Naruto's funeral, Neji, Lee and Sakura watched as Naruto was buried. Tsunade was watching from afar.

Flashback few days earlier, in the night, a ninja manipulated a few ninjas in a massacre attack, planning to achieve his aim to unify the world under his rule. They entered a stone temple for the realm to the other world. The ninja leader-Yomi entered a hall. He was planning to revive Mouryou via a ceremonical technique. He broke the seal, releasing darkness from it, revealing the voice of Mouryou. Yomi sought Mouryou's help to create his army by sacrificing his body to it. It was completed and with the power of Mouryou, the ghost army was summoned. Mouryou wanted to destroy the high priestress who had the power to seal him away. The guards who were protecting the shrine could not hold back the ghost army.

Next day, all ninjas of Konaha were alerted of the removal of seal of Mouryou the night before. Naruto was excited as Tsunade summoned him to her office. Naruto was not pleased to see Neji and Lee in the team with Sakura. Neji served as the leader as Kakashi and Guy were already sent to the site. Naruto was in charge of bodyguard work. The team was to escort the priestess to the shrine where Mouryou's corpse was kept. Naruto was pissed when Neji stated he was still genin level in teamwork and mission. In office, Shizune was worried for Naruto who had no experience in bodyguarding work. Other place, Yomi summoned his four ninjas to kill the priestess and passed some worm-like things into their bodies to strengthen their Chakra. They evolved and set off. In a room, the high priestess sensed something, she forsaw the death of Naruto. Other place, the troops were under attacked by the four evolved ninjas who wanted to kill the priestess who was shielded by a soldier that sacrificed his life. Naruto arrived in time. The priestess was in the meantime led to a safe place. Naruto's shadow replication shocked the intruders. Elsewhere, Neji saw Naruto disobeying his order and also the escape of the priestess. Sakura and Lee went to help Naruto. Somewhere, Neji went to meet the soldier who carried the priestess. The four ninja intruders were driven off. The priestess-Shion was shocked to learn that the ninjas of Konaha were here to assist her from Neji.

Later, team 7 introduced them to her. Shion had already expected one soldier's death who had shielded her. Shion told Naruto of her prediction that he was going to die. Naruto was shocked to learn that all her prediction would come true. Sakura joked on his seriousness. Meanwhile, Kakashi and the rest tried to ambush the ghost army but to no effect. In the residence, Neji taunted on Naruto's over worry about his death by placing tin over his body. Until Shion insisted Naruto would definitely die as she prepared to set off with team 7.

Yomi and his four ninjas
Shion was arrogant to accept people's advise and was bossy with no consideration of other people's feeling. At night, Shion saw her own death and woke to see other people guarding around her. Naruto chatted with Shion's attendant-Taruho and asked him on Shion's prediction. Many people had avoided her fearing for death in her prediction. Naruto was reminded of his lonely childhood and understood why she had been selfish. He got up to see Shion who had stood behind them. He tried to be friendly to her but she ignored him. Taruho knew she had another vision of his future that he would die. Along the journey, Shion complained from Sakura's back on the rocky route. They saw water dragon after them. It was created by one of the four pursuing ninjas. Naruto and Lee ignored Neji's command to attack the manipulating attacking ninjas. Neji sent Shion to sleep so that Sakura could take her away from the dangerous area. Same time, Lee opened the third life gate to hit the opponent ninja who had insulted Guy. The ninja evolved further into multi armed monster by drinking his own worm's Chakra. Meanwhile, Neji tried to fend Sakura and Shion by fighting another pursuing ninja. Sametime, Lee recalled of a pill given by Guy to take in times of real necessity. It turned out to be alcohol and Lee defeated the ninja within a flash. Other place, Sakura and Shion were pursued by an attacker. Sakura was attacked by poison and she found herself immobilised after injecting medication to herself. Other place, Naruto realised his opponent could move freely in liquid form. Other place, Shion woke to see an attacking ninja approaching her as Sakura fell off the tree, supported by Neji who hurried towards Shion's side. Other place, Naruto carried the drunk Lee towards Sakura and Neji. They saw the unconscious Shion. The real Shion walked towards them. Taruho had disguise into her so that the attackers would target him instead. He had met Sakura in the midst of the way to swap so as to sacrifice in her place. Naruto was angered when Shion called Taruho a fool and demanded Naruto to shut up. She ran and he ran after her. At an isolated spot, Naruto saw her weeping for those who died for her. She had hoped to die instead but she had to live on to save others by sealing Mouryou.

Other place, the four ninjas were scolded by Mouryou/Yomi for killing the fake priestess. Meanwhile, Neji told Naruto to take Shion while the rest of them ambush the intruders to throw off the scent. Lee told Neji of the ability of the four ninja to replenish their Chakra from outside source. The three remaining ninjas went searching for Shion when Neji, Sakura and Lee attacked them. Meanwhile Naruto brought Shion to the shrine that sealed Mouryou's body when something huge confronted them. They were stone army. Shion fell and Naruto was in time to save her. He was determined to protect her. He told her that he had a plan and everything would be alright. He carried her on his back. He created clones to attack the stone army that had retreated from Kakashi and the rest's protected area to guard the shrine from Naruto and Shion. Shion had a flash of Naruto's death when one of his clone was stabbed in his chest by a stone soldier. She told him off for confusing him.

In the pathway, she had a sudden relapse of vision of Naruto being stabbed by a tenacle. In the lava-cracked place, she re-forsaw Naruto's death again. Yomi and Mouryou were waiting for her and he sent his stone army at her. He told her that her mother-Miroku was the one who had sealed Mouryou years ago. Her own unknown power slashed the stone soldiers down. Mouryou taunted her and she recalled Naruto's promise to protect her. She walked towards Yomi who tried to confuse her with their identity. Her mother had sealed herself within Mouryou to drag each soul down. Shion activated the barrier technique but Yomi edged behind her. Outside, Naruto was having difficulty fighting past the soldiers. Inside, Shion had problem fighting Mouryou who came out of Yomi's body. Outside, someone came to Naruto's aid by destroying many of the stone soldiers. Inside, Shion's barrier technique was broken and while she was demoralised, Naruto came running to her. She told him that she deserved no protection from anyone and Mouryou emerged at Shion and attempted to absorb her. Naruto dashed at her who realised that she was still alive and that Naruto was going to die. She recalled her mother's voice when she laid by her side when she was young. Her mother had given her a charm to protect her. Shion had witnessed her mother's death when she failed to produce the bell she had given Shion while she was sealing Mouryou. Shion recalled Naruto's care and concern as well as encouragement to her. She decided to sacrifice herself so that Naruto would live by producing the bell passed down by her mother to her to Naruto. Mouryou taunted at her for trying to protect Naruto and was proceeding to fuse him with her. Her mother told Shion in mind eye that she wanted her daughter to live a peaceful life. Flashback, her mother believed Shion had power stronger than Mouryou and her power was sealed by the bell. Within Mouryou, Shion's full power was released as her wings spread out in light. The bell had held her true power. She hoped Naruto could hear her voice to protect the world with his friends.

At the thought, she prepared to die with Mouryou when Naruto dragged her out to save her. He demanded to know if she wanted to die like that. She admited that she did not want to die as he activated Resengan. Outside, Shikamaru, Neji and others had went to his aid by fighting the stone army. Naruto blended his and Shion's Chakra together to attack Mouryou. Shion thought of her mother as Mouryou was destroyed. Outside, Guy and the rest heard the collapsing of the shrine. From her office, Tsunade and Shizune watched as the volcano located at the shrine exploded. The mission was accomplished.

On the mountain top, Kakashi, Temari and the rest were glad everything ended as Naruto carried Shion out of the place. She told him that there would always be priestess as long as there were Mouryous from hearts of evil people. She asked if Naruto could help her and being clueless that she meant asking him to father her future children, Naruto agreed. Lee, Sakura and Kakashi made weird expressions.

COMMENT: Yayyy, have finally watched Naruto Shippuden movie 1. It's theme 'Lie-Lie-Lie' is pretty cute. Graphics fine, though the plot is typical, same as that of Bleach's and Inuyasha's. As usual, Naruto was the main spotlight because he is the main character. Shion kind of reminds me of Lurichiyo in Bleach anime series because of her accent. So is one of the four assassin ninjas who sounded like one of Nel's friends in Bleach.

Naruto #44: Akamaru Unleashed! Who’s Top Dog Now?

Naruto Vs Kiba. Kiba was glad he did not have to fight Gaara while Naruto was excited to get into the fight. Hinata couldn't cheer Kiba as she was on the same team as Kiba. Kiba was 100% confident of winning Naruto based on his poor performance in class. The fight commenced. Kiba turned dog-like and had the head on. Kiba's teacher was also confident that her student could win Kakashi's student. Sakura and Kakashi were confident of Naruto's strong fighting spirit based on his past battles with dangerous enemies. Naruto grinned as he went back to his feet. Kiba and his dog-Akamaru attacked Naruto. Kiba confused Naruto in smoke. Akamaru suddenly attacked Kiba and it turned into Naruto. The others were impressed by Naruto's fast improvement. Naruto and his clone faced off Kiba. Kiba transformed Akamaru which kicked Naruto's clone into disappearance. Kiba and Akamaru used the Half beast formation. Kiba had used food pills to boost his fighting ability sending Naruto into bad situation. Naruto collapsed. Kiba's laughter brought his memory back to the times when the entire class laughed at his poor transformation. He remembered the times when everyone looked down on him. Hinata was worried for him as she knew he was amazing to endure through the bad times and he's being isolated from other people. She knew many people did not recognise the real Naruto. Naruto went back to his feet. He knew everyone was watching his performance.

Naruto #45: Surprise Attack! Naruto’s Secret Weapon!

Kiba and Akamaru moved like whirlwinds at Naruto. Naruto transformed into Kiba/Akamaru to confuse him. Kiba hit one of them and it turned into Akamaru so he hit another one and it turned into Akamaru as well. Naruto reverted from the first hit one and hit Kiba in surprise attack. Kiba bit himself to calm himself and attacked Naruto swiftly so that he would not have chance to build up his Chakra. Naruto accidentially fart in Kiba's face and Kiba's strong sense of smell made him more unbearable than usual people. Naruto finally got the time to use shadow replication against Kiba. He finally went on upper hand and hit Kiba to the ground with an imitation of Sasuke's move during his earlier fight. Naruto won. Rock Lee, Sakura and others cheered. Naruto dashed up to audience place and Hinata finally gave Naruto a gift after building her courage. It was an oilment. Naruto accepted it with thanks. Neji glared at Hinata.

Naruto #46:

Naruto was glad that Hinata's medication worked well but Kakashi knew it was the strength from the Nine tailed fox that increased the healing power. Meanwhile, Hinata gave Kiba her ointment but he rejected as he knew she would need it more than him as her battle had not end yet. He also warned her about Neji. The next contestants were Neji and Hinata. Hinata went pale. Naruto was surprised that Neji and Hinata were from the same clan. Hinata was from the head clan while Neji was from branch clan and the two family sides were not on good terms. The battle commenced. Neji stated Hinata was inferior due to her personality. Hinata's teacher was worried as she recalled her meeting at Hinata's house. Naruto was angered by how Neji insulted Hinata. Kakashi, meanwhile, explained that their clan had ability similar but superior than Sharingan. At the ground, Neji activated his ability and spoke out Hinata's thought and emotions. Naruto shook with anger and shouted encouragement to Hinata. She found her confident and thanked Naruto silently and knew she had to stay strong like Naruto. She activated her skill and faced off Neji. They fought. Sakura was amazed by their clan's ability to destroy internal organs. Naruto was impressed with Rock Lee's knowledge of the clan ability. Hinata and Neji hit each other.

Naruto #47:

Time seemed to pause as Hinata and Neji hit each other. Hinata coughed blood. Naruto was shocked that Neji was unaffected.Neji moved each step before Hinata's act. Wanting to learn from Naruto's determination, Hinata did not give up. Kakashi could tell that Neji had blocked Hinata's Chakra and knew that even Sasuke was no match for him. Naruto shouted encouragement to Hinata and knew the person she admired was watching her and she gave her best. She had been watching him and it was his turn to watch her. Neji hit her and she collapsed. Neji was convinced that Hinata had lost. Naruto insisted the judge not to stop the match and despite disbelief from others, Hinata stood on her feet for she did not want to look bad in front of Naruto who nodded approval at her. Even Neji was impressed by her determination. Hinata told Neji that she had already hit his vital parts and growling in disbelief, he ran at her but was stopped by all teachers. Hinata collapsed and Naruto ran to her. She fainted. Neji told Naruto to shut off his cheering and called him a failure. Naruto wanted to punch him but was stopped by Rock Lee so that he wouldn't break the rule. Naruto was convinced while Lee got praised by Guy for his coolness. Hinata's teacher did emergency check and got the medical team for treatment. Naruto saw Hinata still smiling as she was carried away on stretcher. He sworn to Hinata that he would win.

Naruto #48:

Chaoji was demoralised as all the strong ones were left-Gaara, one member from Wind clan and Rock Lee. Chaoji's teacher cheered him on with buffets. Gaara's team member brought up conversation with Naruto on view on Neji and stated that Naruto was interesting but Naruto did not like him. Lee wanted to be the last to fight. The next contestants were Gaara and Rock Lee. Sakura was worried for Rock Lee who was not demoralised at all. Guy gave Lee more encouragement before he went to the field. Gaara's team members were confident that Gaara would win but Naruto had faith in Rock Lee for his speed. Gaara had sand in his gourd on his back which blocked every Lee's attack. Gaara sent his sand to attack Lee. Guy stated that Lee had no talent to begin with regard to illusion technique. But Lee could avert Gaara's sand technique in time. Guy encouraged and permitted Lee to use his best technique in addition to protect his important people. With lightning speed, he hit all Gaara's sand barriers with his hand-to-hand combat technique. For the first time, Gaara was cut and punched in the face by Rock Lee. Sakura and Naruto were impressed and Sakura cheered Rock Lee. Gaara's face started to crumble as sand started to cover his face. Naruto was confused. Gaara had reached the next step of defense. Lee decided to use the Lotus technique and loosened his bandages on his hands. He sped around Gaara and kicked him into the ceiling before crashing him into the ground. Guy hoped Lee could finish the match before the technique utilised his Chakra. Gaara cracked from head to toe showing the hollowness within the body. Rock Lee watched in disbelief.

Naruto #49:

Sand started spreading and Gaara reappeared, smirking behind Rock Lee. His siblings knew the monster within Gaara had woke. Gaara sent sand storm at Lee. Guy knew Lee was running out of strength because of Lotus technique. Rock Lee thought of his practicing time when people laughed at him for not able to use illusionary technique like a ninja and called him a failure. Guy and Kakashi had been observing Lee when he was young. Because of his short-coming, Lee was more hardworking than other people. Guy had chanced upon him when he was practicing hard in the woods. Lee had told Guy that even if he couldn't use illusionary technique, he would be an excellent ninja. Neji recalled how determined and hard Lee had fought when they were practicing even though Neji was much talented than him. Back to present, Gaara's power raised a higher level as he confronted Lee. Despite Lee's bad position, Guy was confident as Lee was a genius for hard work. Guy used to tell Lee that he used to be like him when he was young and was often outshone by Kakashi who was a genius compared to him. And so, he should continue to work hard. At the thought, Lee's determination was renewed. He moved fast again and he was encouraged by Guy's encouraging smile to him. Guy told Kakashi that Lee was capable of opening five out of Eight Gates of Lotus technique and it could increase a person's strength by multiple times than usual. But by doing so, he might die. Kakashi was displeased that Guy was teaching Lee something so harmful to his personal body. Meanwhile, Lee brought his strength to a higher level to protect his way of the ninja.

Naruto #50:

Everyone observed that Rock Lee's face colour changed. Guy knew he had opened the Wound Gate. Even Kakashi was impressed by his achievement. Gaara was hit without seeing how Lee moved. Gaara cracked further as he was further punched. Even Neji was shocked. Lee opened the fifth Gate and used Primary Lotus at Gaara. Lee fell to the ground. Gaara was on the ground, protected by his own gourd. His sand rose in form of a hand while Lee could not move his feet. Gaara used desert coffin on Lee, wanting to kill him. But Gaara thought of his family members and his mind was in confusion as Guy appeared before Lee to shield him. Gaara who never understood love did not understand Guy's feeling for Lee but he had no intention to go on the fight. Lee was carried away on stretcher. Gaara returned back to the audience place. Temari welcomed him back. Kakashi went to tell Guy that he would do the same if he were him. The final contestants were Chaoji and the remaining member from Sound clan-Kinuta. Chaoji was still thinking of the promised buffet.

Naruto #51:

Kinuta taunted Chaoji fatty and he blew up and used his ball technique. Kinuta won and was pleased that he was not just Orochimaru's test subject. Meanwhile, Iruka was still worrying for Naruto while teaching the younger students in the school. The winners of the matches were allowed to move to the next level. Kakashi and Sakura worried for Sasuke's condition. With absense of Sasuke, only nine contestants moved to the next level. In other place, Orochimaru and Kabuto were discussing about the military preparation of different ninja villages. Orochimaru had intention to use Sasuke as 'bullet'. Kabuto knew Orochimaru did not fully trust him yet. Orochimaru told Kabuto to kidnap Sasuke. Orochimaru was also interested with Naruto who was influential to Sasuke. He wanted Naruto to stay away from Sasuke as far as possible so that he could influence Sasuke. Orochimaru knew Kabuto's real strength level. Meanwhile, the remaining contestants were told to prepare their main matches a month from now. In the medical room, Kabuto killed the ANBU guards and approached the unconsious Sasuke. Orochimaru knew Kabuto would kill Sasuke. Meanwhile, Kakashi stopped Kabuto in time before he could do so. Kakashi knew he was connected to Orochimaru. Kabuto threatened Kakashi with Sasuke's life but Kakashi knocked him down. The real form of Kabuto got up and escaped from the glass window. Kabuto knew how to manipulate corpses' appearance, pulse and action. At the hall, Hokage told Anko to get the candidates to pick a number each from the box. Naruto got number one. All numbering showed everyone's match in the next stage. Naruto was to fight Neji in the tournament. All feudal lords would be watching. When they dismissed, Naruto went to the hospital to look for Kakashi who told him that someone else would supervise Naruto's training.

Naruto #52:

Naruto was displeased to see Ebisu in charge of monitoring his practice and remembered the time when he couldn't stand Naruto's female replication technique. Eibsu told Naruto not to reveal the embarrassed incident to Kakashi. Kakashi tried to convince Naruto that Ebisu could train his basic better than him. Naruto wanted Ebisu to prove himself stronger before he could train him. Ebisu challenged Naruto to run away from him. Naruto was delighted and started running. On top of the building, Naruto was shocked to see Ebisu already before him and distracted him with smoke bomb. Outside a cinema, he saw the movie banner and had a good idea. Ebisu saw the movie banner and was distracted, as expected by Naruto. He saw through Naruto's disguise as the character in banner. He replicated himself and escaped in different direction. Ebisu replicated himself and ran after Naruto. Naruto was always detected every time until he worn out at the bridge. Naruto was not giving up. He flew his fist at Ebisu who vanished instantly, dodging his attack. Ebisu won. At the ramen stall, Naruto and Ebisu had a meal and Ebisu explained that he finally understood by Naruto's poor moulding of his Chakra compared to Sasuke and Sakura who did not waste as much Chakra as compared to Naruto. Naruto had been better because of his stamina. Ebisu promised he could train Naruto better. Naruto left him a lot of debt for the ramen he had eaten. He took Naruto to the hot spring area. Naruto had to walk on top of the water. Ebisu demonstrated. Naruto was impressed and imitated but failed. Naruto was determined and tried repeatedly. Ebisu recalled his time training Hokage's grandson who had great respect for Naruto's words. Meanwhile, Naruto had managed to grasp the concept faster than Ebisu had expected. They saw someone sitting a distance away and he used a toad to toss Ebisu to the ground. Naruto was shocked to see Ebisu lost to the white hair ninja.

COMMENT: New ending by Orange Range. The pictures are cute. ^^;;

Naruto #53: Long time no see-Jiraiya returns

Naruto tried to revive Ebisu but he remained unconscious as ever. Naruto complained that the hermit's inference affected his practice. Naruto saw he had the same pervert book held by Kakashi and exposed that he had been peeking on women bathing. Naruto wanted him to be responsible for his training practice. He tried to lure him but failed. Naruto was impressed by his move and ran after him, neglecting the fainted Ebisu. In a sweet shop, the hermit was slapped by a woman for being pervert. Naruto called him a pervert in the public until he agreed to train him, but he trapped Naruto in a bin. In an isolated forest, Naruto attacked him but he only saw a decorative doll. Naruto saw through him. He was convinced of Naruto's ability and wanted Naruto to complete his request by getting him a female with good figure. But he was drawn to some ladies until Naruto interrupted him with watermelon. Ebisu passed by and watched them secretly. Naruto transformed into a sexy girl in front of Ebisu and the pervert hermit. Naruto was not impressed at the thought that all ninja adults were poor at his sexy technique. Naruto rejected his request to remain in sexy form throughout the practice. By the river side, he decided to train Naruto properly. Naruto tried walking on water again but could only withstand for a few seconds. The hermit distracted Naruto and saw the nine tailed fox seal on his stomach. He noticed the fifth seal that caused his instability of his Chakra. He used his Chakra on Naruto's seal to clear the fifth seal. He told Naruto to walk on water again and this time, Naruto could control his Chakra better than earlier. He decided to teach Naruto how to control his Chakra with that of the Nine tail fox's. At dusk, he told Naruto of the two different Chakra within him and he recalled a powerful Chakra coming out from him once and it was totally different than his own. He ended the training for the day and took Naruto to a hot spring to relax. The hermit's toad was also relaxing the hot spring with him. That night, Naruto slept while the hermit was approached by Ebisu. He knew him and Ebisu told him that Hokage had been looking for him. The hermit was Jiraiya-the legendary Senin.

Naruto #54: Summoning Jutsu-Wisdom of the Toad Sage!

Ebisu had faith in Jiraiya. Other place, Gaara was watching the night sky when the candidate from sound clan came to challenge him. Gaara's blood got excited on full moon night and his form frightened the opponent who was crushed under his attack. Orochimaru was watching from afar and took no regard to his death. One examiner was surprised to see Kabuto, a teacher from Sand and Sound villages together in deep discussion. Kabuto knew Kakashi had blown his cover. The examiner was also shocked to know they were conspiring something on Konoha clan. Kabuto passed a plan scroll to Sand clan teacher. The examiner tried to pass the message to Hokage about the conspiracy between Sound and Sand villages but his existence was discovered and he was killed. New day, some girls were playing by the waterfall and Jiraiya was peeking, much to Naruto's disgust. Naruto tempted him with his sexy technique but regained when he removed his hand from his eyes. Jiraiya decided to teach Naruto the next move. He wanted Naruto to mold the red Chakra (from the Nine tailed fox) but he couldn't do it as it was not his usual Chakra. He taught Naruto the summoning technique. To do so, Naruto had to fully exhaust his usual Chakra. Naruto used his replication technique to fight among himself. Jiraiya was impressed by Naruto's intelligence. Late afternoon, Naruto fully utlised his own Chakra and collapsed. Jiraiya drew blood on his palm and summoned his giant toad which passed Naruto a scroll. He had to write his name in blood and printed his palm on it. He tried to summon but only managed to summon a tadpole. Other place, the ANBU soldiers discovered the corpse of the murdered examiner.

NOTE: Third OP.. errr... Is it just me or what? I've never realised Naruto is cuter in manga version (shown in 3rd ED) than anime version.

Tales of the Abyss #3: Oracle Knight Attack

Tear and Luke were released by Jade, Fon and Anise in return to help them stop the war with Luke's royal position. Tear was aggravated when Jade indicated that the Mohs and Emperor Peony were the ones who initiated the wars. Suddenly, intruders attacked the ship with intention to abduct Fon Master Ion. Fon passed the peace treaty to Anise as he was captured by the soldiers. Luke was aghast when he killed an enemy soldier with his own hand. As he collapsed, he, Jade and Tear were captured by a team of soldiers lead by a red hair man and locked in a cabin. When Luke came to, he was unhappy to know they had to kill more people in the battle. Jade broke the prison beam with his power and escaped from their confinement with Tear and Luke. Outside the ship, they managed to save Fon. Guy joined them (he had been searching for Luke since his disappearance with Tear) as Jade managed to hold Ariette hostage. Luke was attacked by a soldier and Tear got hurt when she shielded him from the attack.

Not gonna miss the chance to save sound track of Naruto though I've not watched the entire anime yet.

Bleach Anime #188:

Ichigo faced off with Amagai while Rukia, Lurichiyo and the rest watched on. Ichigo activated his bankai and Amagai noticed he couldn't seal Ichigo's reiatsu despite the fact he was under the influence of his Bakkoutou. Amagai knew he had a real opponent as Ichigo revealed his Hollow mask. He understood why Ichigo could still fight against Bakkoutou as compared to normal shinigami. He told Ichigo that his destiny was to revenge for his dead father. Amagai took more power from Bakkoutou causing the ground of the building to spout flames at Ichigo. Lurichiyo was devastated and did not want Ichigo to be hurt because of her but he reassured that he would be fine. Rukia was still unsure what Ichigo's plan was in hitting Amagai repeatedly and finally realised he was attacking the Bakkoutou on Amagai's right. Ichigo made his final attack and the building was smashed on one side. The smoke cleared as Kenryuu and Enryuu shielded Lurichiyo from the fallen walls. Ichigo watched on as Amagai transformed further and merged from the broken wall, still determined to kill Ichigo and the rest.

Bleach Movie: Diamond Dust Rebellion

There was a ritual going on in Soul Society as men carried a large shrine-like carriage along the street. Matsumoto appeared to her fellow shinigami of 10th squad to monitor the security of the event as non-royal family was not allowed to watch it as it dealed with the King's Seal. She reported the situation to her captain - Hitsugaya. Suddenly, a flash of light smashed into the shrine-like carriage. Matsuomoto and Hitsugaya flew to investigate with their men. Some enemies appeared and started killing the King's followers. Hitsugaya was stabbed in his stomach by a masked man. They fought. He stated that it brought back memories before fleeing before Hitsugaya's eyes. Matsuomoto saw Hitsugaya's blank expression.

It was a windy day as Ichigo made his way through the sky and landed in the middle of the woods. He felt barrier and wondered who did that near his house. He slashed through and found himself surrounded by corpses and masked shinigami. Saifon commanded them aside as she approached Ichigo. She told him the truth while in real world, Ishida found a door towards Soul Society which Ichigo had accidentially penatrated through. Saifon sent Ichigo back to real world where Ishida asked him the situation. Just then, snow fell. They turned to see Hitsugaya collapsed before them. In Soul Society, the Chief Commander listened as Saifon reported that the King's Seal was lost and declared Hitsugaya a traitor. Matsumoto protested, but the Chief Commander's decision was final and that 10th squad would be disbanded. The decision to capture Hitsugaya was made. All shinigami of 10th squad were suspected and detained. Matsuomoto had no choice but to follow the instruction from the top. Rukia and Reiji were surprised by the outcome and tried to console Matsumoto. Matsuomoto asked Reiji to help her investigate on the man whom Hitsugaya was after. Flashback in the past as Hitsugaya befriended a young man in the shinigami academy. Hitsugaya had watched as his friend was killed. He woke up to find himself in Ichigo's bedroom. Ichigo told him his situation and wanted to know what Hitsugaya knew but he refused to reveal. Hitsugaya was determined to get the King's Seal back. In the middle of the night, Hitsugaya sneaked out to accomplish his task alone but Ichigo was already waiting for him. He asked him about Kusaka-the man whom Hitsugaya had killed long ago. Hitsugaya demanded Ichigo not to interfere any further. Suddenly, a ball of fire attacked them as two girls merged from the sky demanding the handing over of Hitsugaya. Hitsugaya fought Ichigo and begged him not to interfere any more. Ichigo fought the two girls who were amazed by Ichigo's strength before vanishing. Ichigo collapsed as Hitsugaya vanished. When Ichigo came to, Rukia and Reiji were seen before his eyes. Ichigo found Hitsugaya missing and told them what had happened. He asked Rukia who Kusaka was. Rukia asked Reiji to find out who Kusaka was and she passed him Hitsugaya's haori.

In other place, Hitsugaya woke after a fitful of dreams when he killed Kusaka out of pressure from the top. Elsewhere, the masked man seemed determined to make sure Hitsugaya had no place in the society. Back in Urahara's place, Rukia, Orihime, Ichigo, Chad and Ishida as well as Urahara wondered about Hitsugaya's past. Urahara suggested the rest to look for Hitsugaya. In Soul Society, Reiji was prevented by Saifon's men to talk to Matsumoto and the rest until the 6th squad captain came to Reiji's aid. Nanao - the 6th squad lietuatant suggested inquiry throughout the way to find out and the others' spirit were raised slightly. A dream - Kusaka tried to wield Haorimaru but it chose Hitsugaya instead. Waking up, Hitsugaya made his way through the real world.

In Soul Society, Nanao tried to search the data in the library with her captain and found that he was dead in the registry. Her captain found some strange omission in the data and decided to investigate on his own. Someone followed him and he sensed him. He walked out and the masked man faced him. They fought. His mask fell and the 6th squad captain was surprised. In other place, Hitsugaya hid in a hut and found himself surrounded by Hisagi, Kira and the rest. They fought as Hitsugaya refused to surrender. He was stabbed in his shoulder but continued to resist as he activated his bankai. Other place, the 6th squad captain laid in the medical room as he struggled unconciously to live. Nanao wept for failure to look out for him. At the scene of the attack were ices - symbol of Hitsugaya's bankai. As a result, Kira and Hisagi were activated to track Hitsugaya down. In real world, Rukia updated the situation with Ichigo and the rest who were still looking for Hitsugaya. In the hall, the Chief Commander wanted the capture of Hitsugaya to be priority and also for his immediate execution. Rukia told Ichigo of the update early in the morning. Just then, Reiji told Rukia and Ichigo of his finding of Kusaka via phone and both of them were attacked by a masked man and his followers. He revealed his bankai which was exactly same as that of Hitsugaya. In the medical room, the 6th squad captain was still unconcious. The captains realised that there were two same Zanpatou-Hourimaru wielded by Hitsugaya and other person. In the real world, Ichigo and Rukia fought the enemies and the masked man told them that he was Kusaka. Flashback, the top declared that no two shinigami should wield the same Zanpatou and that Hitsugaya and Kusaka had to fight till one of them died. When Hitsugaya won, the shinigami soldiers killed Kusaka before Hitsugaya's eyes. Ichigo saw Kusaka's past through his eyes and Kusaka took off his mask as he hit Ichigo again with his ice dragon. Ichigo was trapped in the ice and saw his Zanpakutou's soul again. He told Ichigo of the Soul Society's way to maintain balance. Ichigo thought of his late mother who died to protect Ichigo. Ichigo knew Hitsugaya was trying to bottle up his pain by himself. He returned back to real world and broke through the ice tower helping Rukia to drive away the two girls. He knew what Hitsugaya wanted to do. He flew to find Hitsugaya. In the dark, Hitsugaya struggled down the staircase in the alley. He found Kusaka who tracked him down. He showed Hitsugaya the King's Seal in his hand that showed dreams. It glowed as he sent Hitsugaya into a flash of brightness. Ichigo and Rukia felt the world shook with the power of the King's Seal as Hollows emerged from the sky. The sky turned dark in Seireitei. Matsuomoto and the 10th squad members were informed. All shinigami were activated to check the hill where the reiatsu came from.

When the air cleared, Hitsugaya found himself alone with Kusaka in a blank land. Kusaka had recarnated in that place and since he had determined to find and destroy the King's Seal so that everything would evaporate. Suddenly, Kira, Reiji and the rest appeared with instruction to capture Hitsugaya and Kusaka. Hitsugaya demanded them to stay out of it. Other place, Ishida, Ichigo and the rest fought the Hollows and the two girls who worked for Kusaka. Ichigo and Rukia went off to find Hitsugaya who was surrounded by other shinigami with Kusaka.

Ichigo arrived in time as Kusaka attempted to make use of the King's Seal to destroy the other shinigami. Saifon demanded Ichigo to stay out of the matter. Just then, the Chief Commander arrived with Matsumoto and the other captains behind him as well as the 6th captain who was still weak from his recent recovery. Hitsugaya fought Kusaka before he could further make use of the King's Seal. Hitsugaya had felt he had betrayed Kusaka in the beginning and tried to atone his deed with his position as an ordinary shinigami by fighting Kusaka alone. Ichigo interfere telling him not to bear all the pain alone and punched him in his face. Ichigo thought of his family members' expression when he grieved for his mother's death alone. Ichigo had cried in his father's chest with his younger sisters. Just then, Kusaka evolved using the King's Seal and merged into a purple dragon-like creature. Kenpachi blocked his attack and fought him. Kenpachi was slashed in his chest and he fell. Kusaka flew on and landed impressively on a tower. The two girls flew to him and he absorbed them into him, evolving further. He sent icy branches at them. The Chief Commander commanded the destruction of Kusaka. The shinigami accepted the order and acted. They realised that the King's Seal was losing control.

Hitsugaya woke in other place to see Matsumoto shield him from a fallen ice over him. Ichigo and Rukia greeted them at other side. Reiji appeared and pointed out Kusaka's 'castle' nearby. Yaruchi and Saifon appeared and told them their plan to destroy Kusaka. Hollows appeared from the 'castle'. Yaruchi and Saifon flew over to fight the Hollows. Matsumoto passed Hitsugaya his captain's Haori. He told Matsumoto to watch his back as he passed his commands as a captain. All of them joined forces to attack from different sides of Kusaka whose castle resembled a stony dragon. Kenpachi merged to destroy the base of the castle. Reiji, Ichigo and Rukia reached the top to see that Kusaka had even control the Menos. Kuchiki assisted and shielded Ichigo, Rukia and Reiji as he guided them to weakness of Kusaka in the middle of his bankai. Ichigo revealed his Hollow form as he and Hitsugaya made their way to the top where the main strength of Kusaka was concentrated. Hitsugaya's ice dragon won that of Kusaka's as Ichigo slashed Kusaka's main body with his final attack. The ice palace collapsed and the reiatsu cleared. Kusaka revealed his true human form as he stood his katana pointing at Hitsugaya for final fight. Kusaka's memory of the past flashed as the high up announced his destruction. Sun ray shone through the clearing dark clouds as Kusaka collapsed and vanished in Hitsugaya's arms. Hitsugaya whispered that they would always be friends as Kusaka finally vanished from existence. The King's Seal changed back to its small form and Ichigo picked it up and walked towards Hitsugaya who thanked him. Ichigo tossed the seal to him and told him that Kusaka probably regretted his crimes. He told Hitsugaya to return. Hitsugaya told him to call him Captain Hitsugaya and not Toushirou. He had regained his usual self.

COMMENT:

More impressive than the first Bleach movie - Memories of Nobody, especially when there's a big enemy town created by Kusaka so that every shinigami could play a part in restoring the order. Moremover, it focuses a lot more of friendship instead of just Ichigo trying to protect some weak girls as in anime episodes and movie 1.

Bleach Manga Issue #326: Knockdown Monster

Kira, Hisagi and others watched in disbelief as Ikkaku fell. Ikkaku tried to pick himself up but the Arrancar stepped on his back. Captain Komamura and others went restore the fallen pillar. The Arrancar went to attack them and started to swell, planning to smash them under his feet.

All characters from Yami no Matsuei, Bleach and Death Note should come together in anime or manga! Dang, it's just a empty hope.

I think I'm losing my sense of control. But I'm really really brain dead right now, can't work properly. Sigh...
